茶博會上的“國際范”

國內(nèi)的茶葉博覽會很多,僅僅今年上半年,就有北京、廣州、西安、濟南等城市舉辦。大有你方唱罷我登場的熱鬧架勢。

但是,能冠以“國際”頭銜的茶博會卻只此一家,別無分號。這就是5月中旬在杭州舉行的首屆中國國際茶葉博覽會。百度搜索“國際茶葉博覽會”,找到結(jié)果3,760,000個,齊齊指向了這次刷爆了我們朋友圈的盛會。

究竟是哪些元素,讓此次茶博會喊出了響當(dāng)當(dāng)?shù)摹皣H”口號?

了解:“國際范”從這里起步

根據(jù)國家農(nóng)業(yè)部提供的數(shù)據(jù),本次國際茶博會,共吸引了來自47個國家和國際機構(gòu)的260名外賓參加。

數(shù)據(jù)當(dāng)然是最直接的,但絕不是最生動的。眾多的外賓、客商,在來到這片土地的時候,也開始了解這里的茶與這里的文化?!皣H范”就從這里起步。

在宣布茶博會召開的前夕,許多提前來到杭州的國際友人已經(jīng)按捺不住好奇的心情,開始接觸這里的茶。而主辦方作為“暖場活動”,專門為來自世界各地的嘉賓安排的“世界茶鄉(xiāng)·中國之夜”品茶會尤為值得一提。

品茶會上,30余名外賓品嘗了西湖龍井代表的綠茶、福鼎老白茶代表的白茶、蒙頂黃芽代表的黃茶、云南滇紅代表的紅茶、安化黑茶代表的黑茶、鳳凰單叢代表的青茶……一道道最具中國特色的茶,按照由淡及濃的順序,配合著傳統(tǒng)的地方茶點被端到嘉賓面前,一道道慢品,一道道悅享。

斯洛文尼亞副總理兼農(nóng)林食品部部長戴揚·日丹參加了這次別致的品茶會,對中國茶文化的博大精深非常感慨,他說:“越了解中國的茶文化,就越認識到中國茶是一種健康的飲品,每天喝上一杯茶就不用看醫(yī)生了?!币晃挥《鹊墓賳T也發(fā)出類似的感慨,他說:“看到中國有如此多的好茶,更應(yīng)該磋商交流共同發(fā)展茶文化和茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的綠色發(fā)展,如何在盡量少破壞自然環(huán)境的情況下提升茶葉的產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)。”

除了品嘗中國茶,主辦方還貼心地為國外來賓安排了眾多接近茶文化的環(huán)節(jié)。在博覽會期間,各國外賓來到風(fēng)景如畫的西湖景區(qū),體驗杭州別具韻味的茶鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)情。來賓們對秀麗的龍井茶園、美麗的茶葉博物館和具有深厚底蘊的傳統(tǒng)茶文化都留下了深刻的印象。

5月19日,9個國家25名外賓走進了中國茶葉博物館雙峰館區(qū)和龍井館區(qū)。在講解員的帶領(lǐng)下參觀了以中國茶文化為主題的中華茶文化展,并品嘗了由茶藝師準備的西湖龍井茶和烏龍茶。隨后,中茶博茶藝隊還為來賓表演了西湖茶禮,獲得了嘉賓們的一致贊賞。

茶博豐富的藏品和美輪美奐的茶禮給大家極深刻的震撼。布隆迪農(nóng)業(yè)與畜牧業(yè)部部長汝瑞馬(Rurema)說:“西湖茶禮展現(xiàn)了中國茶文化的深厚歷史和人文內(nèi)涵,只有在有歷史的國家才能看到這樣精彩的秀?!笔ザ嗝篮推樟治鞅绒r(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村發(fā)展部部長康柏斯(Campos)則表示:“中國數(shù)千年的茶文化歷史到今天依然蓬勃發(fā)展,這種兼具歷史和現(xiàn)實的繁榮是世界上不多見的?!?/p>

參與:“國際范”的對話與交流

如果說了解中國茶只是“國際范”的第一步,那么拿出各國自己的茶葉、飲料,與中國茶對話、交流,則是這次國際茶博會上老外們更熱衷參與的盛事。

短短4天的展期,無數(shù)聞所未聞的茶葉展位出現(xiàn)在茶博會會場,讓參會的中國人、外國人都大飽眼福。

來自布隆迪、津巴布韋、肯尼亞這幾個地方的茶葉最能引起觀眾的好奇心,不少看展的客人都在問:“非洲也有茶園嗎?”

