摘要 為了指導(dǎo)再造梗絲產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)和生產(chǎn)控制，研究回填率對(duì)再造梗絲品質(zhì)的影響，對(duì)比分析不同回填率對(duì)再造梗絲物理指標(biāo)、常規(guī)化學(xué)成分、煙氣指標(biāo)和感官品質(zhì)等質(zhì)量指標(biāo)的影響，總結(jié)回填率對(duì)再造梗絲綜合品質(zhì)的影響。結(jié)果表明，隨著回填率的增加，常規(guī)化學(xué)指標(biāo)呈上升趨勢(shì)，填充值呈下降趨勢(shì)，主流煙氣中總粒相物、焦油和煙堿呈上升趨勢(shì)，且具有較好的線性關(guān)系，感官質(zhì)量隨著回填率的增加，整體感官質(zhì)量變好，回填率控制在40%～43%，能保持再造梗絲質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定性。

Effect of Backfill Rate on the Comprehensive Quality of Reconstituted Tobacco Cut Stem

Abstract In order to guide the design and production control of reconstituted cut stem， the effects of backfilling rate on the quality of reconstituted cut stem were studied. The effects of different backfilling rates on physical index， conventional chemical composition， smoke index and sensory quality of reconstituted cut stem were compared and analyzed， and the effect of backfilling rate on the comprehensive quality of reconstituted cut stem was summarized. The results showed that with the increase of backfilling rate， the conventional chemical indexes showed an upward trend， the filling value showed a downward trend， and the total particulate matter， tar and nicotine in mainstream flue gas showed an upward trend with a good linear relationship. With the increase of backfilling rate， the overall sensory quality became better， and the backfilling rate was controlled at 40%-43%， which could maintain the stability of the quality of reconstructed stem.

梗絲再造工藝原理是將煙梗經(jīng)過(guò)切絲、提取、烘干后得到空白梗絲，將煙草碎片經(jīng)過(guò)提取、濃縮、調(diào)配得到回填液，回填至空白梗絲中，再經(jīng)過(guò)干燥處理，得到成品再造梗絲，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)梗絲品質(zhì)提升。在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中，回填率是指再造梗絲成品中回填絕干量占再造梗絲絕干量的百分比[1]，是成品最重要的質(zhì)量指標(biāo)之一，直接影響到再造梗絲的理化指標(biāo)、感官質(zhì)量等品質(zhì)。目前行業(yè)內(nèi)對(duì)回填率與再造梗絲品質(zhì)的關(guān)系缺乏深入的研究。筆者通過(guò)制備不同回填率的再造梗絲樣品，對(duì)比分析不同回填率對(duì)再造梗絲物理指標(biāo)、常規(guī)化學(xué)成分、煙氣指標(biāo)和感官品質(zhì)等質(zhì)量指標(biāo)的影響，總結(jié)回填率對(duì)再造梗絲綜合品質(zhì)的影響。

1 材料與方法

1.1 材料

1.1.1 試劑?；靥钜篈、B和C（江蘇鑫源煙草薄片有限公司）;磷酸氫二鈉、檸檬酸、對(duì)氨基苯磺酸、硫氰酸鉀、二氯異氰尿酸鈉、硫酸亞鐵、乙酸（AR，國(guó)藥集團(tuán)化學(xué)試劑有限公司）;煙堿（純度>98.0%，山東西亞化學(xué)工業(yè)有限公司）。

1.1.2 試材。經(jīng)過(guò)生產(chǎn)線提取、切絲，但未進(jìn)行回填的空白梗絲。

1.1.3 儀器。PL602-L型電子天平（梅特勒-托利多）;FED115型烘箱（德國(guó)Binder）;305D流動(dòng)分析儀（美國(guó)API）;FW-100型高速萬(wàn)能粉碎機(jī)（天津泰斯特）;DD60A B型煙絲填充值測(cè)定儀（德國(guó)BURGHART）。
