目的：分析治療因吐舌習(xí)慣造成的患者前牙開(kāi)合并牙齦縱裂的臨床有效措施。方法：收治前牙開(kāi)合并牙齦縱裂患者12例，在相應(yīng)的檢查后制定針對(duì)性的矯形方案，然后應(yīng)用直絲弓矯治器進(jìn)行矯正，分析治療效果。結(jié)果：患者經(jīng)矯正治療后，牙開(kāi)消失，咬合關(guān)系恢復(fù)正常，治療時(shí)長(zhǎng)(21.98±7.92)個(gè)月，同時(shí)患者的牙周疾病得到改善9例。結(jié)論：經(jīng)全面地診斷與針對(duì)性的矯形措施能有效地治療前牙開(kāi)疾病，恢復(fù)牙齒的正常咬合，同時(shí)經(jīng)矯正過(guò)程中的正畸力可逐漸調(diào)整上頜骨與下頜骨的相對(duì)位置。

資料與方法

方法：對(duì)全部患者均在相應(yīng)的模型、X線檢查關(guān)節(jié)、測(cè)量頭影后制定針對(duì)性的矯形方案，然后應(yīng)用直絲弓矯治器進(jìn)行矯正。首先，如患者存在后牙反，可應(yīng)用活動(dòng)擴(kuò)弓器調(diào)節(jié)，對(duì)吐舌習(xí)慣應(yīng)加舌屏糾正；如患者牙齒存在擁擠現(xiàn)象，可適當(dāng)拔除中后位置的牙齒，對(duì)于患者的下頜牙弓則用固定矯齊。然后，對(duì)患者的上頜牙弓實(shí)施固定性地矯正，糾正偏離的頜中線位置，可將種植釘安于患者的頜骨頰棚部位進(jìn)行適當(dāng)輔助措施。對(duì)弓絲可選用適當(dāng)規(guī)格的鎳鈦絲以及不銹鋼絲。治療結(jié)束，分析患者的治療效果與治療時(shí)長(zhǎng)和顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)紊亂病情況。

討論

綜上所述，全面地診斷與采用直絲弓矯治器的針對(duì)性的矯形措施能有效地治療前牙開(kāi)疾病，恢復(fù)牙齒的正常咬合，同時(shí)矯正過(guò)程中的正畸力可逐漸調(diào)整上頜骨與下頜骨的相對(duì)位置，值得臨床廣泛應(yīng)用。

Study on the treatment of patients with anterior open bite and longitudinal crack on the gum caused by long-term tongue thrusting

Objective:To analyze clinical effective treatment measures of patients with anterior open bite and longitudinal crack on the gum caused by long-term tongue thrusting.Methods:12 patients with anterior open bite and longitudinal crack on the gum were selected.We made targeted corrective action after appropriate inspection,and then used straight wire appliance to correct, then analyzed the therapeutic effect.Results:After orthodontic treatment,the anterior open bite disappeared and the occlusal relationship returned to normal,and the duration of treatment were(21.98±7.92)months;at the same time,periodontal disease was improved in 9 cases.Conclusion:A comprehensive diagnosis and targeted measures can be effective in the treatment of anterior open bite disease,restore the normal occlusion of the teeth,at the same time,the relative position of the maxilla and mandible can be adjusted by the orthodontic force.
