2017年10月31日，中共中央總書記習(xí)近平帶領(lǐng)全體中央政治局常委在瞻仰上海中共一大會(huì)址后，來到嘉興南湖紅船。習(xí)近平指出，要結(jié)合時(shí)代特點(diǎn)大力弘揚(yáng)“紅船精神”，讓“紅船精神”永放光芒。

此前，由中國(guó)外文出版發(fā)行事業(yè)局、中共浙江省委宣傳部、中共嘉興市委主辦，外文出版社和中共嘉興市委宣傳部承辦的《紅船精神：?jiǎn)⒑降膲?mèng)想》（中、英文版）新書首發(fā)式暨座談會(huì)在浙江嘉興舉行。來自社科理論界、新聞出版界的中外學(xué)者集聚南湖之畔，學(xué)習(xí)、研究和宣傳紅船精神。

讓中國(guó)文化走出國(guó)門走進(jìn)人心

《紅船精神：?jiǎn)⒑降膲?mèng)想》是“中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨精神”系列叢書的開篇之作。該系列叢書為迎接黨的十九大及2021年建黨100周年而傾力打造，旨在向國(guó)際社會(huì)積極傳播、介紹中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨精神，加強(qiáng)中共中央治國(guó)理政新理念新思想新戰(zhàn)略的對(duì)外宣傳。

座談會(huì)上，中國(guó)外文局局長(zhǎng)張福海表示，隨著綜合國(guó)力的顯著增強(qiáng)，特別是“一帶一路”建設(shè)的深入推進(jìn)，中國(guó)的國(guó)際地位和對(duì)外影響力日益提升，逐漸走近世界舞臺(tái)中央。國(guó)際社會(huì)比以往任何時(shí)候都更為關(guān)注中國(guó)，對(duì)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的研究也日益深入，很多國(guó)家的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人和普通民眾都迫切希望更多地了解中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨，特別是習(xí)近平總書記系列重要講話精神和治國(guó)理政新理念新思想新戰(zhàn)略。在這樣的背景下，對(duì)外傳播好中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨精神，就顯得更為重要。

據(jù)介紹，該書還將翻譯出版德、法、西、阿、俄等多個(gè)文版，并將通過國(guó)內(nèi)外各大書展及其他交流平臺(tái)進(jìn)行全球推廣宣介，讓中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨精神在世界范圍內(nèi)更加廣泛地傳播。

浙江省委黨史研究室主任金延鋒說，該書生動(dòng)形象地詮釋了紅船精神的深刻內(nèi)涵，具有很高的學(xué)術(shù)性和很強(qiáng)的可讀性。特別是同步推出的英文版，更是一次向世界講好中國(guó)故事、傳播中國(guó)文化、展示中國(guó)形象的有益嘗試，必將對(duì)紅船精神的研究、宣傳產(chǎn)生積極的影響和強(qiáng)大的推動(dòng)。

外文出版社資深外國(guó)專家大衛(wèi)·弗格森說：“作為一個(gè)在中國(guó)工作的西方人，我知道對(duì)于中國(guó)來說，吸引并保持西方受眾的關(guān)注是至關(guān)重要的。而做到這一點(diǎn)需要描繪畫面、講述故事，需要與受眾進(jìn)行人文交流。這本書就像它應(yīng)該做的那樣，描繪了畫面、講述了故事。書里沒有冗長(zhǎng)的列表，沒有概念性和抽象性的內(nèi)容。它與讀者有人文交流，它講述了真實(shí)事件和真實(shí)人物的故事。這些人在過去的年代里進(jìn)行著生死存亡的斗爭(zhēng)，而這場(chǎng)斗爭(zhēng)終將勝利。它也用正確的方式，即激動(dòng)人心、鼓舞人心的方式講述了故事，這正是‘文化自信的集中體現(xiàn)。我相信它能獲得成功?！?/p>

回應(yīng)紅船精神的時(shí)代呼喚

這是一次穿越歷史的對(duì)望：嘉興紅船承載著中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨先驅(qū)的熱血和勇氣，見證了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的誕生，見證了中國(guó)的時(shí)代巨變。在我們加強(qiáng)國(guó)際傳播能力建設(shè)、講好中國(guó)故事、傳播好中國(guó)聲音的今天，以嘉興紅船為新的起點(diǎn)，以《紅船精神：?jiǎn)⒑降膲?mèng)想》為載體，推動(dòng)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的偉大精神走向全世界，意義深遠(yuǎn)。

《紅船精神：?jiǎn)⒑降膲?mèng)想》是由浙江省人民政府新聞辦公室、嘉興市人民政府新聞辦公室編著，外文出版社出版發(fā)行的。全書分為“紅船故事”、“創(chuàng)新：開天辟地 敢為人先”、“奮斗：堅(jiān)定理想 百折不撓”、“奉獻(xiàn)：立黨為公 忠誠(chéng)為民”4個(gè)篇章。

