江津綜保區(qū)啟運的首票國際公路運輸（TIR）—“中歐卡車”，歷時14天，行程9500公里，8月初成功抵達(dá)波蘭。此單“中歐卡車”滿載越南工廠生產(chǎn)的汽車零部件，經(jīng)過江津綜保區(qū)組織國際中轉(zhuǎn)集拼和跨境運輸?！秶H公路運輸公約》規(guī)定，對集裝箱的公路運輸承運人，如持有TIR手冊，允許由發(fā)運地到達(dá)目的地，在海關(guān)簽封下，中途可不受檢查、不支付關(guān)稅、也可不提供押金。

The first shipment of international road transportation （TIR） -"China-Europe Truck"， which departed from Jiangjin Comprehensive Bonded Zone， successfully arrived in Poland over 9，500 kilometers in early August after 14 days. Loaded with auto parts manufactured by Vietnamese factories， the shipment was transferred for international consolidation and cross-border transportation at Jiangjin Comprehensive Bonded Zone. According to Convention on International Road Transport， the road transport carrier of containers， if holding a TIR manual， is exempted from inspection， tariff， or deposit en route from the originating place to the destination with customs seal.
