From June 19 to 21， a delegation led by Thongloun Sisoulith， General-Secretary of the LPRP Central Committee and President of Lao PDR， paid a visit to Chongqing. For two and a half days， the delegation led by Thongloun visited the Seres Liangjiang Smart Factory to learn about the advanced smart manufacturing process of private enterprises in Chongqing. Later， they visited the Hongyan Revolutionary History Museum to gain a deeper understanding of the important contributions made by the Southern Bureau of the CPC Central Committee to the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the Anti-Fascist War. Then， they visited the Zhongyi Township Primary School， Chuxin College， Huaxi Village Party and Public Affairs Center， Chuxin Yard in Shizhu Tujia Autonomous County， and learned about? poverty alleviation in remote mountainous areas of Chongqing. Finally， they visited the Exhibition Center of Inland International Logistics Hub， attended the Reception Ceremony of the Lao Railway of New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor， and witnessed the unpacking of Lao goods in Chongqing on site.

On the morning of June 19， the delegation arrived in the Seres Liangjiang Smart Factory. The factory was officially put into operation in 2019 and there are four major process workshops in it， namely， the workshops for “stamping， welding， painting， and final assembly”. The factory is equipped with over 1000 advanced industrial robots and was awarded the “Lighthouse Factory” in Chongqing in 2021. Thongloun visited various workshops in the factory carefully and was very happy to learn that more than 400 new energy vehicles had been sold to Laos last year. He also sat in the drivers seat of an AITO M5 vehicle and experienced the performance of it in person. He stated that the world was promoting the use of new energy vehicles and he believed that Laos demand for new energy vehicles would continue to increase in the future. He hoped that Seres can further expand its market in Laos.

In the afternoon， Thongloun went to Hongyan Revolutionary History Museum to visit the former site of the Southern Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and the Eighth Route Army Office in Chongqing and other revolutionary sites. He walked into the place where the older generation of proletarian revolutionists， such as Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai， used to work. He visited the office and learned about the items they used while listening carefully to the introduction， experiencing the great spirit of Hongyan on the spot. “Hongyan Revolutionary History Museum is of great historical significance. It can let us and our future generations truly experience the twists and turns of Chinese revolution under the leadership of the CPC. And under the leadership of the CPC， the Chinese people have won the final victory. I would like to express my heartfelt congratulations on this. I hope that the Hongyan Revolutionary History Museum and the Spirit of Hongyan can be inherited.” After the visit， He wrote down this message.

On June 20， the delegation visited Shizhu County， and went to Zhongyi Township Primary School， Chuxin College， Huaxi Village Party and Public Affairs Center， Chuxin Yard. Entering the classrooms and student dormitories of Zhongyi Township Primary School， he asked about the details of education， teaching， logistical supporting of the school， and interacted with the children in a friendly manner. At Chuxin College and Huaxi Village Party and Public Affairs Center， Thongloun had a detailed understanding of local industrial development， well-being guarantee， transportation， and digital rural construction. At the Chuxin Yard， Thongloun chatted with Ma Peiqing， an elderly Party member and his family affectionately， listening to their stories about poverty alleviation in recent years. Thongloun said that the guiding principles of General-Secretary Xi Jinpings “Two Assurances and Three Guarantees” has been well implemented here， and it is now developing steadily. The experience for the development of Huaxi Village in Zhongyi Township has great reference significance for Laos， and they wished the villagers of Huaxi Village all the best.

At 10：40 am on June 21， at the Tuanjiecun Railway Container Center Station in Chongqing， Thongloun attended the Reception Ceremony of the Lao Railway of New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor. Subsequently， he arrived at the Chongqing Land Port of New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor and witnessed the unpacking of bananas and tapioca from Laos on site. On the morning of the same day， he also visited the Exhibition Center of Inland International Logistics Hub to learn about the opening-up history of Chongqing and the significant achievements made by Chongqing in building an inland international logistics hub and a pioneer of inland openness.

Relevant heads from the Office of LPRP Central Committee， the Lao President House， the Ministry of Foreign Affairs， the International Department of Central Committee of LPRP， the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry， the Ministry of Public Works and Transport， Lao-China Cooperation Committee of the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Embassy of the Lao Peoples Democratic Republic in China， as well as Chinese representatives Guo Yezhou， Vice Minister of the International Department， Central Committee of CPC， and Li Mingqing， Deputy Secretary of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee attended the meeting. Wang Wen and Zhou Yi， the Director-General and the Deputy Director-General of Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government accompanied the Lao delegation during their events in Chongqing.

