Abstract：This paper discusses an empirical investigation of the grammatical legality and legitimacy of the “A bù (不)AB” structure via statistical analysis of large-scale corpuses (CCL and BCC).With the aim of tracing its historical usage trajectory and with the hope off setting results from corpus data alone，we conducted a survey to verify our claims.Finally，via statistical analysis of varied linguistic register corpuses，we studied stylistic differences and pragmatic functions of the structure.Based on the foundation of quantitative research，we discussed developmental origins of the “A bù (不)AB” construction from both a structural grammatical perspective as well as from the psychosocial underpinnings of the user.

Abstract：Qiányītiān (the day before yesterday) has different meanings with qiántiān (yesterday).The reason is that they belong to two different semantic fields of temporal noun.Qiányītiān belongs to quantitative-type semantic field which is an opening semantic field and focus on calculating the length of time.Qiántiān belongs to referential-type semantic field which is an enclosing semantic field and focus on naming the point of time.At the same time，the article also did a diachronic research about quantitative-type semantic field and referential-type semantic field of the time nouns.

Abstract：“Mother tongue” is a linguistic concept that has been used for a long time and has a wide range of implications.At present，there are dozens of interpretations of mother tongue in China，some of which have strengthened or broadened the existed understanding.Even if there are some unsatisfactory points，it will have guiding significance and enlightenment for future research.To guide the study of mother tongue with the prototype category theory，firstly it is necessary to categorize the types of mother tongue，and to divide them into “l(fā)ocal mother tongue”，“general mother tongue”，“narrow mother tongue” and “broad mother tongue”.Secondly，we need to clarify the different characteristics of the cluster corresponding to different types of mother tongue.In terms of “initial”，“acquisition”，“l(fā)ocality”，“oral”，“reproducibility”，“affinity”，“uniqueness”，“self-origin” and “nationality”，different types of mother tongue have different manifestations，which may be a perspective for discussion.In addition，we need to deal with the relationship between typical members and atypical members，typical characteristics and atypical characteristics，and recognize the existence of marginal phenomena，grasp the criteria of categorization and classification，do not do useless work.

Abstract：At the late 19th century，Tsarist Russia entered the stage of imperialism.To expand capital exportation and its special rights and interests to China，Sergey Yulyevich Witte’s Chinese policies showed the meanings of “open door”，such as preserving Chinese territory，refusing to draw spheres of influence，having the equal opportunities of trade，and having the equal benefits.But we also see the other side of the limited Sergey Yulyevich Witte’s open door idea，it never allowed opening the special rights of Tsarist Russian “Manchuria”.They tended to adopt an “open door” approach to ensure the maximization of their own interests in the areas where its military was difficult to control.

Abstract：Japanese troops authorized and issued the National General Mobilization Act of Legal System since April 1938.The Korean Peninsula，under Japanese occupation，had seven or eight million victims to be forcibly mobilized under the propaganda of “Unification of North Korea” and “subjectification of the Imperial State” as well as various coercive policies and decrees.They were sent to areas and battlefields occupied by the Japanese army inside and outside the Korean Peninsula.Most of them died，disappeared or were injured or disabled on battlefields or at work sites where they were forced to work.After the war，the issue of forced mobilization of victims and their claims has become a major obstacle to the long-term relations between Korea and Japan.Until now，no proper solution has been found.

Abstract：Innovation is a necessary means for an enterprise to improve its core competitiveness.The innovation and development of enterprises not only require the innovation awareness of employees，but also meet the employee’s innovation needs through their advantages.Based on the self-determination theory，this paper conducted a questionnaire survey on 304 employees in the enterprise and found that the inclusive leadership can effectively promote employee innovative behaviors，the creative self-efficacy can play a complete intermediary role，and task complexity can play a negative moderating role between creative self-efficacy and employee innovative behavior.Therefore，for teams with inclusive leadership，the innovation ability of employees can be improved，the innovation initiative and confidence can be enhanced，and the generation of innovative behavior can be further promoted through the resources and support of managers.
