1 尊重城市文脈

項(xiàng)目位于湘江與瀏陽河交匯的新河三角洲，“頑石”和“沙洲”作為創(chuàng)作的構(gòu)思原型，將大地景觀元素融入到城市形態(tài)之中，重塑了新河三角洲的大地肌理與地表形態(tài)。

Museum and City Planning Exhibition Hall,Library and Concert Hall.

1 Respect urban context

The project locates on the New River Delta at the intersection of Xiang River and Liuyang River.the form derives from sedimentary gravel cut by the river water, brings architecture as an element of earth landscape, and makes a harmonious coexistence with the environment.

2 隱喻城市精神

建筑向洲頭奔去的動(dòng)勢以及從大地中崛起的形象，象征湖湘文化中勇往直前、倔強(qiáng)不屈的性格特點(diǎn)，通過整體建筑形態(tài)的隱喻與城市精神形成呼應(yīng)。

3 營造城市場所

設(shè)計(jì)以“開放共享，交流舞臺”為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，為市民文化生活打造一個(gè)城市客廳?！?/p>

The dynamic and rising form of the architecture symbolizes the brave and unyielding character in Hunan culture.

3 Create a city place

As a new landmark in Changsha, the design permeates into the city as an open public space,providing an interchange culture activity place for the citizens.□