臺灣茶主產(chǎn)地的南投縣設(shè)有專門的展位,洞頂烏龍、日月潭紅茶、高山茶等特色茶產(chǎn)品琳瑯滿目并由臺灣茶藝師現(xiàn)場表演碗泡紅茶,深受大眾歡迎。一位杭州商人現(xiàn)場就下單了三萬元洞頂烏龍茶,他說:“也只有在茶博會上,才能看見如此正宗的臺灣茶?!倍M織本次南投縣參展的農(nóng)會負責(zé)人表示,杭州和臺灣兩地都是產(chǎn)茶勝地,茶文化和茶產(chǎn)業(yè)交流合作基礎(chǔ)深厚,相互參與交流是兩岸共同弘揚中華茶文化,進一步推動兩岸茶產(chǎn)業(yè)走向世界的機遇。

也有沒有茶葉的國家來“湊熱鬧”的,比如意大利和哥倫比亞,都拿出了本國“壓箱底”的咖啡品牌,在茶博會上來了一次茶咖對話。

在意大利展區(qū),CLICKCAFé公司的斯蒂芬妮用燦爛的笑臉歡迎每一位前來咨詢的中國商戶和游客?!爸袊牟璞纫獯罄暮?,意大利沒有茶,但是我們有美味的咖啡!來參加這次茶博會除了要將意大利人對咖啡的熱情傳遞給中國人外,更重要的還要了解中國茶,尋找一起合作做茶的伙伴。中國擁有高質(zhì)量的茶,我們要買過來,在意大利賣出原汁原味的中國茶!”

哥倫比亞駐華大使奧斯卡·魯埃達也出現(xiàn)在茶博會現(xiàn)場,他說,哥倫比亞以其卓越的咖啡品質(zhì)聞名于世,在中國的時候,每天早上喝咖啡,下午喝茶,咖啡和茶的完美結(jié)合讓他一天都保持清醒,讓外交活動也能夠順利進行。

合作:“國際范”前程似錦

“投我以木桃,報之以瓊瑤”,只為互通互利,永結(jié)友好。

此次國際茶博會上,一場在杭州國際博覽中心舉行的斗茶大會尤為值得一提。來自韓國、斯里蘭卡、也門的8位外國茶友進行識茶、品茶、泡茶等茶藝切磋。

活動共分成兩輪,第一輪為中國十大名茶評審環(huán)節(jié),選手隨機抽取10種茶樣中的一種,用中文對其進行干茶和茶湯的審評,通過對茶葉干茶“色香味形”的描述和茶湯滋味的品評,與評委現(xiàn)場互動。8名選手都表達了自己第一次喝到西湖龍井的感受。無論哪個國家的選手,都表示第一次喝中國茶的感受是美好的。其中來自斯里蘭卡的選手表示,希望全世界都能喝到中國好茶——西湖龍井。

第二輪斗西湖龍井沖泡技藝,8位選手用規(guī)定的器具、在規(guī)定的時間內(nèi),完成了西湖龍井的沖泡。評委根據(jù)選手的沖泡技藝以及茶湯滋味進行打分。從前,斗茶也叫斗茗,始于唐代,盛行于宋代,是中國傳統(tǒng)茶文化習(xí)俗的綜合呈現(xiàn)。而今天,邀請老外也來參加斗茶,正是中外以茶為紐帶、共商合作的肇始。

“本屆茶博會是一次國際色彩濃郁、茶界影響巨大、杭州元素突出的茶界盛會?!比缯憬「笔¢L孫景淼所言,中國國際茶葉博覽會今后將永久落戶杭州,每年舉行。浙江將以茶為媒、以茶會友,交流合作、互利共贏,把茶博會打造成中國同世界交流合作的一個重要平臺。

