俠客，舊時(shí)指武藝高強(qiáng)、講義氣的人物，俠之大者為國(guó)為民。在新時(shí)代，在仙居這座小城，有著這樣一群年輕人，他們武藝高強(qiáng)，利用過(guò)人的攀巖技能挽救遇險(xiǎn)人生命；他們行走崖間，義務(wù)清除游客留下的垃圾，默默守護(hù)著青山秀水；他們參加志愿行動(dòng)200多次，解救被困人員272人次，累計(jì)服務(wù)社會(huì)時(shí)間超過(guò)6萬(wàn)小時(shí)。他們就是仙居縣紅十字應(yīng)急搜救隊(duì)，新時(shí)代的俠客。

攀巖高手組建搜救隊(duì)

仙居，一座歷史悠久的千年古城。幽深奇崛的大山，峰險(xiǎn)谷深，瀑奇林秀。集峰、崖、溪、瀑、林為一體的西罨幽谷、韋羌山系、聚仙谷等景觀，山巒疊翠、奇峰迭出、自成格局。得天獨(dú)厚的山水資源使得當(dāng)?shù)氐膽敉膺\(yùn)動(dòng)蓬勃發(fā)展，并吸引了越來(lái)越多的驢友前來(lái)探奇攬勝，而其中不乏菜鳥(niǎo)級(jí)的驢友，登山受困遇難事件也隨之增多。

說(shuō)起組建搜救隊(duì)的起因，源于隊(duì)長(zhǎng)方浙在山里驢行時(shí)偶然的兩次救援。遇險(xiǎn)者求助的目光以及獲救后的喜極而泣深深觸動(dòng)了他：不如一邊繼續(xù)熱愛(ài)的攀巖活動(dòng)，一邊做公益，救人一命，勝造七級(jí)浮屠。在這樣的想法驅(qū)動(dòng)下，2013年初，他召集了一群志同道合的人建立了搜救隊(duì)。

搜救隊(duì)為驢友出了一本自救手冊(cè)，并開(kāi)通了24小時(shí)救援電話?，F(xiàn)在全國(guó)各地資深驢友來(lái)仙居攀巖前，都會(huì)事先跟隊(duì)伍聯(lián)系報(bào)備自己的驢行方案和路線以備遇到險(xiǎn)情。

搜救隊(duì)共有隊(duì)員180名，其中一線搜救隊(duì)員30名，搜救犬2只，特制救援車1輛。隊(duì)伍由仙居縣紅十字會(huì)主管，主要為在周邊發(fā)生的災(zāi)害和旅游登山的遇險(xiǎn)受困人員提供無(wú)償救援，并積極參與各類救援公益活動(dòng)，受到了時(shí)任浙江省委書(shū)記夏寶龍和全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)副委員長(zhǎng)陳竺的接見(jiàn)和慰問(wèn)。小小的隊(duì)部里滿滿當(dāng)當(dāng)?shù)貟熘丫汝?duì)獲得的各種榮譽(yù)以及各項(xiàng)管理制度，對(duì)于隊(duì)員們來(lái)說(shuō)，這里也是他們的家。

連夜搜尋被困驢友

“太謝謝你們了?！毕删涌h大神仙居景區(qū)一處四面懸崖的山峰上，數(shù)位來(lái)自上海的驢友緊緊擁抱著一群紅衣年輕人，激動(dòng)得說(shuō)不出話來(lái)。

2015年7月25日，41名上海驢友從仙居縣淡竹鄉(xiāng)石盟垟村上山，挑戰(zhàn)神仙居八角金盤，被困深山。斷水?dāng)嗉Z近10個(gè)小時(shí)，人員分散，聯(lián)系困難，還有小孩婦女同行，體力嚴(yán)重透支，一小孩由于脫水幾近休克。

晚上8時(shí)許，隊(duì)長(zhǎng)方浙接到報(bào)警后，馬上集結(jié)隊(duì)員趕到石盟垟村。救援隊(duì)員先與被困人員聯(lián)系，安撫他們的情緒，加微信確定了他們的大致位置后，帶上手電、水和壓縮餅干，與公安、消防人員及向?qū)仙剿丫取?/p>

