[摘要] 目的 分析賽膚潤(rùn)對(duì)多巴胺外滲致靜脈炎的治療效果及護(hù)理。 方法 研究時(shí)段自2016年11月—2018年11月，方便選定該院住院期間輸注多巴胺致靜脈炎的患者90例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和研究組，各45例，對(duì)照組采用溫水濕熱敷10 min后再用喜遼妥外涂按摩，研究組采用賽膚潤(rùn)液體敷料濕敷，兩組治療期間均予以綜合護(hù)理，比較治療效果、靜脈炎發(fā)生情況、臨床癥狀消退時(shí)間、NIPS評(píng)分。結(jié)果 研究組臨床總有效率（95.65%）顯著較對(duì)照組（66.67%）高（χ2=12.256 2，P=0.000 5）。研究組靜脈炎發(fā)生率（0.00%）顯著較對(duì)照組（8.89%）低（χ2=5.221 6，P=0.000 0）;研究組血管彈性恢復(fù)時(shí)間、紅腫消退時(shí)間分別是（17.25±3.26）h、（13.12±1.26）h;對(duì)照組分別是（26.99±5.17）h、（21.92±3.17）h，研究組顯著較對(duì)照組短（t=10.690 1、17.305 2，P=0.000 0、0.000 0）;研究組NIPS評(píng)分為（0.98±0.02）分、對(duì)照組NIPS評(píng)分為（1.67±0.34）分，研究組顯著較對(duì)照組低（t=13.590 2，P=0.000 0）。結(jié)論 賽膚潤(rùn)聯(lián)合綜合護(hù)理，可有效改善多巴胺外滲致靜脈炎患者疼痛、紅腫癥狀，有效預(yù)防靜脈炎發(fā)生。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect and nursing of Saifurun on phlebitis induced by dopamine extravasation. Methods From November 2016 to November 2018， 90 patients who received infusion of dopamine-induced phlebitis during hospitalization were convenient selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group， 45 cases each. The control group was warmed with warm water. Ten minutes later， the skin was massaged with Xiliaotuo. The research group was treated with Saifu Run Liquid Dressing. Both groups were treated with comprehensive care during the treatment period. The treatment effect， phlebitis， clinical symptom regression time and NIPS score were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate （95.65%） of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （66.67%）（χ2=12.256 2， P=0.000 5）. The incidence of phlebitis in the study group （0.00%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （8.89%） （χ2=5.221 6， P=0.000 0）. The recovery time of the vascular elasticity and the time of redness and swelling in the study group were （17.25±3.26）h， （13.12±1.26） h; the control group was （26.99±5.17） h， （21.92±3.17） h， the study group was significantly shorter than the control group（t=10.690 1， 17.305 2; P=0.000 0， 0.000 0）; the study group NIPS score was （0.98±0.02）points and the control group was （1.67±0.34）points， and the study group was significantly lower than the control group（t=13.590 2，P=0.000 0）. Conclusion Saifurun combined with comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the symptoms of pain and redness in patients with phlebitis caused by dopamine extravasation， and effectively prevent the occurrence of phlebitis.
