[摘要] 目的 探討氯雷他定在治療小兒喘息性支氣管炎中臨床療效。 方法 將隨機(jī)選取該院2010年1月—2014年5月兒科住院治療的小兒喘息性支氣管炎100例,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組50例(常規(guī)治療);觀察組50例(常規(guī)治療+氯雷他定治療),詳細(xì)將兩組患兒治療前后外周血嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞、WBC、IL-2、4、5水平進(jìn)行記錄;兩組患兒治療過程中發(fā)熱、咳嗽、咯痰、咽痛、胸片陽性緩解時(shí)間進(jìn)行記錄;兩組患兒治療后療效比較進(jìn)行記錄分析。 結(jié)果 干預(yù)前,兩組患兒的血WBC、IL-2、4、5水平比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05);干預(yù)后,兩組患兒的血WBC、IL-2、4、5水平均顯著下降,觀察組患者指標(biāo)顯著低于對(duì)照組患兒,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。觀察組患兒治療過程中發(fā)熱、咳嗽、咯痰、咽痛、胸片陽性緩解時(shí)間顯著低于對(duì)照組患兒,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療7 d后,觀察組患兒的臨床總有效率98%,顯著高于對(duì)照組78%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 氯雷他定可有效干預(yù)患兒WBC、嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞、IL-2、IL-4、IL-5水平,有效縮短患兒治療時(shí)間,氯雷他定治療治療小兒喘息性支氣管炎療效確切。

Observation of the Curative Effect of Loratadine in the Treatment of Asthmatic Bronchitis in Children

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the curative effect of Loratadine in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children. Methods 100 children with asthmatic bronchitis hospitalized in Department of Pediatrics of our hospital from January 2010 to May 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 children in each. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was given Loratadine combined with conventional treatment. The levels of eosinophile granulocyte, WBC, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-5 in peripheral blood of the two groups were recorded in detail before and after treatment. The relief time of fever, cough, expectoration, sore throat, positive chest X-ray of the two groups during the treatment was recorded. And the efficacy of the two groups was recorded and analyzed and compared after treatment. Results After intervention, the level of WBC, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5 in both groups decreased significantly, moreover, that was much lower in the observation group than in the control group, respectively with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The relief time of fever, cough, expectoration, sore throat, positive chest X-ray during the treatment was much shorter in the observation group than that in the control group, respectively, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). After 7 d of treatment, The overall clinical response rate was much higher in the observation group than in the control group(98% vs 78%) with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion For children with asthmatic bronchitis, Loratadine can effectively improve the level of WBC, eosinophile granulocyte, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-5 levels and shorten the duration of treatment with exact curative effect.