體力比較好的兩組受困人員被先行安全引導(dǎo)下山。23時(shí)許，隊(duì)員們爬上一段又陡又滑的坡道后找到最后5名驢友。他們中有一名男子手部舊傷復(fù)發(fā)，另有兩名婦女體力嚴(yán)重透支，無(wú)法行走。在嘗試多種方法救助無(wú)效后，最后隊(duì)員們整整花了1個(gè)小時(shí)，輪番用繩索保護(hù)受困人員下降，把這3名游客護(hù)送到安全的地方。

次日凌晨1時(shí)許，41名上海驢友被安全撤回石盟垟村。驢友們激動(dòng)之余，一個(gè)個(gè)緊握著隊(duì)員們的手使勁道謝。

這些驢友并不知道，這僅是仙居縣紅十字應(yīng)急搜救隊(duì)的一個(gè)剪影，背后隱藏著難以計(jì)數(shù)的艱辛……

災(zāi)難之中大顯身手

2015年11月13日晚，麗水里東發(fā)生重大山體滑坡，近20幢房屋被埋。11月14日，搜救隊(duì)一大早趕到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，統(tǒng)一聽(tīng)從省紅十字會(huì)的指揮。隊(duì)伍帶去的搜救犬，發(fā)出5次信號(hào)。

隊(duì)員們發(fā)揚(yáng)連續(xù)作戰(zhàn)精神，晝夜不休，餓了到場(chǎng)外隨便吃一個(gè)盒飯，累了在路邊休息一會(huì)兒。27歲的救援隊(duì)員趙偉從凌晨5點(diǎn)就進(jìn)入救援現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，一直到下午3點(diǎn)多，直接參與了10具遇難者遺體的徒手挖掘，手被鋼絲劃破了才到場(chǎng)外醫(yī)療點(diǎn)包扎。中央電視臺(tái)的記者找到了他，只見(jiàn)他身上、臉上都是泥點(diǎn)，鞋也因?yàn)殚L(zhǎng)時(shí)間泡在水里而嚴(yán)重破損無(wú)法穿著。談起現(xiàn)場(chǎng)救援的場(chǎng)景時(shí)，這位靦腆的小伙子數(shù)次哽咽，眼淚忍不住奪眶而出。隊(duì)伍爭(zhēng)分奪秒、全力以赴搜救被掩埋人員，成為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)救援的中堅(jiān)力量。

懷有對(duì)自然的敬畏之情

仙居的山水最能吸引人，每個(gè)來(lái)仙居登山的人無(wú)不被仙居山水的厚重靈動(dòng)所震撼。對(duì)于這群崖間的舞者來(lái)說(shuō)，他們征服的不是自然，而是自己。多年的登山經(jīng)歷也讓他們對(duì)大自然多了一分敬畏之情。

每年，搜救隊(duì)都會(huì)定期開(kāi)展志愿活動(dòng)，無(wú)償為神仙居景區(qū)清理懸崖間的垃圾。景區(qū)的懸崖非常陡峭，有些地方完全是呈90度的絕壁，一般的清理人員根本無(wú)法到達(dá)。救援隊(duì)自發(fā)擔(dān)起了責(zé)任，“這是我們的家，游客來(lái)我們這兒玩，必須讓他們看到一個(gè)干凈美麗的神仙居。”隊(duì)員們每人腰間掛著蛇皮袋，把生命系在一根繩索上，巖降到數(shù)百米的懸崖下清理飲料瓶、塑料袋等垃圾。青山秀水間，他們是那一抹靚麗溫暖的紅。

讓人間充滿大愛(ài)

險(xiǎn)崖間，他們膽識(shí)超群；生活中，他們各自扮演著不同角色。他們是普通的丈夫、慈父、賢妻……隊(duì)伍里有著許許多多溫暖的小故事，有因?yàn)閰⒓铀丫汝?duì)而走到一起的年輕小夫妻，為了共同的救援事業(yè)而相知相愛(ài)相守；有帶著妻子一同加入搜救隊(duì)的年輕教師，兩人相互扶持，扛起救援的重任；有登山受困被搜救隊(duì)救下而立意加入搜救隊(duì)的攝影師，從此記錄下隊(duì)員們一幕幕動(dòng)人的活動(dòng)場(chǎng)景……每個(gè)人的故事匯集起來(lái)，就是大愛(ài)仙居人道精神的寫照。

