GENERAL INFORMATION

—, published continuously since 2008, a global ophthalmological scientific publication and a peer-reviewed, open access periodical published in print and online monthly (ISSN: 2222-3959 print, ISSN:2227-4898 online). IJO is sponsored by the Chinese Medical Association Xi’an Branch, China and obtains guidance, and support from World Health Organization (WHO) and International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO).

IJO is a comprehensive journal on ophthalmology accepting contributions in English from all over the world.

These contributions mainly include original and review articles, both basic and clinical scientific manuscript. With more than

伴隨著教育信息化的不斷推進(jìn)，教師的個(gè)人空間建設(shè)將是必然的發(fā)展趨勢，它對(duì)提升教師的教學(xué)能力與水平和網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)的不斷實(shí)現(xiàn)具有舉足輕重的作用，對(duì)于教師在進(jìn)行教學(xué)方式的革新也起到了不可替代的作用。近些年來，結(jié)合江西的網(wǎng)絡(luò)教師個(gè)人空間建設(shè)的實(shí)際進(jìn)行探究，網(wǎng)絡(luò)個(gè)人空間的建造對(duì)教師的教育能力與全面發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了積極的影響。通過對(duì)教師個(gè)人空間的研究，對(duì)它所帶來的積極影響進(jìn)行理解之后更堅(jiān)定了實(shí)施這一網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間建設(shè)的決心。對(duì)此，本人將進(jìn)行更深層次的研究，使二者達(dá)到有機(jī)結(jié)合、共同發(fā)展，將個(gè)人空間對(duì)教師與學(xué)生帶來的積極效果更大程度地發(fā)揮出來。

EDITORIAL POLICIES

All manuscripts are subjected toand editorial approval before accepting for publication.All contributions will be sent to at least three or more independent reviewers, selected by the editors. Authors are welcome to suggest suitable independent reviewers and may also request that the journal excludes one or two individuals or laboratories,but the editor’s decision on the choice of referees is final. Editors, authors, and reviewers are required to keep confidential all details of the editorial and peer review process on submitted manuscripts, the peer review process is confidential and conducted anonymously; Outcomes of the review process include acceptance, acceptance with revisions but without re-review, revise and resubmit, or rejection. Results of the review process are normally available in about 2-4 months of submission.

For all manuscripts reporting data from studies involving human participants or animals, a formal review and approval, or formal review and waiver by an appropriate institutional review board or ethics committee is required, and should be described in the Subjects and Methods section. For investigators who do not have a formal ethics review committee (institutional or regional), the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki (as revised in 2013) must be followed. For investigations done in humans, the Methods section must state the manner in which informed consent was obtained from the subjects (, oral, or written), and whether participants received a stipend. If experimental animals were used in the research, ⅠJO requires that authors confirm adherence to the ARVO Statement for the Use of Animals in Ophthalmic and Vision Research in the Methods section of their manuscript.

When publishing clinical studies, IJO aims to comply with the Recommendations of International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) on trials registration ((http://www.who.int/clinical-trials-registry-platform/theictrp-search-portal). Therefore, authors are requested to register the clinical trial presented in the manuscript in a public trial registry, and include the trial registration number in theSection.

Ⅰnclude in the manuscript file a title page, abstract, text, acknowledgments, references, and figure legends. Beginning with the title page, start each of these sections on a new page, and number them consecutively.We recommend individual file sizes of no more than 500 kB, and not exceeding 1 MB, with the total size for all files not exceeding 10 MB.

其次，缺乏完善的成本管控體系。在現(xiàn)代建筑施工企業(yè)中，成本管控是一個(gè)十分復(fù)雜的體系，想要實(shí)現(xiàn)成本管控目標(biāo)，必須構(gòu)建與之相適應(yīng)的管控體系。尤其是在成本核算方面，必須構(gòu)建完善的制度，保障各方面工作的有效落后。但結(jié)合實(shí)際情況來看，我國部分建筑施工企業(yè)的成本管控體制都不夠健全，以至于工作混亂、賬目模糊、時(shí)效性差、資金管理不到位等情況普遍存在[2]。與此同時(shí)，成本管控工作人員的積極性也嚴(yán)重不足，工作態(tài)度敷衍，對(duì)工作質(zhì)量造成了嚴(yán)重影響?？偟膩碇v，很多建筑施工企業(yè)的成本管控都已經(jīng)落后于時(shí)代。

Figures should be embedded in the main text where the figures are applicable and also should be uploaded as separate files to the online submission system. Figures should be numbered as 1, 2, 3 and so on, and mentioned clearly in the main text. For photomicrographs, include the type of specimen, original magnification or a scale bar, and stain.For gross pathology specimens, label any rulers with unit of measure.
