中國普天信息產業(yè)上海工業(yè)園智能生態(tài)科研樓位于上海市奉賢區(qū),為該公司自用科研辦公樓。項目建設的目標是集成優(yōu)化可持續(xù)性綠色建筑設計策略;探索在冬冷夏熱氣候區(qū)通過合理的空間組織和構造設計,以不耗能或少耗能的方式,來實現對室內外環(huán)境舒適度的調節(jié);同時開展建筑環(huán)境智能控制系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)與產業(yè)化實驗。
本項目設計的主要創(chuàng)新點體現在:
1)“空間調節(jié)”——被動式節(jié)能設計策略
“空間調節(jié)”,相對于傳統(tǒng)的“空氣調節(jié)”,是在建筑設計中,通過有效的空間組織、合理的體型和構造設計,以空間本身的形態(tài)和組織結構實現對室內外環(huán)境的性能化調節(jié),同時有效降低能耗需求的被動式節(jié)能設計策略。
2)符合功能要求與空間特點的人性化空調方式
根據科研樓各部分不同的功能要求與空間特點,針對性地采取不同的空調方式,以適宜、節(jié)能、高效為功效特征,通過模塊化的末端設置,根據人體實際需求調節(jié)溫度與風量。
3)整合全樓技術設備的智能化樓宇控制系統(tǒng)
該系統(tǒng)以組件標準化、系統(tǒng)集成化為特征,具備高整合度和效率綜合性,涵蓋能源、采暖、通風、水處理、照明、外遮陽調控等各項設備控制,以及信息、監(jiān)控、安保、報警與疏散指示等全方位內容。

Located in the FengXian District of Shanghai, China, the Eco-Potevio Office Building of China Potevio Group Shanghai Industrial Park is used for the company's own research and development work. The project has three goals - the integrated optimization of sustainable architectural design strategies; the exploration of space-conditioning methods for zero or low energy consumption in hot-summer-cold-winter climate zone through rational spatial organization and construction design; the research and experimentation of intelligent control system of architectural environment and its application. Main innovative points of the project include:
1) The passive sustainable design strategy of "Space-Conditioning"
Compared to traditional "Air-Conditioning", "Space-Conditioning" is a passive sustainable design strategy by which, through effective spatial organization, rational building volume and meticulous details, the conditioning of environmental performance can be literally realized in the formation and organization of space and with low energy consumption.
2) User-friendly air-conditioning according to functional requirements and spatial characteristics
According to different functional requirements and spatial characteristics of the building, various air conditioning methods – characterized by comfort, sustainability and efficiency – have been applied through modular terminal setup to adjust temperature and air volume according to individual requirements.
3) Intelligent control system integrating building-wide technical equipment
Characterized by standardized modules and integrated system, possessing full integration and efficiency synthesis, the intelligent control system covers a wide range of equipment from energy, heating, ventilation, water treatment, lighting and shading, to information, monitoring, security, alarm system, and evacuation indicator, to achieve a synthetic management of the whole building.
