[摘要] 目的 探討對糖尿病患者給予蒙藥希合日希精阿日樂嘎其（降糖1號）治療的臨床療效。方法 選用2016年4月—2017年4月該院收治的160例糖尿病患者作為觀察對象，采用隨機分組法分成參照組和研究組，每組80例。參照組采用格列本脲治療，研究組采用蒙藥希合日希精阿日樂嘎其（降糖1號）治療，連續(xù)治療4周，觀察兩組治療效果。 結(jié)果 研究組總有效率明顯優(yōu)于參照組（P<0.05）；研究組不良反應(yīng)明顯低于對參照組（P<0.05），研究組治療后血液流變學(xué)各指標較治療前均有所改善（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 蒙藥希合日希精阿日樂嘎其能夠有效緩解患者臨床癥狀，降低患者血糖，改善血液流變學(xué)指標，減少患者痛苦，提高患者生活質(zhì)量，優(yōu)化治療效果，減少不良反應(yīng)，療效安全可靠，值得選用。

Observation on Clinical Curative Effect of Mentyao Jiangtangyihao Capsule in Treatment of Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical curative effect of mentyao Jiangtangyihao capsule in treatment of diabetes. Methods 160 cases of diabetes patients admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the observation objects and randomly divided into two groups with 80 cases in each， the control group were treated with glyburide， while the research group were treated with mentyao Jiangtangyihao capsule， for 4 weeks in a row， and the treatment effect was observed. Results The total effective rate in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group（P<0.05）， and the adverse reactions in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）， and the various hemorheology indicators after treatment in the research group were improved（P<0.05）. Conclusion The mentyao Jiangtangyihao capsule can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms， reduce the blood glucose， improve the hemorheology indicators， reduce the pains of patients， improve the quality of life， optimize the treatment effect， and reduce the adverse reactions， and the curative effect is safe and reliable， and it is worth application.

糖尿病是指因遺傳、免疫功能紊亂、環(huán)境等因素導(dǎo)致機體胰島功能衰竭，胰島素分泌不足，胰島素作用缺陷引起蛋白質(zhì)、脂肪、水、糖、電解質(zhì)等一系列代謝紊亂，引起以高血糖為特征的代謝障礙或代謝旺盛[1]。長期內(nèi)分泌代謝紊亂和持續(xù)高血糖會導(dǎo)致全身各個系統(tǒng)病變，尤其是眼、心腦血管、腎、下肢等部位，易對神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)損傷，導(dǎo)致功能障礙和衰竭，嚴重者可導(dǎo)致水、電解質(zhì)紊亂、酸堿平衡失調(diào)，引起中毒和昏迷，嚴重影響患者正常生活、工作，威脅患者的生命安全[2]。持續(xù)高血糖是糖尿病患者的基本特征，正常人在清晨空腹血糖濃度為80～120 mg/dL，糖尿病患者清晨空腹血糖超過130 mg/dL，血糖升高，尿糖增多，大量水分流失，增加血滲透壓，從而引起患者口渴、多飲、多尿的癥狀。由于患者機體胰島素相對或絕對缺乏，導(dǎo)致體內(nèi)葡萄糖不能被利用，蛋白質(zhì)、脂肪消耗增多，引起患者出現(xiàn)乏力、消瘦等癥狀。由于尿糖丟失、高血糖刺激胰島素分泌，患者易產(chǎn)生饑餓感，引起患者出現(xiàn)多食的癥狀。健康教育、藥物治療、運動治療、飲食治療、胰島素治療等方法是治療糖尿病的主要方法。該文對2016年4月—2017年4月收治的80例糖尿病患者給予蒙藥希合日希精阿日樂嘎其（降糖1號）治療的臨床療效進行分析，現(xiàn)報道如下。endprint
