2017中國(guó)重慶大足石刻國(guó)際旅游文化節(jié)開幕

3月15日晚，在大足石刻世界文化遺產(chǎn)博覽園瑞相廣場(chǎng)，市級(jí)非遺項(xiàng)目“中敖火燒龍”正在進(jìn)行表演。當(dāng)日，2017中國(guó)重慶大足石刻國(guó)際旅游文化節(jié)正式拉開大幕，來(lái)自海內(nèi)外的40萬(wàn)名游客在寶頂山景區(qū)盡情分享了一場(chǎng)盛大的旅游文化大餐。該活動(dòng)將持續(xù)到5月3日，期間將有30余項(xiàng)川渝兩地非遺項(xiàng)目在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)展演。

中意創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)業(yè)園落戶璧山

2月22日，重慶大學(xué)、意大利圣安娜大學(xué)、璧山區(qū)政府在北京簽署了共建中意創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)業(yè)園的合作協(xié)議。根據(jù)該協(xié)議，依托中意創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)業(yè)園，三方將重點(diǎn)圍繞虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)、生物醫(yī)療、生命科學(xué)及工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)等學(xué)科領(lǐng)域開展面向未來(lái)的聯(lián)合研究、人才培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)、技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移、成果孵化、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展及投資創(chuàng)業(yè)等方面的合作，并圍繞“面向社會(huì)開放的研發(fā)和資源共享平臺(tái)”等方面建立創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)，將中意創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)業(yè)園打造成中意兩國(guó)創(chuàng)新合作的樞紐。

重慶惠科金渝液晶面板一期項(xiàng)目正式投產(chǎn)

2月27日，重慶惠科金渝液晶面板第8.5+代項(xiàng)目一期在巴南界石數(shù)碼產(chǎn)業(yè)園正式投產(chǎn)，其達(dá)產(chǎn)后，預(yù)計(jì)年產(chǎn)值將達(dá)110億元?；菘平鹩迨抢^京東方之后全市第二家液晶面板投產(chǎn)企業(yè)，擁有世界先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，完全具備大尺寸液晶面板生產(chǎn)能力。特別是50英寸、58英寸液晶面板以前一直從國(guó)外進(jìn)口，惠科金渝將填補(bǔ)國(guó)內(nèi)空白，實(shí)現(xiàn)首次量產(chǎn)，助力我市加快形成千億級(jí)液晶面板產(chǎn)業(yè)。

重慶正式獲準(zhǔn)開展毛坯鉆石進(jìn)出口加工貿(mào)易

3月8日，重慶機(jī)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)檢疫局通過(guò)國(guó)家質(zhì)檢總局金伯利進(jìn)程國(guó)際證書制度指定實(shí)施機(jī)構(gòu)驗(yàn)收。這意味著重慶正式成為金伯利進(jìn)程國(guó)際證書制度指定實(shí)施口岸，可以開展毛坯鉆石進(jìn)出口加工貿(mào)易。據(jù)重慶市商務(wù)委測(cè)算，“十三五”時(shí)期，我市高端飾品產(chǎn)業(yè)總產(chǎn)值將達(dá)到5000億元，進(jìn)出口額500億元，增加就業(yè)崗位10000個(gè)以上，成為我市新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。

工信部電子知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)中心在渝落戶

3月9日，工信部電子知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)中心西部分中心在南岸區(qū)中關(guān)村·重慶物聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)基地正式揭牌。該中心將打造公共數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)（專題數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)）、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)集中管理平臺(tái)、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)平臺(tái)，圍繞傳感器、車聯(lián)網(wǎng)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等我市重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)開展專利分析評(píng)估，發(fā)起成立傳感器、車聯(lián)網(wǎng)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)聯(lián)盟，設(shè)立專利池并開展專利許可轉(zhuǎn)讓等交易。

重慶聯(lián)交所企業(yè)國(guó)有產(chǎn)權(quán)交易額連續(xù)三年居行業(yè)前三

3月13日，市國(guó)資委消息，國(guó)務(wù)院國(guó)資委通報(bào)了2016年全國(guó)43家企業(yè)國(guó)有資產(chǎn)交易機(jī)構(gòu)掛牌項(xiàng)目交易情況：重慶聯(lián)交所集團(tuán)完成企業(yè)國(guó)有資產(chǎn)交易1248宗，位列行業(yè)第二，僅次于北京產(chǎn)交所；企業(yè)國(guó)有產(chǎn)權(quán)交易額131.94億元，位列行業(yè)第三，連續(xù)三年穩(wěn)居行業(yè)前三，僅次于上海聯(lián)交所、北京產(chǎn)交所。

