[摘要]目的 研究系統(tǒng)化護理干預在骨外固定支架治療四肢長管狀骨骨折患者中的應用效果。方法 選取2015年3月～2017年3月我院收治的98例四肢長管狀骨骨折患者作為研究對象，根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法分為干預組和對照組，每組各49例。對照組患者給予常規(guī)護理，干預組患者給予系統(tǒng)化護理干預，對比兩組患者的預后優(yōu)良率、自我護理管理評分、護理總滿意度及不良反應總發(fā)生率。結(jié)果 干預組預后優(yōu)良率與護理總滿意度高于對照組（P<0.05）;兩組患者的自我護理管理評分均高于護理前，且干預組高于對照組（P<0.05）;干預組患者的不良反應總發(fā)生率低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 系統(tǒng)化護理干預對于骨外固定支架治療四肢長管狀骨骨折患者，能夠有效改善患者的預后情況，提高患者的護理滿意度，且安全有效，值得臨床應用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the application effect of systematic nursing intervention on patients with long bone fractures of extremities treated with external fixation. Methods A total of 98 patients with long bone fractures of the extremities treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the subjects. By random number table method， they were divided into intervention group and control group， with 49 cases in each group. In the control group， routine care was used， while in the intervention group， systematic nursing intervention was provided. The good prognosis rate， self-care management score， total nursing satisfaction and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The good prognosis rate and total nursing satisfaction of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group （P<0.05）. The self-care management scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing， and the scores in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group （P<0.05）. The total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention in patients with long bone fractures of the extremities treated with external fixation can effectively improve the prognosis of patients， and increase patients′ satisfaction on nursing. It is safe and effective， and worthy of clinical application.

四肢長管狀骨骨折是骨科常見的疾病，相關研究顯示長管狀骨周圍常常分布著肌肉的止點，在外力作用下，可通過長骨傳導而引起相應部位的骨折[1]。近年來隨著社會老齡化的進程，長管狀骨骨折的患者不斷增加，其致殘率也隨之增高[2]。臨床中手術(shù)是治療本病最有效的方法[3]，但完美的手術(shù)并不意味著功能的完全恢復，還需術(shù)后康復治療，而術(shù)后康復期是一個漫長的過程，患者需要優(yōu)質(zhì)的護理及正規(guī)的指導，但傳統(tǒng)護理方式易導致患者預后情況欠佳，護理滿意度較低，且增加術(shù)后不良反應發(fā)生的風險，影響患者術(shù)后康復，給患者日后生活帶來諸多不便[4]。近年來，系統(tǒng)化護理干預凸顯出其優(yōu)勢，本研究選取98例四肢長管狀骨骨折患者作為研究對象，旨在探討系統(tǒng)化護理干預在骨外固定支架治療四肢長管狀骨骨折患者中的應用效果，現(xiàn)報道如下。
