摘要:采用單因素試驗方法,以綠豆作為試材,150 mg/L濃度的NaCl模擬鹽脅迫,研究不同濃度的外源5-氨基乙酰丙酸對鹽脅迫下綠豆種子萌發(fā)及幼苗生長的影響。不同濃度的5-氨基乙酰丙酸處理對NaCl脅迫下綠豆的萌發(fā)及幼苗生長呈低濃度促進(jìn),高濃度抑制的作用;綠豆的發(fā)芽率和發(fā)芽勢隨著處理濃度的增大先升高后降低,分別在50、150 mg/L處理濃度時達(dá)到最高,在達(dá)到250 mg/L處理濃度時,發(fā)芽率和發(fā)芽勢降至最低,呈顯著抑制作用;幼苗期的綠豆葉面積和根長隨著處理濃度增大,先升高后降低,處理濃度達(dá)到100 mg/L時二者達(dá)到最大值;隨著5-氨基乙酰丙酸處理濃度的增加,綠豆幼苗葉片中丙二醛(MDA)含量呈先降低后升高的趨勢,在處理濃度達(dá)到150 mg/L時最低;脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量呈先升高后降低的趨勢,分別在處理濃度達(dá)到150、100 mg/L時達(dá)到最高,說明5-氨基乙酰丙酸對綠豆幼苗抗逆性具有顯著影響。施用外源性5-氨基乙酰丙酸對NaCl脅迫下綠豆的萌發(fā)最佳施用濃度為100 mg/L左右,對NaCl脅迫下綠豆的幼苗生長最佳施用濃度為150 mg/L。

Effects of exogenous 5-aminolevulinic acid on the germination
and seedling growth of mung bean under NaCl stress

Abstract: The effects of different concentrations of exogenous 5-aminolevulinic acid on seed germination and seedling growth ofmung bean under salt stress were studied by using mung bean as test material and 150 mg/L concentration NaCl as simulated salt stress. The results showed that different concentrations of 5-aminolevulinic acid promoted the germination and seedling growth of mung bean at low concentration and inhibited at high concentration under NaCl stress, the germination rate and germination potential of green beans increased first and then decreased with the increase of treatment concentration, reaching the highest concentration of 50 mg/L and 150 mg/L respectively. Exogenous 5-aminolevulinic acid played a significant inhibitory role when the concentration reached 250 mg/L. The leaf area and root length of mung bean at seedling stage increased first and then decreased with the increase of treatment concentration. When the treatment concentration reached 100 mg/L, both reached the maximum value. With the increase of 5-aminolevulinic acid concentration, malondialdehyde (MDA) decreased at first and then increased, and reached the lowest when the treatment concentration reached 150 mg/L. The content of proline and soluble sugar increased first and then decreased, and reached the highest when the treatment concentration reached 150 mg/L and 100 mg/L, respectively. The results showed that 5-aminolevulinic acid had a significant effect on the stress resistance of mung bean seedlings. The optimal concentration of exogenous 5-aminolevulinic acid on mung bean germination under NaCl stress was about 100 mg/L, and the optimal concentration for seedling growth of mung bean under NaCl stress was 150 mg/L.
