江蘇護理職業(yè)學院是一所省屬??迫罩破胀ǜ叩葘W校,原名淮陰衛(wèi)生高等職業(yè)技術學校。2010年開始籌建新校區(qū),選址于淮安市高教園區(qū)內,在校生5600人,女生為學生主體。規(guī)劃設計考慮了該校大部分學生均為女性的特殊情況,針對女性的空間認知、交往需求、配套設施和安全需要進行規(guī)劃設計。
設計探索了中小尺度規(guī)模校園規(guī)劃的路徑,采取圍合式的街區(qū)布局,以綠地、水面和運動場組成中央公園,以綠色空間為核心,校園建筑以院落為單元環(huán)繞布置,對外支持城市界面,對內形成良好的景觀和舒適自然的生活空間。
總體布局突出了柔曲的道路線形和溫和細膩的建筑形態(tài)。設計以環(huán)形主干路網為主要交通軸和景觀軸,外側布置教學樓、實訓樓、食堂、學生宿舍等基本功能區(qū),內側布置特征鮮明的校園標志建筑圖文中心、體育館等,整體形成“曲軸連環(huán)串書院,花開四季映水園”的空間意象。建筑單體造型多采用曲面形態(tài),在與環(huán)形路網呼應的同時營造出靈活多變的室內空間?!?/p>

Jiangsu College of Nursing is a provincial full-time college for profession training, formerly known as Huaiyin Higher Vocational and Technical School. In 2010, the college planned to build a new campus in the Higher Education Park. The school will accommodate 5,600 full-time students, and the majority group is female. Considering this special condition, the planning and design was conducted according to the spatial cognition, communication requirements, supporting facilities and safety needs of female students.
The design explores the planning approach of small and medium-scale campus, adopts an enclosed block layout, and forms a central park with green areas, water and sports fields. With green space as the core, and the courtyard units of buildings arranged around, the campus contributes an urban interface to the outside, and provides a good landscape and natural comfortable living space to the inside.
The softly winding roads and intricate architectural forms are emphasised in the overall layout. The ring road network is designed as the main traffic and landscape axis. Basic functional areas such as teaching buildings, training buildings, canteen, and dormitories are arranged outside of the road system.The inner side is filled with landmark buildings of the campus with distinguished characteristics, such as Library, gymnasium, etc. All the above shaped the spatial cognitive image of "the academy linked by winding paths, and the flowers of four seasons reflected in the water garden". Curved surfaces are applied to most individual buildings, echoing the ring road network and creating flexible interior spaces.□

史永高:城市建筑無不在外部環(huán)境的規(guī)限與內在秩序的延伸之間騰挪周旋,城市建筑群則更是在環(huán)境層面具有多樣而復雜的層次————不僅是建筑群外部的“城市”環(huán)境,還有建筑群內部同時又外在于建筑單體的“之間”環(huán)境。位于淮安市高教新區(qū)的這所護理職業(yè)學校,一方面由于基地的不規(guī)則性被城市道路所限定,另一方面教學、實訓、宿舍等學校主體空間又因其單元組織邏輯而有著強烈的規(guī)則性要求。建筑師沒有以“明日之城”的方式來化解這種沖突————以建筑之間易于辨識的強力幾何關系去占據和疊加場地,而是以周邊式布局有效地為基地建立了城市邊界。這一策略對原本為農田的新區(qū)建設具有重要意義,因為它塑造了一種空間上的城市性及其潛在的發(fā)展架構。沿周邊布置的教學、實訓、宿舍等建筑,沒有以機械的功能來分區(qū),而以其形態(tài)和尺度上的相似性相聚,因之而來的“普通性”則為城市新區(qū)迅速鋪就了尺度和形式底色。曲線環(huán)形道路及其內富于變化的公共建筑,有效化解了不規(guī)則的用地邊界向內進一步傳導的壓力。這一看似被動的應對,卻同時也主動塑造出靈動多變的外部空間,并有效表達了校園公共建筑之非單元性的空間————形式特征。就此而言,在這一建筑群中被廣泛使用的曲線,或許并非以觀念形態(tài)先入為主,而是基于城市認知和建筑策略衍生而來。它帶來的景觀、安全、氛圍的三重優(yōu)勢,很好地契合且表達了護理職業(yè)學校以女性為主導人群的使用要求與特征。

SHI Yonggao: Urban architecture is in between the restrictions of the external environment and the extension of the internal order, while building complex has various and complicated hierarchies on the environmental level. In fact, it is not only the "urban"environment outside the building complex, there is also the "intermediate" environment both inside the building complex and the individual buildings.For this nursing vocational school, urban roads limit the irregularity of the base on the one hand, while training, dormitory and other main school spaces have strong regulatory requirements because of the unit organisation logic. The architect did not use the strong geometric relationship between buildings to occupy and superimpose the site, just like the "City of Tomorrow". Instead, it effectively establishes the urban boundary based on the peripheral layout. This strategy is of great significance to the construction of the new district that was originally farmland,because it immediately shaped a spatial urbanity and a potential development framework. The teaching,training, dormitory and other buildings arranged along the periphery are not partitioned by rigid functions,but gathered together by similarities in their shapes and scales. The "commonality" produced at the same time quickly laid the foundation of scale and form for the new urban area. The curved ring road and the changeable public buildings inside it effectively resolve the pressure that is further transmitted inward from the irregular land boundary. This response seems to be passive, but it actively creates a flexible and changeable external space at the same time and effectively expresses the non-unit space-form characteristics of campus public buildings. In this regard, the curve that has been used many times in this building complex may not be preconceived in conceptual form, but derived from urban cognition and architectural strategies.However, the triple advantages of landscape, safety,and atmosphere that it may bring about, fit well and express the requirements and characteristics of the residential and use of the nursing vocational school with women as the absolute dominant population.
