活動(dòng)邀請信要求考生向自己的外國筆友/朋友或知名人士、專家發(fā)出邀請參加某項(xiàng)活動(dòng)。如：

2010年全國課標(biāo)卷的書面表達(dá)：

假設(shè)你是育才中學(xué)學(xué)生會主席李華，你校將舉辦一次英語演講比賽（speech contest），希望附近大學(xué)的外籍教師Smith女士來做評委。請參照以下比賽通知給她寫一封信。

主題：人與自然

時(shí)間：6月15日下午2∶00-5∶00

地點(diǎn)：501教室

2015年全國Ⅱ卷的書面表達(dá)：

假如你是李華，計(jì)劃和同學(xué)去敬老院（nursing home）陪老人們過重陽節(jié)（the Double Ninth Festival）。請給外教露西寫封郵件，邀她一同前往，內(nèi)容包括：

1. 出發(fā)及返回時(shí)間;

2. 活動(dòng)：包餃子、表演節(jié)目等。

2017年全國Ⅱ卷的書面表達(dá)：

假定你是李華，想邀請外教Henry一起參觀中國剪紙（paper-cutting）藝術(shù)展。請給他寫封郵件，內(nèi)容包括：

1. 展覽時(shí)間、地點(diǎn);

2. 展覽內(nèi)容。

溫馨提示：

1.“李華”邀請朋友或外教等參加的活動(dòng)五花八門，但可以概括成四種：比賽、聚會、傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日活動(dòng)和文化藝術(shù)活動(dòng)（上面的四篇書面表達(dá)分別代表一種類型）。

2. 由于活動(dòng)邀請信件有可能是熟人，如朋友之間的信件，也有可能是陌生人，如學(xué)生和外教評委之間的信件;而且活動(dòng)有些屬于比較正式的活動(dòng)，有些則屬于比較休閑型的活動(dòng)，所以考生在下筆前要考慮使用相應(yīng)的得體性語言。

3. 如果是熟悉人之間的信件，信件開頭是寫問候語;如果是陌生人或不是很熟的人之間的信件，信件開頭是點(diǎn)明身份，往往可以由同位語引出。如上面邀請露西去敬老院的信的開頭可以寫成：I am Li Hua， a Chinese student of yours。

二、常用詞匯和句型

1. 活動(dòng)舉辦的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)

The lecture will be held in Room 102 of the teaching building from 8 am to 11 am on May 26th （this Saturday）. 演講將于5月26日（本周六）上午8點(diǎn)到11點(diǎn)在教學(xué)樓102室舉行。

說明：活動(dòng)時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)通常可以用一句話表達(dá)，地點(diǎn)在前時(shí)間在后。

2. 活動(dòng)主題

The contest， the theme of which/ whose theme is“Man and Nature”， will be held in the Room 501 from 2：00 to 5：00 on the afternoon of June 15. 這場比賽，其主題為“人與自然”，將于6月15日下午兩點(diǎn)到五點(diǎn)在501室舉行。

三、高分秘籍

一封可以打動(dòng)或吸引收信人的信才是一封好的活動(dòng)邀請信，所以考生要學(xué)會合理到位地說服收信人，才能成功邀請到想邀請的人?？忌梢灾饕獜囊韵氯蠓矫嫠伎迹?/p>

1. 活動(dòng)安排應(yīng)該清晰、詳實(shí)

（1）添加修飾語

如前面邀請Smith做評委的信的活動(dòng)安排可以寫成：

Ten brilliant competitors， selected from 18 classes， will deliver a five- minute speech.

（2）增加活動(dòng)細(xì)節(jié)

如前面去敬老院陪老人們過重陽節(jié)的活動(dòng)安排可以寫成：

Upon arrival ， we will visit the elderly in their rooms in groups， presenting them with flowers and self-made cards to show our respect and love. Then ， we will make some dumplings for them. Well also spend some fun time together singing， dancing and playing games， which we hope will make them happy.

2. 語言表達(dá)要連貫流暢

恰當(dāng)使用連接詞，使行文更連貫。如上文 框著 的內(nèi)容。

3. 活動(dòng)安排后需加入受邀人出席的意義或重要性

如邀請Smith做評委的信的活動(dòng)安排后可以加入：

We believe you， a native speaker of English and an English teacher， are definitely among the most qualified judges for the contest. The competition will be a great success with your presence.

又如去敬老院陪老人過重陽節(jié)的活動(dòng)安排后可以加入：

Hopefully， you would like the plan and join us. Im convinced that you will enjoy the merry atmosphere on this special and traditional festival.

四、學(xué)以致用

1. 完成“參觀中國剪紙藝術(shù)展”邀請信（題目見前文）。

2. 假定你是李華，你們班計(jì)劃星期六前往南海博物館“文化尋根”徒步活動(dòng)。請給你在南海的美國朋友Lucy寫一封電子郵件，邀請她一同前往。內(nèi)容包括：

（1）出發(fā)時(shí)間及集合地點(diǎn);

（2）活動(dòng)安排。

注意：（1）詞數(shù)100左右;

（2）可適當(dāng)增加細(xì)節(jié)，以使行文連貫。
