隨著發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)日趨小型化,以及發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的升功率不斷增加,氣缸內(nèi)產(chǎn)生的熱量也隨之大大增加,導(dǎo)致發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熱負(fù)荷增加。如果發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)不能及時(shí)把熱量傳遞出去,容易造成活塞環(huán)燒結(jié)及氣缸套迅速磨損,產(chǎn)生端磨的不良后果,影響發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的正常運(yùn)行,降低發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的壽命。同時(shí)通過進(jìn)氣中冷,能夠有效增加進(jìn)氣量、優(yōu)化燃燒、提升功率、降低油耗。因此,如何提高發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的散熱能力及熱傳遞效果是一個(gè)亟須解決的問題,通過匹配合適的水箱是解決發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)散熱量的有效方法。通過試驗(yàn)綜合評價(jià),分析發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)技術(shù)參數(shù)和配置,以滿足發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的最佳需求。

3.2 測試點(diǎn)和存在的問題
中間冷卻技術(shù)不是一項(xiàng)簡單的技術(shù),過熱無效果白費(fèi)功夫,過冷在進(jìn)氣管中形成冷凝水會弄巧成拙。水箱及中冷器的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算一般是根據(jù)使用要求,對應(yīng)已設(shè)計(jì)好的水箱進(jìn)行匹配試驗(yàn),如不滿足則需重新進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。通過測試可知,此水箱中冷后扭矩點(diǎn)進(jìn)氣壓降偏大,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)與中冷器匹配不理想。在氣-氣中冷器中希望有最小的壓力降,其對燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性有明顯影響。降低空氣的流動(dòng)阻力是降低壓降有效的辦法。通過更改中冷器的結(jié)構(gòu),使空氣能均勻通過冷卻芯子,從而降低空氣流阻,因此為滿足發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的最佳需求,須更換其他結(jié)構(gòu)的水箱。

With the increasing size of the engine and the increasing power of the engine, the heat generated in the cylinder also increases greatly, resulting in an increase in the engine heat load. If the heat can not be passed in time, it is likely to cause the piston ring sintering and rapid wear and tear, affecting the normal operation of the engine and reduce the life of the engine. It can effectively increase the intake air volume, optimize the combustion, enhance power and reduce fuel consumption through intercooling. Therefore, how to improve the engine cooling capacity and heat transfer effect is an urgent need to solve the problem, matching the appropriate water tank is an effective way to solve the engine heat dissipation. It can meet the optimal needs to analyze the engine technical parameters and configuration.
