氣勢恢宏的霍夫堡皇宮之中,懸掛在屋頂?shù)乃У鯚翳矈Z目,16人古典管弦樂隊在臺上演奏著施特勞斯的獨奏曲,身著及地禮服的女士與身著黑色燕尾服的男士們正伴著音樂翩翩起舞,一旁的少年們笑靨如花,一邊品味著精致的食品,一邊欣賞匯聚中西文化藝術(shù)的“雅集”:經(jīng)典的足上芭蕾《浪漫華爾茲》、極具中國民族特色的蒙古舞《長調(diào)》、中國首部芭蕾舞國標舞舞劇《海河紅帆》選段《不忘》、拉丁舞《吉普賽之舞》、男女高音重唱Tanzenmcht'ich……

談到國標舞,你會想到什么?是拉丁舞的飛速旋轉(zhuǎn),是摩登舞的優(yōu)雅轉(zhuǎn)身,是那些狂野而精致的妝容,還是隨著節(jié)奏飄忽流動的衣袂裙擺?走入有著百年歷史的霍夫堡皇宮,你會驚奇地發(fā)現(xiàn),原來國標舞除了賽場上的競技之美,還有社交禮儀與蘊藏的文化歷史之美。

自1986年來,中國國標舞藝術(shù)事業(yè)走過了30年艱辛而精彩的歷程。職業(yè)選手的技藝水平不斷提高,專業(yè)院校青少年學(xué)生進步迅速,在競技層面取得了重大突破與進展;而通過全國常規(guī)賽事以及“明星公益課”“高校對抗賽”“壯年組對抗賽”“親子組”“師生組”等創(chuàng)新形式及項目的推廣,國標舞作為新穎、健康、時尚的藝術(shù)活動在廣大群眾中得以迅速普及;而隨著國標舞藝術(shù)表演舞展演、藝術(shù)表演舞研討會的年度舉辦,以及首部芭蕾舞國標舞舞劇《海河紅帆》的問世,國標舞的“舞臺”與“藝術(shù)”屬性得以彰顯,成功地將肢體技巧融入社會生活和人類情感,同時借鑒了中國五大舞種(中國古典舞、中國民間舞、芭蕾舞、當(dāng)代舞和現(xiàn)代舞)的元素,使國標舞呈現(xiàn)出耳目一新的審美形態(tài)和藝術(shù)魅力,讓國標舞更加貼近實際、貼近生活、貼近群眾,顯現(xiàn)出中國國標舞藝術(shù)的新境界和獨特性。然而,跳什么,為何跳,為什么中國人的國標舞看上去總是差了那么點意思?除“競技”“藝術(shù)”兩個屬性外,是否應(yīng)該從其起源去探索與開發(fā)?于是一場從“心”感受、從“根”體會的國標舞文化禮儀“尋根之旅”在中國國際標準舞總會的倡議及召集下,于1月21日在歐洲舞會之都——奧地利維也納舉行。

可是,中國人在國外辦國標舞舞會,這可是前所未有、聞所未聞。

這種未有先河的事情,怎能成形、如何成功?撇去昂貴費用、地域間隔、語言差異不說,如何保障逾500名與會人員的順利抵達與期間安全?如何保證正統(tǒng)文化的原汁原味?如何在保證中西文化交流的形式上充分彰顯中國國標舞藝術(shù)及中國藝術(shù)形象……創(chuàng)新與果敢成為這段旅途中不可磨滅的關(guān)鍵字眼。

一年前,中國國際標準舞總會副主席兼秘書長王永剛、副秘書長曹曉明數(shù)度前往英國、德國、美國、俄羅斯、奧地利進行前期勘察,充分利用民間藝術(shù)交流的智慧與平臺,通過與中國文聯(lián)國際聯(lián)絡(luò)部、中國對外友好協(xié)會、奧中友好協(xié)會、中國駐奧地利大使館及奧地利駐華大使館的充分交流,建立了多邊良好共識;9月底,奧地利前總統(tǒng)菲舍爾和夫人一行訪問中國期間,中國國際標準舞總會名譽主席高占祥與相關(guān)人員就中國新年舞會籌備事宜與菲舍爾進行友好交談,就此奠定了維也納中國新年舞會的穩(wěn)固基調(diào)。

