摘 要:通過(guò)研究建立了“成形包絡(luò)數(shù)控磨削”方法數(shù)學(xué)模型,完成齒面的成形包絡(luò)磨削技術(shù)和高硬度高精度軸承滾道的精密磨削技術(shù)研究。和空間共軛曲線構(gòu)成的復(fù)雜曲面關(guān)鍵制造技術(shù),建立了變截面行星輪齒廓曲面的坐標(biāo)測(cè)量和誤差評(píng)定方法。

Abstract: The mathematical model of "forming envelope NC grinding" method is established, and the forming envelope grinding technology of tooth surface and the precision grinding technology of high hardness and high precision bearing raceway are studied. Based on the key manufacturing technology of complex surface composed of space conjugate curve, the coordinate measurement and error evaluation method of variable section planetary gear tooth profile surface are established.
