摘 要:強流超導加速器是ERL的關鍵部件之一。該研究結(jié)合ERL對超導加速器的要求,對高性能射頻超導腔的研制、強流高階模耦合器研制、強流加速器恒溫器設計研制、頻率調(diào)諧器設計研制、麥克風效應和洛倫茲力失諧等問題進行深入研究。該年度主要進行強流超導腔的研制,包括沖壓、成型、焊接、表面處理、場調(diào)平;進行強流超導腔的垂直性能測試;進行強流超導加速單元設計。研究組在強流超導腔研究中取得了進展,9-cell超導腔在32 MV/m時Q值在1E10以上,單cell超導腔在1.8 K,25 MV/m時,品質(zhì)因數(shù)達到3E10以上,這對于強流超導加速器的運行有重要的意義。對超導腔場致發(fā)射點的定位進行了深入研究,為提高超導腔的性能提供了一種非常有效的方法。

Annual Report of Researches on High Current Superconducting
Accelerating Technology for ERL-FEL

Abstract:High current superconducting accelerator is one of the key components for ERL. Based on the requirement of superconducting accelerator for ERL, researches are carried out on fabrication of high performance superconducting cavities and high current HOM couplers, design and fabrication of cryomodule for high current accelerator, fabrication of frequency tuner, microphonics and Lorentz detuning, etc. In this year, the main work is focused on fabrication, treatment, vertical test of high current superconducting cavities and design of high current cryomodule. Progresses are obtained for high current superconducting cavities. The intrinsic quality factor of 9-cell cavity is larger than 1E10 at 32 MV/m. The intrinsic quality factor of single cell cavity reaches 3E10 at 25 MV/m at 1.8 K. The high quality factors are very helpful to the running of high current accelerators. Researches were carried out on the location of field emission of superconducting cavities, which provides an effective method to improve the performances of cavities.