當(dāng)初憑著一腔熱血成立了搜救隊(duì)，中途經(jīng)歷缺乏資金、場(chǎng)地等各種考驗(yàn)，又憑著責(zé)任感一直堅(jiān)持下來(lái)。對(duì)于搜救隊(duì)隊(duì)員們來(lái)說(shuō)，救人已不僅僅是攀巖時(shí)的順手之勞，更是一項(xiàng)事業(yè)，一份責(zé)任。

如今，搜救隊(duì)?wèi){著專業(yè)性和敬業(yè)精神，已從一支縣級(jí)的紅十字志愿者隊(duì)伍發(fā)展成為浙江省紅十字（仙居）應(yīng)急搜救隊(duì)。搜救隊(duì)以“人道、博愛(ài)、奉獻(xiàn)”為座右銘，始終把救助給予最需要的人，無(wú)論救援對(duì)象是本地人還是外地人、中國(guó)人還是外國(guó)人，求救是最大的命令，無(wú)私奉獻(xiàn)樂(lè)于助人是最根本的動(dòng)力。搜救隊(duì)榮獲2016浙江慈善獎(jiǎng)、“浙江好人”稱號(hào)。在麗水里東救援中榮立集體三等功、隊(duì)長(zhǎng)方浙榮立二等功。

Xianju， a county in the south of Zhejiang Province， is famed for its mountains， deep valleys， waterfalls， woods. It is more than a tourist attraction. As outdoor sports are become increasing popular across the country， Xianju poses thrilling challenges to outdoor enthusiasts in general and rock climbers in particular. Among these outdoor enthusiasts are green hands with too much passion and yearning for adventure but with little experience and with little knowledge of safety and precautions in outdoor adventures. Incidents occur and some people get hurt. That is how a group of local volunteers took concern and organized themselves into an emergency response team in early 2013.

The idea of getting a team ready to give hands to emergency calls came to Fang Zhe， an experienced local outdoor old hand and rock climber， after he gave his hand to rescue actions when he was rock-climbing in local mountains on two different occasions. He saw both the hopeless look of those stranded in impossible spots in mountains and the happy tears in their eyes after they were rescued. What he saw and experienced touched him.

He acted upon the idea and a group of local volunteers came together. The first thing the volunteer team did was putting together a self-help booklet and making it available to all outdoor explorers who came to Xianju. They also set up a 24/7 emergency hotline.

The team has 180 volunteers. Thirty of them respond to calls and get to rescue spots. The team has two search dogs and a special ambulance. Under the direct leadership of Xianju Red Cross， the volunteers provide free support and rescue those who are in need of emergency help in the mountains. Over years， the team has responded to more than 200 emergency calls and helped 272 mountaineers and rock climbers out of trouble. The public services they have provided to the general public have amounted to over 60，000 hours.

One of the public services they deliver is to clean the throwaway rubbish at Immortals Residence， the most spectacular of the tourist attractions of Xianju， at regular intervals. Some cliffs here are perpendicular and there are spots ordinary cleaners cannot access. Regularly， the volunteers from the emergency response team rope down hundreds of meters from the top of the cliffs and get down to the spots and pick up empty bottles and plastic bags.

One memorable rescue action occurred on July 25， 2015. Forty-one outdoor sports enthusiasts from Shanghai had run into trouble. They went into mountains from a village and planned to challenge a precipitous peak in the Immortals Residence. But they lost themselves in the mountains. When they realized they were in serious trouble， it was dark and they had already run out of drinking water and food. And they were scattered along the way. Of the 41 were some children and women. One child was about to go into shock.

Fang Zhe got the emergency call at 8 oclock in the evening. They immediately set out and soon reached the village. Thanks to fine telecommunication signals， they were able to get into contact with the explorers from Shanghai and find out where they were. The helpers were on their way， with flashlights， water and food. At 11 oclock in the evening， they located the last 5 people on a steep and slippery slope. Two could move. Of the last three， one man had his hand injured and the two women were too weak to walk. The rescuers tried several methods but none worked before they roped them down in relay. This action took about 1 hour before the three reached a safe place. At one oclock in the next morning， all the 41 explorers finally got reunited safely in the village.