無獨有偶,農(nóng)業(yè)部部長韓長賦也在主旨演講中說道:中國是茶的發(fā)源地。從公元5世紀開始,中國茶及茶文化流傳到世界各地?,F(xiàn)在,全球產(chǎn)茶國和地區(qū)已達60多個,茶葉產(chǎn)量近600萬噸,貿(mào)易量超過200萬噸,飲茶人口超過20億。一代又一代的“絲路人”以茶為媒,以茶會友,架起了各國間合作的紐帶、和平的橋梁。

Among various tea expos held across China every year, the China International Tea Expo that made its successful debut in Hangzhou in May of this year proved itself truly “international”.

Statistics from the Ministry of Agriculture show the 2017 exposition drew participation of 260 foreign visitors from 47 countries and international organizations. Special warm-up tea-themed activities were arranged for international guests to savor the fragrance of Chinese tea and the charm of the countrys tea culture. Such cultural immersion has proved a key contributor to the unique “international” quality of the Hangzhou tea expo.

Take the expos tea sampling session for example, all the 30 participating foreign guests had a taste of Chinas most famous tea and ‘tea snack varieties – represented by the West Lake Longjing, from the countrys most reputed tea producing regions. The guests included Vice Prime Minister of Slovenia and a government official from India.

“The more I know about the tea culture of China, the more I realize why tea is widely recognized as a healthy drink,” said the Slovenian.

“Seeing so many high quality tea varieties in China, I feel the urgent need to share ideas with our Chinese counterparts about how to put the tea industry onto a truly ‘green track in its future development. We should put in more serious thoughts about further improving the quality and productivity while keeping environmental hazard at a minimal level,” said the Indian official.

A dozen cultural immersion activities arranged by the organizer of the expo brought the guests closer to Chinas magnificent tea culture encapsulated in the mesmerizing beauty of the West Lake and the sprawling tea plantations around Longjing. At the China Tea Museum in Shuangfeng and Longjing, 25 foreign guests from nine countries sampled the Longjing Tea of the year and oolong tea, and feasted the eye on a dazzling collection of tea-themed antiques and the “West Lake tea ceremony”.

“It takes a country with a history of more than 5,000 years to have something as cultural and graceful as the tea ceremony, and the long-standing prosperity of Chinas tea culture dating back thousands of years ago is rarely seen anywhere else in the world,” said Campos, minister of the Agriculture and Rural Development Ministry of Sao Tome and Principe, after watching the show.

The four-day expo saw the debut of many tea varieties including several from African countries (Burundi, Zimbabwe, and Kenya). Booths representing Nantou, the key tea producer of Taiwan, were among the best-sellers.

One of the big highlights of the tea expo of this year was the participation of coffee makers such as Italy and Columbia.

“We live in a country that makes the worlds best coffee but does not have tea. We are here to share Italian peoples passion in coffee with the Chinese people and learn more about the Chinese tea culture and bring back home authentic Chinese tea,” remarked Stefanie, representing an Italian company taking part in the expo.

The expos ‘tea fight, held at the Hangzhou International Expo Center and designed for participants to better understand the Chinese tea culture through hands-on activities, drew participation of eight foreigners from South Korea, Sri Lanka and Yemen. The tradition of ‘tea fight has a history dating back in the Tang Dynasty and reached its heyday in the Song period. Contestants are required to make tea in the allotted amount of time and rated by a panel of judges.

This years expo announced Hangzhou to be the permanent venue for this yearly international tea carnival. The expo promises to serve as an important platform for the ‘tea communication between Zhejiang Province and its domestic and international peers.

China is the origin of the tea culture that is reaching an unprecedentedly wide audience in todays world. The Chinese tea culture is now shared by the whole world, with the yearly global yield nearing six million tons and the total trade volume topping two million tons. Tea is consumed by more than two billion people in the world, and plays a special role in the cultural talks among people from different countries and speaking different languages.
