摘要 為了研究磁場對豌豆種子萌發(fā)及生長的影響,選擇強度為80~100、180~200 mT的磁場分別處理豌豆萌動種子5 、10 和15 min,3 d后測定豌豆種子的萌發(fā)狀況,7 d后測定幼苗超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、過氧化物酶(POD)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性。結(jié)果表明,磁場處理不僅促進了豌豆種子的萌發(fā),同時還誘導(dǎo)了SOD、POD和PPO的活性。處理后芽苗菜的發(fā)芽率、莖重、莖長以及3種酶的活性都高于對照組。磁場強度180~200 mT、處理時間10? min的試驗組發(fā)芽率、莖重、莖長增幅最大,磁場強度80~100 mT、處理時間10? min的試驗組防御酶活性增幅最大。由此可見,適當(dāng)?shù)拇艌鎏幚砜纱龠M豌豆種子的萌發(fā)及防御酶的活性提高,可以用來增加豌豆芽苗菜生產(chǎn)效益和提高其營養(yǎng)價值。

Effects of Different Magnetic Field on Germination and Growth of ?Pisum sativum

Abstract In order to study the effect of magnetic field on ?Pisum sativum ?seeds germination and growth, ?Pisum sativum ?seeds were treated with 80-100 and 180-200 mT magnetic fields for 5, 10 and 15? min respectively. The germination status of ?Pisum sativum ?seeds was deter mined after three days, and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) of seedlings were deter mined after seven days. The results showed that magnetic field not only promoted the germination of ?Pisum sativum ?seeds, but also induced SOD, POD and PPO activity. The germination rate, stem weight, stem length and the activities of three enzymes of the treated seeds were higher than those of the control group. The germination rate, stem weight and stem length of the experimental group with magnetic field strength of 180-200 mT and treatment time of 10 min increased the most, while the antioxidant enzyme activity of the experimental group with magnetic field strength of 80-100 mT and treatment time of 10 min increased the most. It can be seen that the appropriate magnetic field treatment can promote the germination of ?Pisum sativum ?seeds and improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes, which can be used to increase the production efficiency of ?Pisum sativum ?sprouts and improve its nutritional value.

磁場對生物組織會產(chǎn)生不同程度的影響[1]。Dhindsa等[2]用一定的磁場強度來處理煙草幼苗,發(fā)現(xiàn)磁場處理過的煙草幼苗的生長狀況以及葉片中的酶活力都有明顯的變化。徐振峰等[3]研究了梯度磁場對芝麻種子生物學(xué)特性的影響;周勁松等[4]發(fā)現(xiàn)磁場能夠促進板藍(lán)根的發(fā)芽、生長;劉秋香等[5]發(fā)現(xiàn)磁場處理能夠增強小白菜葉片中PPO、SOD活性;Carbonell等[6]發(fā)現(xiàn)磁場對水稻的生長會產(chǎn)生影響。研究表明磁場處理不僅可以改變農(nóng)作物的種子萌發(fā)和生長發(fā)育,還可以改變植物體內(nèi)多種防御酶的活性 [7]。磁場處理種子因其綠色環(huán)保而在生產(chǎn)上開始應(yīng)用[8]。
