小數(shù)據(jù)看大熱度“智慧出行”促北部灣城市群發(fā)展提速

城際順風車出行量以月均超30%的速度在高速增長,南寧、???、茂名、防城港和北海等城市過去一年內(nèi)智慧出行的增速是中國平均水平的2~3倍,并有越來越多的外地用戶來此參與其中……根據(jù)打車應用滴滴出行的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計,新興的北部灣城市群成為了2016年中國智慧出行發(fā)展最為迅速的地區(qū)之一。由此折射出的是北部灣城市群蒸蒸日上的發(fā)展熱度。
從事家裝生意的李坤是廣西北海人,近年來由于經(jīng)營業(yè)務的需要,他常常駕車奔波往返于北海、欽州兩地,而這一段里程,也成就了他的另一個身份——順風車司機。
“我只接跟我往返路線一致的,時間不沖突的乘客,”李坤說,注冊成為順風車司機半年多以來,他共接了173單。在與每次捎帶的同行乘客聊天中,李坤得知,人們的出行目的多為旅游、出差,或者上下班?!氨焙?、欽州之間的路程,自駕車一個半小時內(nèi)就能抵達,雖然坐動車更方便,可是一到周末節(jié)假日,動車票就很緊張,所以很多人會選擇跨城順風車?!彼e例道:比如有的乘客想乘坐動車從北海出發(fā)去廣州,但是北海至廣州的動車票已售罄,而欽州至廣州段還顯示有票,那么乘客會更愿意選擇順風車來完成從北海到欽州的路程,再接駁乘坐動車前往廣州?!耙灿性跉J州的上班族,每周五下班后會跨城回到北海的家里過周末?!崩罾ふf。
除了周末,李坤遇到的另一個打車高峰便是春運?!按汗?jié)后返城務工的客流量大,動車高鐵分擔不完,我們順風車司機就派上用場了?!庇捎谛枰M貨,2017年春節(jié)過后他曾自駕車前往廣東順德、茂名一帶。在打車平臺上,他發(fā)現(xiàn)與他同路出行的預約者一天內(nèi)會顯示有七八人甚至10來人。李坤會根據(jù)自己的實際情況規(guī)劃路線并選擇捎帶一些乘客,服務他人,也聊得開心?!俺丝推错橈L車可以節(jié)約他們的出行成本,我接單后還能獲得平臺獎勵,加上自己本來的目的也是要走這一程,路費油費等開銷其實也差不多平本了?!毖哉勚欣罾ち髀冻鲎鲰橈L車司機的成就感。作為順風車司機的李坤沒有想到的是,自己其實已無意中成為了建設北部灣城市群的參與者。
如果說出行特征是城市群發(fā)展的橫截面,出行活躍度和連接度則在不同程度上體現(xiàn)了一個城市群的生產(chǎn)活動是否活躍,城市群與其他地區(qū)的連接是否緊密。那么,從智慧出行的大數(shù)據(jù)中,是否可以讀出北部灣城市群的發(fā)展熱度?
北部灣城市群包括桂粵瓊三省區(qū)的22座城市,其中,南寧市被定位為核心城市,將建成特大城市和區(qū)域性國際城市。北部灣城市群的打造,將強化南寧市的核心輻射帶動作用,夯實湛江、??诘闹巫饔?,重點建設環(huán)灣濱海地區(qū)和南北欽防、湛茂陽城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展軸,打造“一灣雙軸、一核兩極”的城市群框架。2017年出臺的《北部灣城市群發(fā)展規(guī)劃》提出,北部灣沿岸城市將統(tǒng)籌推進交通基礎設施網(wǎng)絡建設,力爭實現(xiàn)北部灣城市群主要城市間2小時通達、鄰近城市間1小時通達。根據(jù)規(guī)劃,城市群將打造快速交通網(wǎng)絡,以南寧、??凇⒄拷珖跃C合交通樞紐為支點,以高速鐵路、城際鐵路、普通鐵路等多層次軌道交通和高等級公路為骨干,構建“兩橫兩縱一環(huán)”綜合交通網(wǎng)絡。同時,北部灣城市群將加強與東盟國家陸路互聯(lián)互通,實現(xiàn)邊境口岸與城市群內(nèi)部多通道高效聯(lián)通。
而今,以城際順風車為主的智慧出行模式,正接駁、互補并滲透著“軌道上的北部灣”。北部灣城市群被規(guī)劃賦予的“面向東盟國際大通道的重要樞紐”、“‘三南’開放發(fā)展新的戰(zhàn)略支點”、“‘一帶一路’有機銜接的重要門戶”、“中國重要綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)基地”以及“陸海統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展示范區(qū)”五大戰(zhàn)略定位,對外釋放的吸引力也能從智慧出行大數(shù)據(jù)中窺見一斑。
據(jù)滴滴出行數(shù)據(jù)顯示,在2016年4月至2017年3月期間,北部灣地區(qū)來自西南和中南地區(qū)的打車用戶數(shù)增長了200%,顯示有越來越多的外地用戶來到了這一區(qū)域。其中,南寧市作為“一帶一路”北上南下國際大通道上的重要節(jié)點城市,在促進區(qū)域商貿(mào)往來上的作用越來越明顯。在第13屆中國—東盟博覽會期間,滴滴出行總共為來自中國內(nèi)地210個城市的商貿(mào)人士在南寧提供了出行服務,這一期間外地人員出行量增長了7.6倍。
此外,根據(jù)《北部灣城市群發(fā)展規(guī)劃》,該區(qū)域城市群還將推進濱海旅游市場一體化,實現(xiàn)更多公共服務互通互認。在大數(shù)據(jù)的支持,以及旅游業(yè)的帶動下,北部灣城市群的智慧出行將為區(qū)域的人們帶來更方便快捷、多樣實惠的出行選擇。

The inter-city ride sharing service is growing at a pace over 30 percent monthly; over the past year, the growth rate of the intelligent travel in Nanning, Fangchenggang, Beihai, Haikou, and Maoming is twice to three times as the average nationwide, and there is an increasing number of non-native users. According to the statistics released by Didi Chuxing, a world’s leading mobile transportation platform, the emerging Beibu Gulf urban cluster has been among the areas with the most rapid development of intelligent travel in China in 2016.
