摘 要:本文基于Amesim軟件建立完整的燃料電池系統(tǒng)模型,包含電堆、空氣系統(tǒng)、氫氣系統(tǒng)和冷卻系統(tǒng)模型,研究系統(tǒng)操作條件變化對(duì)系統(tǒng)性能的影響,結(jié)果表明,該模型可對(duì)空氣計(jì)量比、電堆空入壓力、電堆氫入壓力、電堆水入溫度等參數(shù)進(jìn)行敏感性分析,并選出了最優(yōu)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行操作條件及其對(duì)應(yīng)的系統(tǒng)功率和效率輸出,支持系統(tǒng)開發(fā)和操作條件優(yōu)化。

Modeling and Simulation Analysis of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell System

Abstract:This paper establishes a complete fuel cell system model based on Amesim software, including stack, air system, hydrogen system and cooling system models, and studies the impact of system operating conditions on system performance. The results show that the model can measure air sensitivity, and analysis was carried out on parameters such as reactor air inlet pressure, reactor hydrogen inlet pressure, and reactor water inlet temperature, and the optimal system operating conditions. And corresponding system power and efficiency output were selected to support system development and operation condition optimization.