重慶直飛洛杉磯航線首航

3月21日，重慶—洛杉磯航線首航啟動(dòng)儀式舉行，這是重慶首條直飛北美航線。重慶飛往洛杉磯的航班班期為每周二、周六，21∶25從重慶出發(fā)，20∶00抵達(dá)洛杉磯；洛杉磯飛回重慶的航班班期為每周三、周日，洛杉磯起飛時(shí)間00∶45，次日06∶30抵達(dá)重慶（以上均為當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間）。重慶—洛杉磯航線距離11529公里，飛行時(shí)間約為13.5小時(shí)，由海南航空采用波音787-8豪華寬體客機(jī)執(zhí)飛，設(shè)有公務(wù)艙36座和經(jīng)濟(jì)艙177座。

On the evening of March 15,2017 China Dazu Rock Carvings International Tourism Festival was launched in the Ruixiang Plaza in the Dazu Rock Carving World Cultural Heritage Exposition Park.Four hundred thousand tourists from home and abroad shared a grand tourism cultural feast in the scenic area of Baoding Mount. This event will not end until May 3,during which more than 30 non-heritage projects in Sichuan and Chongqing will put on live performances.

China-Italy Creative Industrial Park settled in Bishan District

On February 22,a cooperation protocol of China-Italy Creative Industrial Park was signed in Beijing jointly by Chongqing University,Santa Ana University in Italy and the government of Bishan District.According to the protocol,the three sides would focus on the virtual reality,bio-medical,bio-science and industrial design,etc.to develop some cooperation in areas including joint research,personnel training,technology transfer,achievement incubation,industrial development and investment in the future by relying on the China-Italy Creative Industrial Park.Besides,a new ecological system about the“research and resource sharing platform”would be set up,which will make China-Italy Creative Industrial Park a hub for innovation and cooperation between two countries.

The 1stphase of TFT LCD of Chongqing HKC Optoelectronics Technology Co.,Ltd.was off cial launched

On February 27,the 1st phase of the G8.5th TFT LCD of Chongqing HKC Optoelectronics Technology Co.,Ltd.off cially went into operation in Jieshi Industrial Park,Ba’nan District.When it is put into production,the annual output value is expected to reach 11 billion yuan.HKC,with its world advanced production equipment,is the second company with the production of TFT LCD after BOE Technology Group Co.,Ltd.in Chongqing and fully equipped with the production capacity of large-size TFT LCD.As the 50-inch and 58-inch TFT LCD had been imported from abroad before,HKC pioneers to f ll the gaps and has realized the frst production,which will surly help the city speed up to form a TFT LCD industry worth 100 billion yuan.

Chongqing was off cially allowed to carry out rough diamond import and export processing trade

On March 8,Chongqing Airport Inspection and Quarantine Bureau had verified as a designated enforcement agency by Kimberley Process of AQSIQ,which means that Chongqing has of ficially become a port designated by Kimberley Process and is able to carry out diamond import and export processing trade.According to the estimate of Chongqing Commerce Commission,the output value of high-end jewelry industry in Chongqing would reach 500 billion yuan,imports and exports 50 billion yuan during the“13th Five-year Period”,which will increase more than 10 thousand jobs and become a new economic growth point of Chongqing.

MIIT Electronics Intellectual Property Center settled in Chongqing

On March 9,the MIIT Electronics Intellectual Property Center in west China was of ficially launched in the Zhongguancun (Chongqing) Internet of Things Innovative and Venture Base,Nan’an District.This center aims to build a public data platform (thematic database),integrated management platform of intellectual property and service platform of intellectual property,focusing on the analysis and evaluation of the patents of key industries in Chongqing,like the sensor,Internet of Cars and Internet of Things,etc.This center also initiates to establish a patent pool and an intellectual property alliance for industries including sensor,Internet of Cars and Internet of Things.Trades like the transfer of patent license will also be developed.

Chongqing Stock Exchange: The turnover of state owned property right ranks in the top three for three years

On March 13,the Chongqing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission said,SASAC informed the turnover of listed items of 43 enterprises of national assets transaction agencies: Chongqing Stock Exchange has completed 1248 state-owned transactions,ranking second after the Beijing Stock Exchange; the turnover of enterprise state-owned property right is 13.194 billion yuan,ranking third after Shanghai Stock Exchange and Beijing Stock Exchange and ranking in the top three for three years.

The maiden direct f ght from Chongqing to LA

On March 21,the inaugural ceremony of the maiden direct f ight from Chongqing to LA was held,which is the first direct flight from Chongqing to North America.The outbound f ghts are on Tuesday and Saturday,taking off at 21:25 from Chongqing and arriving in LA at 20:00; the inbound f ights are on W ednesday and Sunday,taking off at 00:45 from LA and arriving in Chongqing at 06:30 in the next day (all of the above are the local time).The route distance of this flight is 1 1529 km and the flight time is about 13.5 hours.The Boeing 787-8 with luxurious wide bodied aircraft,adopted by Hainan Airlines,is equipped with 36 seats in business class and 177 seats in economy class.