Ride sharing service: Best option for inter-city trip
Mr. Li Kun, born in Beihai, Guangxi, a businessman engaging in home decoration, has been shuttling between Beihai and Qinzhou on business by driving himself for years, which meanwhile adds another job title to him— a driver for ride sharing.
“I just accept those passengers with the same go-return route with mine if time is available,” said Li, who has completed 173 orders over the past five months after registration to be a ride sharing service provider. He knew from chatting with his passengers that most of them went for traveling, business or work.“It takes only one and a half hours from Beihai to Qinzhou by car. So, many people would prefer ride sharing to high-speed train at weekends or around statutory holidays when it would be more diff cult to get the high-speed train tickets,” he said, “for example, somepassengers, who want to leave Beihai for Guangzhou, couldn’t get a direct train ticket but one from Qinzhou to Guangzhou, so they would choose to leave Beihai for Qinzhou by ride sharing to take the train leaving from Qinzhou to Guangzhou. Besides, some working in Qinzhou may go back to Beihai for weekends by ride sharing on every Friday after work.”
In addition to weekends, Spring Festival holiday is another peak time for passenger transport. When holidays end, there would be a large flow of migrant workers back to work. When the Spring Festival 2017 holiday ended, Mr. Li went to Shunde and Maoming in Guangdong Province for purchasing. He found on the car hailing platform that there were seven to even ten passengers with the same travel route booking ride sharing services per day, but he just accepted part of orders at his convenience. Ride sharing can save both passengers’ and service providers’ cost; the provider can receive reward from the platform as soon as accepting orders. This brought a sense of accomplishment to Mr. Li, who said he has unexpectedly been part of the building of Beibu Gulf urban cluster.
Great progress made in regional development
If the travel characteristics embody the cross section of the development of urban cluster, then how dynamic the production in the urban cluster is and how close it is with other regions can be seen from these characteristics. So, can we f nd that how the Beibu Gulf cluster is developing through the big data on the intelligent travel?
The Beibu Gulf urban cluster spans 22 cities across Guangxi, Guangdong and Hainan (provinces), with the provincial capital of Guangxi Nanning as the core of the region, which is projected to develop into an international metropolis in the region. The Beibu Gulf urban cluster is planned to be built by strengthening the driving role of Nanning and supporting role of Zhanjiang and Haikou, with focus on the development of the bay-surrounded area, the development axis of Nanning, Beihai, Qinzhou and Fangchenggang, and the other axis of Zhanjiang, Maoming and Yangjiang.
Intelligent travel makes it easier for people to go out.
According to the development plan for Beibu Gulf urban cluster released in 2017, increasing efforts should be made in the building of the overall transportation infrastructure network in order to shorten to two hours spent in traveling between major cities and one hour between adjacent cities in the region. Meanwhile, efforts should be made in building an express transport network with comprehensive transport hub such as Nanning, Haikou and Zhanjiang as pivots, with highspeed railways, inter-city railways, conventional railways and high-grade highways as backbones. In addition, efforts should be made in enhancing land connectivity between Beibu Gulf urban cluster and ASEAN and building multi channels between border ports and urban clusters.
Nowadays, the intelligent travel in the major form of ride sharing for intercity trips has become effective support to the railways. The Beibu Gulf urban cluster is projected to be an important hub of international passageway towards ASEAN, the strategic pivot for the opening up of China’s southwest, south central and south, the vital gateway to the Belt and Road, a base for key green industries in China and a demonstration zone for the coordinated development of land and sea.
The statistics released by DiDi Chuxing showed that, during period from April 2016 to March 2017, the users from southwest and south central part increased by 200 percent in the Beibu Gulf region, and there are a growing number of non-native users. As a key junction on the international passageway leading to the Belt and Road, Nanning plays an increasingly significant role in boosting business ties with other countries along the route. During the 13thCAEXPO, DiDi Chuxing gained business users from 210 domestic cities and an increase of 7.6 times in trip volume of non-native users.
The development plan also indicates that the tourism market in the coastal region should be further integrated to make more public service available across the region. With the help of big data, driven by the tourism development, the intelligent travel makes it easier and more cost-effective for people to travel in the region.
