4 But why focus on coffee? Young people already get caffeine from other drinks likecola, tea and energy drinks. Caffeine is also found in chocolate and some medicines. Rather?than telling young people not to drink coffee, its better to educate them about caffeine.Then they can keep an eye on how much caffeine theyre getting from all their food anddrink. Keeping teenagers away from coffee wont make them free of caffeine.
