[摘要] 目的 研究在小兒過敏性紫癜護理中實施綜合護理干預(yù)措施的效果。方法 方便選擇2017年2月—2019年2月該院收治的85例小兒過敏性紫癜為對象進行研究，隨機抽簽將患兒分為觀察組45例、對照組40例，對照組僅實施常規(guī)護理干預(yù)，觀察組實施綜合護理干預(yù)，比較兩組護理效果。結(jié)果 觀察組護理后消化道癥狀改善時間、關(guān)節(jié)疼痛消除時間、皮疹消退時間、住院時間均短于對照組（P<0.05）;觀察組出院后3個月、出院后6個月過敏性紫癜復(fù)發(fā)率為4.44%、11.11%，均低于對照組20.00%、30.00%（χ2=4.936、4.722，P<0.05）;觀察組患兒家長對護理實施的滿意度為91.11%，高于對照組家長護理滿意度75.00%（χ2=3.995，P<0.05）。結(jié)論 對小兒過敏性紫癜實施綜合護理干預(yù)能夠加快患兒臨床癥狀改善，同時有助于降低患兒復(fù)發(fā)率，有良好應(yīng)用價值。

Exploring the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Interventions on Allergic Purpura in Children

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of implementing comprehensive nursing interventions in children with allergic purpura. Methods Convenient select Eighty-five children with allergic purpura were enrolled in the study from February 2017 to February 2019 in the hospital. The children were randomly divided into observation group （45 cases） and control group （40 cases）. The control group only received routine nursing intervention. The observation group implemented comprehensive nursing intervention and compared the nursing effects of the two groups. Results The improvement time of gastrointestinal symptoms， the time of joint pain elimination， the time of rash regression and the length of hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than in the control group（P<0.05）. The observation group relapsed allergic purpura rate was 4.44% and 11.11% of 3 months after discharge and 6 months after discharge， which were lower than 20.00% and 30.00% of the control group （χ2=4.936， 4.722， P<0.05）. The satisfaction of parents in the observation group was 91.11%， which was higher than that of the control group. The satisfaction of nursing was 75.00%（χ2=3.995， P<0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for children with allergic purpura can accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms of children， and at the same time help to reduce the recurrence rate of children， and has good application value.

過敏性紫癜屬于一類免疫系統(tǒng)疾病，臨床發(fā)生率較高，屬于過敏性血管炎的一種，不僅會對皮膚形成侵犯，同時也會侵犯其他器官毛細血管、細小動脈，所以臨床也將過敏性紫癜稱為出血性毛細血管中毒癥[1-2]。小兒是過敏性紫癜的高發(fā)人群，患兒的臨床癥狀主要包括腎功能受損、關(guān)節(jié)痛、腹痛，由于微血管變態(tài)反應(yīng)的影響，患兒臀部皮膚、上肢皮膚、下肢皮膚都會有明顯的紫癜表現(xiàn)[3-4]。抗過敏是臨床針對過敏性紫癜的重要治療原則[5]，為了減少治療后的復(fù)發(fā)，臨床強調(diào)做好過敏性紫癜的護理干預(yù)工作。該研究具體分析綜合護理干預(yù)措施用于小兒過敏性紫癜護理中的價值，以該院2017年2月—2019年2月收治的85例患兒為對象，現(xiàn)報道如下。

綜上所述，對小兒過敏性紫癜實施綜合護理干預(yù)有助于加快癥狀改善，減少出院后復(fù)發(fā)，獲得家長更高的滿意度，構(gòu)建和諧護患關(guān)系，有良好應(yīng)用價值。
