MERMAID

Stephen Chow's new fi lm, Mermaid, will be launched on February 8th during Chinese New Year.The cast includes Deng Chao, Show Luo, and Kitty Zhang.Set in the modern world, the fi lm depicts the story of a biological professor, who was saved by a mermaid, and then falls in love with the mermaid.It's reported that there are many special effects in the fi lm, costing 150 million RMB (approximately USD 24.4 million) for its production.

華人“喜劇之王”周星馳的新作《美人魚》，由鄧超、張雨綺、羅志祥主演，于2月8日上映。該片是一部驚險(xiǎn)離奇的魔幻片，故事描述了一艘船在海上遇劫，美人魚勇救這艘船，船上一名英俊青年對(duì)美人魚一見鐘情，譜出一段人魚戀曲。該片有不少特效場景，有傳制作成本約1.5億元人民幣。
