[Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy of propofol combined with fentanyl, sufentanil and remifentanil in painless induced abortion. Methods A total of 78 patients with painless induced abortion admitted to and treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected for group research. They were divided into the fentanyl group(propofol combined with fentanyl, n=26), the sufentanil group(propofol combined with sufentanil, n=26) and the remifentanil group(propofol combined with remifentanil, n=26) according to the random number table method. The efficacies of the three groups were compared. The dosage of propofol, wakening time, VAS score during wakening, VAS score after 1 h wakening, and adverse reaction rate were compared among the three groups. Results The propofol dosage in the remifentanil group was(95.64±15.67)mg, which was significantly lower than(119.04±12.64)mg in the fentanyl group and(120.38±17.32)mg in the sufentanil group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). However, there were no statistically significant differences in awake time and VAS score during awake among the three groups of patients(P>0.05). The VAS score after 1 hour of awake in the sufentanil group was(4.01±1.24)points, which was significantly lower than(5.20±0.85)points in the fentanyl group and(5.22±0.78)points in the remifentanil group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the hypotension rate and bradycardia rate in the three groups of patients(P>0.05). However, the hypoxemia rate in the remifentanil group was 26.92%, which was significantly higher than 7.69% in the fentanyl group and 3.85% in the sufentanil group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Propofol combined with fentanyl, sufentanil and remifentanil has good efficacy in painless induced abortion, but sufentanil is safer and has better analgesic effect.