該書在腰封上寫道：“嘉興是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨誕生之地，紅船精神是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨精神之源。”96年前，中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在嘉興南湖的一條游船上誕生;12年前，時(shí)任浙江省委書記習(xí)近平同志發(fā)表署名文章《弘揚(yáng)“紅船精神”，走在時(shí)代前列》，概括了紅船精神的核心特征和基本內(nèi)涵，明確指出了大力弘揚(yáng)紅船精神的時(shí)代價(jià)值和前進(jìn)方向，紅船精神和井岡山精神、長(zhǎng)征精神、延安精神、西柏坡精神等一起，共同構(gòu)成了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的寶貴精神財(cái)富。

先輩故事中的偉大精神凝聚人心

《紅船精神：?jiǎn)⒑降膲?mèng)想》選用了大量的歷史照片和實(shí)景照片，用黨的締造者、革命先烈的故事生動(dòng)詮釋了“紅船精神”的三種精神內(nèi)涵。

20世紀(jì)20年代初，中國(guó)社會(huì)黑暗到了極點(diǎn)，老百姓苦難到了極點(diǎn)，中國(guó)的出路不知道在哪里。就在這個(gè)時(shí)候，一個(gè)新的革命火種在沉沉黑夜中的中國(guó)大地上點(diǎn)燃。13位平均年齡只有28歲的中國(guó)先進(jìn)分子，在上海一座石庫(kù)門的房子里開會(huì)，最后一天轉(zhuǎn)移到嘉興南湖的游船上續(xù)會(huì)，宣告了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的誕生。

以陳獨(dú)秀、李大釗、毛澤東為代表的中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人，回應(yīng)人民和歷史的召喚，從“紅船精神”中發(fā)出中華民族在歷史危急時(shí)刻最強(qiáng)勁的吶喊：埋葬舊世界，建立社會(huì)主義新世界，開辟了一個(gè)嶄新的時(shí)代。

李大釗，如同那個(gè)暗淡中國(guó)的普羅米修斯，把馬克思主義的火種在這片土地傳遞，誓將燃盡這片陰霾。五四運(yùn)動(dòng)中，數(shù)十萬學(xué)生沖鋒陷陣成為運(yùn)動(dòng)的先鋒，他們的引導(dǎo)者就是青年導(dǎo)師陳獨(dú)秀。毛澤東，懷著“改造中國(guó)與世界”的宏偉抱負(fù)，走上了“指點(diǎn)江山，激揚(yáng)文字”的求學(xué)道路，他把馬克思主義基本原理同中國(guó)革命的實(shí)際結(jié)合起來，指出了中國(guó)奪取革命勝利的道路，成為馬克思主義中國(guó)化的真正開創(chuàng)者。

還有陳望道、俞秀松、繆伯英，第一個(gè)將《共產(chǎn)黨宣言》翻譯成中文、創(chuàng)立中國(guó)社會(huì)主義青年團(tuán)、成為中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨第一位女黨員……本書在“創(chuàng)新：開天辟地 敢為人先”篇章中，正是講述了這樣一批具有共產(chǎn)主義的崇高理想和敢于挽狂瀾于既倒，扶大廈之將傾的英雄氣概的先進(jìn)分子。

“砍頭不要緊，只要主義真。殺了夏明翰，還有后來人”?！拿骱?928年3月在就義前寫下這一正氣凜然的詞句，當(dāng)時(shí)就被人稱作熱血譜寫的革命戰(zhàn)歌，激勵(lì)了無數(shù)后人為之奮斗。endprint

“我們活著不能與草木同腐，不能醉生夢(mèng)死，枉度人生，要有所作為！”方志敏被捕以后，受盡酷刑，但他堅(jiān)貞不屈，對(duì)于敵人的“軟化”和“規(guī)勸”毫不動(dòng)搖。今天，當(dāng)我們吟誦方志敏的不朽詩(shī)篇，無不為這位偉大的共產(chǎn)主義戰(zhàn)士對(duì)黨和革命事業(yè)的赤膽忠心而肅然起敬。

“她是一個(gè)‘事業(yè)的野心家，她每每自己這樣奮激的幻想：‘將來我如做不出大事業(yè)，我要把自己粉碎起來，燒成灰！她每每這樣激烈的幻想便要大哭一場(chǎng)?！?928年7月22日，無產(chǎn)階級(jí)革命家蔡和森在妻子向警予英勇就義2個(gè)多月后在莫斯科寫下《向警予同志傳》?！芭畽?quán)解放”是向警予一生為之奮斗的事業(yè)，她將畢生精力獻(xiàn)給了中國(guó)無產(chǎn)階級(jí)，犧牲時(shí)年僅33歲，她誓言每一滴淚、每一滴血都要為勞苦大眾而流。

