On July 1， in the conference room of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， individuals listened to the live streaming of the Ceremony Marking the Centenary of the ?Communist Party of China via TV， computer and mobile phone client and earnestly studied the important speech of general secretary Xi Jinping on this occasion.

It is agreed that general secretary Xi Jinping's important speech looked back on the trip that Communist Party of China traveled over 100 years of struggle， and looked ahead to the bright prospects for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation， and pointed out the direction for us to push ahead the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and comprehensively promote the new great project of Party building. 重溫黨的光輝歷程，傳承黨的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)。7月5日，市政府外辦在外事大樓舉行慶祝建黨100周年座談會(huì)，向“光榮在黨50年”的老黨員頒發(fā)紀(jì)念章，表彰市直機(jī)關(guān)和全辦優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員、優(yōu)秀黨務(wù)工作者和先進(jìn)基層黨組織，進(jìn)一步激起廣大黨員干部開拓進(jìn)取、干事創(chuàng)業(yè)的工作熱情。

A meeting held by Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government to celebrate the Centenary of the Founding of the CPC

Review the glorious journey and carry on the virtuous tradition of the Party. On July 5， the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government held a meeting in Chongqing Foreign Affairs Building in celebration of the centenary of the founding of the CPC， awarding "memorial medals for 50-year Party membership" to the senior Party members and commending outstanding CPC members， outstanding Party workers and model grass-roots Party organizations in the organs directly affiliated to the Municipal People's Government and the whole Office， and further motivating the work enthusiasm amongst vast Party members and cadres for exploration and entrepreneurship.

During the meeting， Zhang Yongwu， secretary of the Party Leadership Group and director general of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government led Party members in the whole Office to go over the oath of Party admission. All the leaders of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government presented awards to Li Yang， an outstanding Party worker who had been commended by the work committee directly affiliated to the Municipal People's Government， and the Party branches of Foreign-related Management Divisions of the advanced grass-roots Party organizations. 21 outstanding CPC members such as Wang Shasha， 9 outstanding Party workers including Liu Guangshu， etc. and 4 advanced grass-roots Party organizations such as the Protocol Division have been commended with certificates and medals. 成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈全球推介活動(dòng)川渝籌備工作第三次協(xié)調(diào)會(huì)議在成都召開

為加快推動(dòng)成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈全球推介活動(dòng)籌備工作，6月24日，市政府外辦副主任王雯率重慶專項(xiàng)工作組赴成都召開川渝兩省市籌備工作第三次協(xié)調(diào)會(huì)議。會(huì)議由四川省外辦副主任張業(yè)初主持，重慶市政府外辦、市委宣傳部、市發(fā)展改革委、市文化旅游委和四川省外辦、省委宣傳部、省發(fā)展改革委、省文化和旅游廳，以及參與籌備工作的相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)有關(guān)人員參加會(huì)議。

The Third Coordination Meeting of Sichuan-Chongqing Preparatory Work for the Global Promotion of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle held in Chengdu

In order to speed up the preparatory work for the global promotion event of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle， Wang Wen， deputy director general of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government led the Chongqing special working group to Chengdu on June 24 to hold the Third Coordination Meeting of Sichuan-Chongqing Preparatory Work for the Global Promotion of Chengdu Chongqing Economic Circle. The meeting conveyed the guidelines of general secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on strengthening international communication capacity during the thirtieth collective learning session of the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau on May 31. It comprehensively summarized the progress of the preparatory work， deliberated and adopted the funding guarantee system， work program， material approval flow and inverted schedule. The meeting listened to the work reports of each special group， focused on the design of the exhibition and display outline， and made arrangements for the key preparatory matters in the next stage.

同舟共濟(jì)，攜手抗疫！重慶向老撾捐贈(zèng)抗疫物資

6月25日，中國(guó)重慶市向老撾占巴塞省和有關(guān)方面捐贈(zèng)抗擊疫情物資啟運(yùn)儀式在重慶醫(yī)藥集團(tuán)和平物流中心舉行。滿載醫(yī)用外科口罩、防護(hù)服、隔離衣等抗疫物資的跨境公路班車從重慶出發(fā)，通過云南磨憨口岸出境，助力老方抗疫。市政府外辦副主任王雯，巴南區(qū)外辦、重慶醫(yī)藥集團(tuán)、東盟物流公司等區(qū)縣和企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人出席啟運(yùn)儀式。

