優(yōu)秀的文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品，是中國故事的生動講述、文化內(nèi)涵的藝術呈現(xiàn)與價值觀的準確傳遞，能夠豐富旅游內(nèi)涵。作為中華文明的重要發(fā)祥地，齊魯文化、儒家文化、黃河文化、運河文化等多種文化在此交融，山東厚重的文化底蘊和獨特魅力自不待言。中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化資源正通過文化“兩創(chuàng)”新路徑，為山東文化旅游融合高質(zhì)量發(fā)展注入源源不斷的活力。

2022年，是山東文旅發(fā)展的“創(chuàng)新突破年”——

在非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護傳承上，今年初，中共山東省委宣傳部等聯(lián)合印發(fā)的《“山東手造”推進工程實施方案》提出，依托非遺或傳統(tǒng)工藝，培育手造產(chǎn)業(yè)。同時，“山東手造”還將納入“好客山東”“好品山東”等品牌體系，通過融合發(fā)展、聯(lián)動賦能，打造山東文旅形象新名片。

在文物保護利用上，山東突出抓好黃河流域文物保護利用工程、齊長城遺址保護利用工程、大運河遺產(chǎn)保護利用工程等重點項目。

在優(yōu)質(zhì)文旅產(chǎn)品供給上，推動紅色、非遺、山東好品走進景區(qū)，打造尼山圣境、臺兒莊古城等成為文旅融合新樣板，樹立泰山、曲阜等傳統(tǒng)景區(qū)文旅融合新典型？？山東努力補齊“高品質(zhì)”“深體驗”旅游產(chǎn)品不足短板，文旅融合步伐不斷加快，文化和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展新動能持續(xù)釋放。

9月15日，第三屆中國國際文化旅游博覽會、首屆中華傳統(tǒng)工藝大會在濟南拉開帷幕，向中國、向世界敞開真摯熱情的懷抱。本屆博覽會以“博覽中華手造 共享文旅盛會”為主題，以手造瑰寶為媒介，聚五湖四海之合力，共同傳承中國傳統(tǒng)文化的精氣真髓，體驗文旅融合的生生不息，感受山東全面開創(chuàng)新時代社會主義現(xiàn)代化強省建設新局面的決心與誠意。

本屆博覽會也是助推濟南深耕人文沃土、爭創(chuàng)全國文明典范城市的重要契機。

濟南，南依泰山，坐擁“山泉湖河城”獨特風貌。這里是“龍山文化”發(fā)祥地，舜耕之地，譚國故里，文化底蘊豐厚；這里非遺星羅棋布，匠人薈萃，以手造夢，千年一脈的傳統(tǒng)文化在此開枝散葉。近年來，濟南緊緊圍繞“文化濟南”和“東亞文化之都”建設，聚焦文化旅游業(yè)態(tài)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，推動文旅深度融合，促進城市多元文化的可持續(xù)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展，更好地滿足人民對于美好生活的向往，滿足城市更加美好的愿望，提升城市軟實力。

當前的濟南，正在全面推進“十大之城”建設，紅色之城、文化之城、天下泉城、溫暖之城、魅力之城、活力之城、品質(zhì)之城、開放之城、善治之城、幸福之城？？博覽會的舉辦，為濟南帶來了更大的品牌影響力和文化輻射力。

Excellent cultural and creative products vividly record the Chinese story， cultural context， artistic merit and sense of values， enriching the connotation of tourism. As one of the key birthplaces of Chinese civilization， Shandong province is blessed with rich cultural heritage and unique charm， since it sees the Qi and Lu culture， Confucianism， the Yellow River culture， the Grand Canal culture and so forth blend in perfect harmony. Through creative transformation and innovative development， the excellent traditional Chinese culture injects a constant stream of vitality to the high-quality development of culturetourism integration in Shandong.

In 2022， Shandong has achieved breakthroughs in cultural tourism by an innovative approach.

Shandong aims to foster the craft industry by inheriting and protecting intangible cultural heritage and traditional crafts. It also integrates “Shandong Handicraft” into the branding system of “Friendly Shandong” and “Remarkable Shandong”， so that a new image of Shandong cultural tourism will be established through an interactive collaborative development.

Shandong gives priority to the protection and utilization projects for cultural relics in the Yellow River basin， the Great Wall of Qi， and the Grand Canal for better preservation of cultural relics.

Shandong strives to provide tourism products of higher quality and deeper experience， quicken the pace of culturetourism integration， in order to generate a new momentum for the cultural tourism industry.

In addition， all parts of the province are genuinely active and contribute in a concrete manner for creative transformation and innovative development of cultural tourism.

In recent years， Jinan has emphasized on the construction of “Cultural Jinan” and “East Asian Cultural Capital”， focused on the high-quality development of cultural tourism， propelled the in-depth integration of culture and tourism， advanced the sustainable and innovative development of cultural diversity， which better meets peoples aspirations for a better life， welcomes the prospect for building a better city， and enhances the citys soft power.

The 3rd China International Cultural Tourism Fair and the 1st Traditional Chinese Crafts Fair will kick off on September 15. Themed “Exhibit Traditional Chinese Crafts， Enjoy Cultural and Tourism Feast”， the fair will showcase gems of handicraft from all corners of the country， giving the works a new liveliness to reveal the vitality of culture-tourism integration in a new era.

Jinan will seize the opportunity of this event to further boost cultural tourism and Civilized Model City construction. For building an “advanced city in ten aspects”， Jinan will embrace a greater brand impact and an astonishing cultural radiance through hosting the event.