經(jīng)過場地選取、人員組織、節(jié)目邀請、環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計、現(xiàn)場安全、餐飲、酒店、交通、經(jīng)費等多方事無巨細的思索以及無數(shù)個夜以繼日的悉心籌備,數(shù)百名來自中國的國標舞人在中國國際標準舞總會的引領(lǐng)下跨越地理、語言、文化的障礙,齊聚在多瑙河畔——維也納,與來自世界各地的舞蹈人士及當(dāng)?shù)卣缂钨e一起參加了這場由中國舞協(xié)、中國國際標準舞總會、奧地利中國友好協(xié)會聯(lián)合舉辦,中國人民對外友好協(xié)會、維也納市政府、維也納大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院支持的“2018CBDF維也納中國新年舞會”,共同見證了這一重要歷史性時刻的到來。

舞會中的另一個亮點則是40對來自世界各地的青年們獻上的“成人禮”環(huán)節(jié),其中,有中國職業(yè)摩登舞和拉丁舞冠軍及優(yōu)秀職業(yè)選手,也有來自哈佛、耶魯、牛津、劍橋、北大、清華等著名學(xué)府的高材生們,亦有來自奧地利當(dāng)?shù)匚璧笇W(xué)校及軍校的學(xué)生代表們。他們踏著優(yōu)雅而歡快的舞步,手持花束,穿著圣潔的白色紗裙走入舞池中央,,在眾人的注視及古老的宮殿中,莊重完成了自己的成人禮儀式,體驗了一次獨特的西方舞會文化。

舞會活動亦受到了中奧雙方政界、商務(wù)界及文藝界的廣泛關(guān)注。中國駐奧地利大使李曉駟,奧地利國民議會第二議長多瑞斯·布麗斯,中國人民對外友好協(xié)會副會長宋敬武,中國人民對外友好協(xié)會歐洲司副司長呂宏偉,奧地利國民議會社民黨黨派主席安德烈亞斯·席德,中國舞協(xié)駐會副主席、秘書長、中國國際標準舞總會主席羅斌,中國國際標準舞總會副主席、秘書長王永剛,國家大劇院副院長、中國國際標準舞總會副主席趙鐵春,中國國際標準舞總會副秘書長李淑芬、曹曉明,奧中友協(xié)常務(wù)副主席格爾德·卡明斯基及夫人張宏濱,維也納大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院奧方校長李夏德等百名人士出席。在“2018CBDF維也納國際舞蹈節(jié)”中,來自中國、英國、俄羅斯、意大利、波蘭、烏克蘭、摩爾多瓦、西班牙等國的舞蹈少年精英們悉數(shù)參加,對這群“明日之星”而言,在百年歷史的皇宮古堡里交流歷練的確是一場難以忘懷的非凡體驗。

隨心馳騁,無問西東。舞蹈藝術(shù)的優(yōu)美律動不僅是中奧兩國人民的文化紐帶,更是“一帶一路”宏偉藍圖下的繽紛花朵。文化外交、藝術(shù)外交,通過舞蹈共敘兩國悠久歷史和燦爛文明,傳遞中國形象,展現(xiàn)中國變化,凸顯文化自信,在增進兩國舞者的藝術(shù)交流與友誼的同時,成功展現(xiàn)了國際標準舞在中國的精彩與繁榮,也構(gòu)建成東西方文化交融的藝術(shù)盛會。

When it comes to standard ballroom dancing, what would you think of? The rapid rotation of Latin dance, the elegant turning of modern dance, the wild and delicate makeup, or the waving garment with the erratic rhythm? You will be surprised to find that the standard ballroom dancing bears the social etiquette and the beauty of the hidden cultural history in addition to the competitive charm in the arena when stepping into the Hofburg Palace with a hundred years of history.

Since 1986, China's standard ballroom dancing has gone through 30 years of arduous and wonderful course. Professional athletes continue to improve their skill levels, teenage students in professional colleges have also made rapid progress, reaching major breakthroughs and progresses in athletics. Through regular national competition, Curriculum by Stars, University Competition, Championship Group Matches, Games for Families,Games for Teachers and Students and other innovative forms and projects for promotion, the standard ballroom dancing, as a novel, healthy and stylish art activity, witnesses rapid popularity amongst the general public. However, with the appearance of the annual events of the performance art show of standard ballroom dancing and the seminars of this regard, and the advent of the first ballet dancing drama of standard ballroom dancingThe Red Sail of Haihe River, the "stage" and "art" attributes of the standard ballroom dancing are highlighted, successfully integrating body skills into social life and human emotions while drawing on the elements of five Chinese dances (Chinese classical dance, Chinese folk dance, ballet, contemporary dance and modern dance) to show a refreshing aesthetic form and artistic charm of the standard ballroom dancing, making it more realistic,close to life and people, demonstrating the brand-new artistic realm and uniqueness of Chinese standard ballroom dancing.However, what is the content and reasons? Why the Chinese standard ballroom dancing always looks a bit falling behind? In addition to "competitive" "art", the two attributes, whether it should explore and develop from its origin? Hence, the Roots Trip committed to experiencing its cultural etiquette from the heart and root, under the initiative and convening of China Ballroom Dance Federation, has been held on January 21stin the capital of European from Vienna, Austria.