正是憑著堅(jiān)定理想、百折不撓的奮斗精神，中國(guó)才趕走了侵略者，成立了新中國(guó);正是憑著堅(jiān)定理想、百折不撓的奮斗精神，才涌現(xiàn)出鄧中夏、何叔衡、王盡美、陳潭秋等一大批革命先烈。

在“奉獻(xiàn)：立黨為公 忠誠(chéng)為民”這個(gè)篇章中，一個(gè)個(gè)全心全意為人民的典型人物，撲面而來——

周恩來同志50多年的革命生涯，同中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的建立、發(fā)展、壯大，同我國(guó)新民主主義革命的勝利，同我國(guó)社會(huì)主義革命和建設(shè)的歷史進(jìn)程緊密聯(lián)系在一起。他毫無保留地把全部精力奉獻(xiàn)給了黨和人民，直到生命的最后一息。

林伯渠是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨德高望重的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人之一，也是嚴(yán)以律己、廉潔奉公的楷模。他曾在自己的日記中醒目地寫道：一、遵守黨章黨紀(jì)。二、戒驕傲自滿。三、必須有系統(tǒng)地進(jìn)行監(jiān)督。四、加強(qiáng)馬列思想教育。在半個(gè)多世紀(jì)的革命生涯中，林伯渠總是跟著進(jìn)步的方向走，在危難的關(guān)頭，總是和廣大人民站在一起。

這里還有澎湃、陳延年、沈雁冰等等，他們放棄“鴉飛不過的田產(chǎn)”投身革命，他們堅(jiān)持“為人民服務(wù)，為世界工作”，他們將黨籍視為一生最大的財(cái)富……

“我們走得再遠(yuǎn)都不能忘記來時(shí)的路?！苯裉煳覀兺ㄟ^書籍重溫“紅船精神”：一個(gè)大黨和一條小船的故事。紅船所代表和昭示的是時(shí)代高度，是發(fā)展方向，是奮進(jìn)明燈，更是鑄就在中華兒女心中的永不褪色的精神豐碑。

In June 2017， Zhejiang Province released . It is a book on the original aspirations of the Communist Party of China. The book is in both Chinese and English. The launching ceremony was held in Jiaxing where the South Lake is. The book was sponsored by Zhejiang Provincial Peoples Government and the Jiaxing Municipal Peoples Government. The English version was translated by China Foreign Languages Publishing Administration. A seminar was held in Jiaxing， attended by Chinese and international scholars.

It was the inaugural book in a series titled to be published in a five year period starting in 2017 in honor of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC in 2017 and in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the CPC in 2021. The series is designed to relate the key events and places in the history of the CPC in a bid to introduce the party best to the wo rld.

It is understandable why is the first of the series. In 1921， the first national congress of the CPC was concluded on a tour boat on the South Lake after its first sessions in Shanghai. The historical incidence ushered in the CPC， which has brought China back to the center of the world after humiliations and defeats at the hands of foreign powers. The legendary Red Boat is widely considered a symbol of Chinas endeavor to rejuvenate itself. The Red Boat is construed as the first step the CPC took to create a new China， with all aspirations and dreams about the nations future. The purpose of the series is not just a review of the past. It provides good answers to a series of questions： why it is the CPC that has brought China back on its feet and has put modernization on the right track， what the CPC has done to be what it is today， why the CPC is the choice made by history， by China， by Chinese people.endprint

The questions the series tries to answer are justifiable. The world is curious about Chinas peaceful rise and miraculous economic growth especially when Chinas Belt & Road initiative is starting to make positive changes in the world and Chinas global influence is spreading fast and when the world is taking serous interest in what China is and what China does.

China is in a better position to provide answers. Xi Jinping has made a series of speeches specifying new theories， new strategies， and new ideas about Chinas governance， economic and societal growth， and future， highlighting Chinas better understanding of itself and its relationship with the world， and suggesting the political maturity of the CPC.

“The book illustrates the profound contents of the spirit of the Red Boat. Its scholarship and readability are praiseworthy. The English translation is a positive effort to relate a China story to the world， to promote Chinese culture， and to enhance Chinas international image，” noted Jin Yanfeng， director of CPC History Institute of the CPC Zhejiang Committee.

“As a westerner working in China， I know China knows the importance of attracting and maintaining the concern and attention of the western audience. To achieve this， vivid images and stories are required to promote cultural exchanges. This book gives images and pictures， and tells stories. It presents no long lists and graphics， and nor are there any discussions of pure concepts and abstractions. There are real events and real people and real stories. These people risked and even sacrificed their lives to save and change China. It is the right way to tell stories and this highlights the confidence in culture. I believe the book will be a success，” commented David Ferguson， a specialist working for the Foreign Languages Press based in Beijing.

The book will see translations in other major languages such as German， French， Spanish， Arabian and Russian and will be marketed through book fairs and other exchange platforms at home and abroad.endprint
