11月8日，由重慶市人民對(duì)外友好協(xié)會(huì)、四川省對(duì)外友好協(xié)會(huì)、日本駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館首次共同主辦的“2020四川·重慶日語作文演講大賽”舉行。重慶市對(duì)外友協(xié)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)王廣成、四川省對(duì)外友協(xié)秘書長(zhǎng)向瓊花、日本駐重慶總領(lǐng)事渡邊信之出席。

王廣成在致辭中表示，日語作文演講大賽是川渝兩地對(duì)外友好交流品牌活動(dòng)之一，本次大賽是重慶市對(duì)外友協(xié)與四川省對(duì)外友協(xié)簽署“框架合作協(xié)議”之后，與日本駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館三方合作舉辦的首場(chǎng)重要活動(dòng)。希望參賽選手以此為契機(jī)更加努力學(xué)習(xí)，成為中日兩國(guó)的友好使者，為增進(jìn)兩國(guó)人民的理解和友誼作出更大的貢獻(xiàn)。

接下來，兩協(xié)會(huì)還計(jì)劃共同舉辦一系列對(duì)外交流活動(dòng)，在推動(dòng)成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)中發(fā)揮民間外事資源優(yōu)勢(shì)。

On November 8， co-sponsored by the Chongqing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries， Sichuan Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the Consulate General of Japan in Chongqing， the "2020 Sichuan · Chongqing Japanese Composition Speech Contest" was held for the first time. Wang Guangcheng， Vice President of Chongqing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries， Xiang Qionghua， Secretary-General of Sichuan Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries， and Nobuyuki Watanabe， Consul General of Japan in Chongqing attended the meeting.

Wang Guangcheng said in his speech that the Japanese Composition Speech Contest was one of the branded events for friendly exchanges between Sichuan and Chongqing with foreign countries. This contest was the first key event jointly organized by Chongqing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and Sichuan Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries， and the Consulate General of Japan after the signing of the Framework Cooperation Agreement between the first two parties. He hoped that the contestants would take this opportunity to study harder， become friendly messengers between China and Japan and make greater contributions to enhancing the understanding and friendship between two sides.

Next， the two associations also plan to jointly organize a series of foreign exchanges to give full play to the advantages of people-to-people foreign affairs resources in promoting the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.