自今年4月以來，老撾出現(xiàn)本土新冠肺炎確診病例，引發(fā)本土傳播。根據(jù)老撾衛(wèi)生部統(tǒng)計(jì)，截至6月24日，老撾新冠肺炎確診病例由今年潑水節(jié)前的51例激增至2080例，全國(guó)定點(diǎn)醫(yī)院以及核酸檢測(cè)點(diǎn)超負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，醫(yī)療抗疫物資極度缺乏。

今年是中老建交60周年，也是習(xí)近平總書記與老撾人民革命黨中央總書記通倫共同宣布啟動(dòng)的中老友好年。2018年12月，重慶市與占巴塞省簽署建立友好合作關(guān)系諒解備忘錄，近年來兩地在經(jīng)貿(mào)、文化、教育、物流等各領(lǐng)域合作方興未艾。為了積極落實(shí)中老兩國(guó)高層加強(qiáng)抗疫合作的重要共識(shí)，重慶市積極籌集防疫物資及時(shí)支援老撾占巴塞省和有關(guān)方面，幫助老撾打贏這場(chǎng)疫情反彈阻擊戰(zhàn)。

Join hands to fight the corona virus！ ?Chongqing donates anti-epidemic supplies to Laos

On June 25， the departure ceremony of supplies donated by Chongqing Municipality of China and related parties to Champasak， Laos against the epidemic was held in Chongqing Pharmaceutical Group Peace Logistics Center. The cross-border highway shuttle lorry， which was full of medical surgical masks， protective suits， isolation gowns and other anti epidemic supplies， departed from Chongqing and exited through Mohan Port in Yunnan to help Laos fight the epidemic. Wang Wen， deputy director general of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government and responsible persons of Foreign Affairs Office of Banan District， Chongqing Pharmaceutical （Group） Ltd， ASEANEX and other districts， counties and enterprises attended the departure ceremony.

COVID-19 cases have been diagnosed in Laos since April this year， triggering local transmission. COVID-19 cases in Laos surged to 2080 cases from the previous 51 cases before the Water-splashing Festival this year. The national designated hospitals and nucleic acid detection points have been overloaded， and medical and anti-epidemic supplies are extremely scarce.

This year marks the 60th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Laos. It is also the China-Laos Friendship Year announced by general secretary Xi Jinping and general secretary Thongloun Sisoulith of Central Party Committee of the Lao Peoples Revolutionary Party In December 2018， Chongqing signed a memorandum of understanding on the establishment of friendly and cooperative relations with Champasak Province. In recent years， the cooperation between the two sides in economy and trade， culture， education， logistics and other fields is booming. In order to actively implement the key high-level consensus for anti-epidemic cooperation between China and Laos， Chongqing actively raised anti-epidemic materials， timely supported Champasak Province of Laos and relevant parties， and helped Laos win the fight against the epidemic resurgence.

澳大利亞維多利亞州政府大中華區(qū)副專員韓彬一行來渝訪問

6月17日，市政府外辦一級(jí)巡視員唐文與澳大利亞維多利亞州政府新任大中華區(qū)副專員韓彬（Nick Henderson）一行舉行座談，雙方就未來合作事宜進(jìn)行了深入交流。

唐文對(duì)韓彬一行來訪表示歡迎，介紹了重慶市的歷史沿革、區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)、產(chǎn)業(yè)特點(diǎn)、交通物流以及最新經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展情況。他表示，重慶與澳大利亞以及維多利亞州有良好的合作基礎(chǔ)，希望雙方未來加強(qiáng)在貿(mào)易、教育、金融、科技、大健康、文化及旅游等領(lǐng)域的合作與交流。

On June 17， Tang Wen， level-I inspector of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government held a working meeting with Nick Henderson， the new deputy commissioner of State Government of Victoria， Australia to Greater China and his mission. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on future cooperation.

Tang Wen welcomed the visit of Nick Henderson and introduced Chongqing's historical evolution， regional advantages， industrial characteristics， transportation and logistics as well as the latest economic and social development. He said that Chongqing enjoys a good foundation for cooperation with Australia and the State of Victoria， and hoped that the two sides would strengthen cooperation and exchanges in the fields of trade， education， finance， science and technology， big health， culture and tourism in the future.

Nick Henderson introduced the basic profile and characteristic industries of the State of Victoria. He said that China is the largest and most important market for the State of Victoria.
