[摘要]目的 探討互動健康教育在小兒骨折患者護理中的效果。方法 選取2015年1月~2016年1月在我院接受治療的骨折患兒116例,依據(jù)患兒入院時間先后將其分為觀察組與對照組,各58例。對照組采用常規(guī)健康教育,觀察組采用互動健康教育,比較兩組患兒家長骨折相關知識掌握率、患兒畸形愈合率和功能完全恢復率、患兒家屬的護理滿意度。結果 觀察組患兒家長骨折相關知識掌握率、護理滿意度及功能完全恢復率均高于對照組,患兒畸形愈合率低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 在對小兒骨折患兒護理時實施互動健康教育措施可顯著提高患兒家屬對骨折知識的掌握程度,提高患兒骨折康復效果及患兒家屬護理滿意度,值得臨床推廣。

Efficacy of interactive health education in children with fracture

[Abstract]Objective To explore the efficacy of interactive health education in children with fracture.Methods 116 children patients with fracture in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of hospitalization,with 58 cases in each group.The control was given routine health education,while the observation group was given interactive health education.The mastery rate of fracture information of children′s parents,the malunion rate and complete functional recovery rate of patients and the nursing satisfaction of children′s parents were compared between two groups.Results The mastery rate of fracture information of children′s parents,complete functional recovery rate and nursing satisfaction of children′s parents were higher than those in the control group,the malunion rate was lower than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of interactive health education in nursing care of children with fracture of children when Education measures can significantly improve the children′s family members to master the knowledge of fracture, improve the rehabilitation effect of children fracture and the satisfaction degree of the family members of the children, which is worthy of clinical promotion

上肢骨折是當前臨床極為常見的一種小兒骨折類型,兒童此時正處于身體發(fā)育的關鍵時期,在其骨頭可塑性強、生長極快等優(yōu)點下,骨折患兒在接受有效治療的情況下極少見骨骼功能受損現(xiàn)象[1-2]。然而患兒同時具有好動、活潑等特點,對骨折康復造成一定不利影響[3]?;咏】到逃钱斍芭R床一種較為新穎的健康教育模式,其在臨床中已經(jīng)得到了較為廣泛的應用且有研究結果[4-5]顯示,互動健康教育尤其適用于幼兒疾病治療進程中。對接受外固定治療的患兒進行積極的健康宣教,對提升患兒治療依從性有積極作用,能促使患兒早日康復。為進一步了解小兒骨折患兒中互動健康教育的護理效果,本次研究中將以此為據(jù),將互動健康教育應用在患兒護理進程中,現(xiàn)報道如下。
1資料與方法
1.1一般資料
選取2015年1月~2016年1月在我院接受治療的骨折患兒116例,依據(jù)患兒入院時間先后將其分為觀察組與對照組,各58例。觀察組中男35例,女23例;年齡2~9歲,平均(5.56±1.21)歲;骨折類型:恥骨骨折13例,鎖骨骨折12例,撓骨骨折13例,肱骨骨折11例,掌指骨骨折9例。對照組中男36例,女22例;年齡3~9歲,平均(6.01±1.21)歲;骨折類型:恥骨骨折14例,鎖骨骨折12例,撓骨骨折12例,肱骨骨折10例,掌指骨骨折10例。納入標準:①患兒均為上肢骨折并給予X線、超聲等影像學檢查手段證實;②患兒有上肢外傷病史、跌倒史等病史,由父母陪伴進入我院接受診治;③患兒家屬知曉本次研究并針對患兒治療方法簽訂知情同意書,服從相關治療及護理要求。排除標準:①合并有下肢及其他部位的多發(fā)性骨折患兒;②合并有嚴重心血管疾病及其他亟待治療嚴重癥狀的患兒;③合并有認知障礙、精神障礙以及嚴重臟器功能障礙患兒。兩組患兒一般資料比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P>0.05),具有可比性。本次研究經(jīng)過我院醫(yī)學倫理委員會批準。