6月19日至21日，老撾人革黨中央總書記、國家主席通倫率老撾代表團(tuán)在重慶訪問考察。兩天半的時(shí)間里，通倫參訪賽力斯兩江智慧工廠，考察重慶民營企業(yè)先進(jìn)的智能制造工藝流程；參訪紅巖革命紀(jì)念館，深入了解中共中央南方局為抗日戰(zhàn)爭和反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭作出的重要貢獻(xiàn)；調(diào)研石柱土家族自治縣中益鄉(xiāng)小學(xué)、初心學(xué)院、華溪村黨群中心、初心小院，實(shí)地考察重慶邊遠(yuǎn)山區(qū)農(nóng)村脫貧致富情況；參觀內(nèi)陸國際物流樞紐展示中心，出席陸海新通道老撾班列接車儀式，現(xiàn)場見證老撾商品在重慶開箱。

19日上午，通倫一行來到賽力斯兩江智慧工廠。該工廠于2019年正式投產(chǎn)，擁有“沖壓、焊裝、涂裝、總裝”四大工藝車間，配備1000余臺(tái)先進(jìn)工業(yè)機(jī)器人，獲評(píng)2021年重慶“燈塔工廠”。通倫認(rèn)真了解工廠各個(gè)車間的生產(chǎn)情況，得知賽力斯去年有400余臺(tái)新能源汽車銷往老撾時(shí)，他十分高興，還坐上一輛AITO問界M5汽車的駕駛位，親身體驗(yàn)汽車性能。他表示，全世界都在提倡使用新能源汽車，相信老撾未來對(duì)新能源汽車的需求也會(huì)持續(xù)增加，希望賽力斯能夠進(jìn)一步拓展老撾市場。

19日下午，通倫前往紅巖革命紀(jì)念館，參觀中共中央南方局暨八路軍駐重慶辦事處舊址等革命遺址。他走進(jìn)毛澤東、周恩來等老一輩無產(chǎn)階級(jí)革命家曾經(jīng)辦公的地方，參觀他們?cè)?jīng)使用的辦公用品、桌椅床柜，認(rèn)真聽取講解，實(shí)地感受偉大的紅巖精神?！凹t巖革命紀(jì)念館具有非常重要的歷史意義，它可以讓我們和我們的后代看到中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的中國革命走過的曲折蜿蜒的道路，并且在中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，中國人民取得最后的勝利。我對(duì)此表示衷心祝賀。希望紅巖革命紀(jì)念館和紅巖精神能夠繼續(xù)延續(xù)和保持下去?！眳⒂^結(jié)束后，他寫下這段留言。

20日，通倫一行走進(jìn)石柱縣，先后到中益鄉(xiāng)小學(xué)、初心學(xué)院、華溪村黨群中心、初心小院考察調(diào)研。走進(jìn)中益鄉(xiāng)小學(xué)的教室、學(xué)生宿舍，他詳細(xì)詢問學(xué)校的教育教學(xué)、后勤保障等情況，并與孩子們親切互動(dòng)。在初心學(xué)院、華溪村黨群中心，通倫詳細(xì)了解當(dāng)?shù)氐漠a(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、民生保障、交通出行、數(shù)字鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)等情況。來到初心小院，通倫親切地與老黨員馬培清老人一家拉家常，聽他們講述近年來脫貧致富的故事。通倫說，這里很好地貫徹了習(xí)近平總書記“兩不愁三保障”的指示精神，如今發(fā)展得很好。中益鄉(xiāng)華溪村的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)老撾很有借鑒意義，祝福華溪村的村民平安幸福。

21日上午10時(shí)40分，在重慶團(tuán)結(jié)村鐵路集裝箱中心站，通倫出席了陸海新通道老撾班列接車儀式。隨后，他來到陸海新通道重慶無水港，見證來自老撾的香蕉、木薯粉現(xiàn)場開箱。當(dāng)天上午，他還參觀了內(nèi)陸國際物流樞紐展示中心，了解重慶的開放沿革，以及重慶建設(shè)內(nèi)陸國際物流樞紐和內(nèi)陸開放高地所取得的顯著成果。

老撾黨中央辦公廳、國家主席府、外交部、中聯(lián)部、農(nóng)林部、公共工程運(yùn)輸部、計(jì)劃投資部老中合委會(huì)及駐華大使館有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人，中共中央對(duì)外聯(lián)絡(luò)部副部長郭業(yè)洲，重慶市委副書記李明清參加。市政府外辦主任王雯、副主任周毅陪同老撾代表團(tuán)在渝活動(dòng)。