However, it has been an unprecedented situation for the Chinese to hold the standard ballroom dancing event in foreign countries.How can this be accomplished without such precedent? Just ignoring the high cost, geographical separation and language differences, how to guarantee the smooth arrival of more than 500 participants and the security during this period? How to ensure the orthodox culture of the original? How to fully demonstrate the Chinese standard ballroom dancing’s art and the artistic images in the exchanges of Chinese and Western cultures ... Innovation and courage become the indelible key words in this journey.

About a year ago, WANG Yonggang, Vice-chairman and Secretarygeneral of China Ballroom Dance Federation and CAO Xiaoming,Deputy Secretary-general traveled to Britain, Germany, the United States, Russia and Austria for preliminary surveys on several occasions to make full use of the wisdom and platform of folk arts exchanges. After comprehensive exchanges, the International Liaison Department of CFLAC, Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Austria-China Friendship Association, the Chinese Embassy in Austria and the Austrian Embassy in China have established a multilateral consensus of goodwill; At the end of September, GAO Zhanxiang, the honorary chairman of China Ballroom Dance Federation and relevant personnel have conducted friendly talks with Austrian former President Heinz Fishcher concerning preparations for the Chinese New Year's ball during his visit to China with his wife, laying a solid tone for the event in Vienna.

After hundreds of attentions and countless days and nights preparation in terms of site selection,personnel organization, program invitations, link design, on-site security, catering, hotels,transportation and funds, hundreds of dancers of standard ballroom dancing from China , under the guide of China Ballroom Dance Federation, cross the geographical, linguistic and cultural barriers to gather by the Danube - Vienna, joining dancers from all over the world and local politicians for the 2018CBDF Vienna Chinese New Year Ball co-hosted by Chinese Dancers Association, China Ballroom Dance Federation and Austrian Chinese Friendship Association with support from Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and Vienna Government, the Confucius Institute at the University of Vienna, witnessing the arrival of this important historic moment.

Another highlight of the ball is the "Adult Ceremony" presented by 40 couples of young people from all over the world. Among them, there are excellent professional athletes of Chinese modern dance and Latin champion, as well as students from Harvard, Yale, Oxford, Cambridge, Peking University,Tsinghua University and other famous high schools and their peers from the local dance schools and military academy in Austria. Marching with elegant and cheerful dancing moves, holding bouquets and wearing a holy white veil, they stepped into the center of the dance floor watched by the public and in the ancient palaces, they solemnly completed their own adult ceremonies, experiencing a unique Western dance culture.

The ballroom activities have also drawn wide attention from the political, business and literary circles of both China and Austria. Over a hundred participants have attended the event, including LI XiaoSi, Ambassador of China to Austria, Doris Bures, Second Speaker of the Austrian National Assembly, SONG Jingwu, Vice Chairman of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, LV Hongwei, Deputy Director of European Department of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Mag. Andreas Schieder, Chairman of the Social Democratic Party of the Austrian National Assembly, LUO Bin, Vice Chairman and Secretarygeneral of Chinese Dancers Association and Chairman of China Ballroom Dance Federation,WANG Yonggang, Vice-chairman and secretary-general of CBDF, ZHAO Tiechun, Vice President of National Centre for the Performing Arts and deputy secretary-general of CBDF, LI Shufen and CAO Xiaoming, vice secretaries of CBDF, Gerd Kaminski, executive vice chairman of the Austria-China Friendship Association and his wife ZHANG Hongbin, and LI Xiade, president of the Austrian Presidency of the Confucius Institute at the University of Vienna amongst others. In the "2018CBDF Vienna International Dance Festival", all the teenage dance elites from China, Britain, Russia, Italy,Poland, Ukraine, Moldova and Spain have participated in this event. For these "Stars of Tomorrow",the exchanges and practices in the imperial palace with hundred years of history will be their unforgettable and extraordinary experience.

Enjoying at will. The graceful rhythm of dance is not only the cultural link between the peoples of China and Austria, but also the colorful flowers under the grand blueprint of the "Belt and Road" initiative. Diplomacy of culture and art, they have described the long history and splendid civilizations of both countries through the dances, transmitting the image of China, demonstrating the country’s changes, and highlighting the cultural confidence. While promoting the artistic exchanges and friendship between the dancers of the two countries, it has successfully demonstrated the excellence and prosperity of standard ballroom dancing in China, building it into an art event of the blend of Eastern and Western culture.
