As a saying goes, “Good health is above wealth.” Health is the most important to ones happy life. I think there are many ways to keep healthy.
First, form good habit①. Rise at an early hour, and go to bed early everyday②. Second, physical exercise is necessary for a healthy body. Third, keep a healthy diet, and have more fresh fruit, milk and vegetables. You will be happy and healthy if you follow the above advices③.

③ advices改為advice。advice意為“建議”,是不可數(shù)名詞。
