為貫徹落實(shí)渝港高層會(huì)晤暨渝港合作會(huì)議第一次會(huì)議精神,推進(jìn)渝港教育交流合作,10月20日,渝港教育工作會(huì)在市教委舉行。
市教委副主任金玲,市政府港澳辦副主任張婭茜出席會(huì)議。由香港教育評(píng)議會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)何漢權(quán),香港教育評(píng)議會(huì)主席蔡世鴻帶隊(duì)的香港教育評(píng)議會(huì)考察交流團(tuán)32位代表,重慶市相關(guān)區(qū)教委、市教育評(píng)估院、中小學(xué)代表50余人參加會(huì)議。會(huì)上舉行了“姊妹學(xué)?!焙灱s儀式,香港風(fēng)采中學(xué)、中華基督教會(huì)協(xié)和長(zhǎng)沙灣小學(xué),重慶市南開(kāi)中學(xué)、重慶市巴蜀小學(xué)等10對(duì)渝港學(xué)校結(jié)成“姊妹”合作關(guān)系。
金玲指出,重慶市委、市政府高度重視教育在對(duì)外合作交流中的重要作用。今年5月,渝港高層會(huì)晤暨渝港合作會(huì)議第一次會(huì)議在重慶舉行,會(huì)議明確兩地將在包括教育在內(nèi)的11個(gè)領(lǐng)域47條內(nèi)容框架下開(kāi)展務(wù)實(shí)合作。希望雙方姊妹學(xué)校能在師生交流、教學(xué)科研等各個(gè)方面切實(shí)加強(qiáng)合作,增進(jìn)辦學(xué)認(rèn)同,互學(xué)互鑒、共同提升,為渝港教育高質(zhì)量發(fā)展注入新活力。
張婭茜表示,渝港兩地有良好的合作基礎(chǔ),期待有更多渝港教育機(jī)構(gòu)、社會(huì)團(tuán)體參與到兩地教育交流和青少年交流中來(lái),有更多基礎(chǔ)教育、職業(yè)教育領(lǐng)域的重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目能在兩地落地生花,為渝港合作助力。
何漢權(quán)表示,作為教育工作者,要保持學(xué)習(xí),不斷提高,重慶文化底蘊(yùn)深厚,希望渝港兩地加強(qiáng)互動(dòng),服務(wù)學(xué)生,推動(dòng)教育普及。
會(huì)上,市教育評(píng)估院院長(zhǎng)劉云生作題為“新時(shí)代教育評(píng)價(jià)改革的中國(guó)路向”的主題報(bào)告。

Chongqing-Hong Kong Education Workshop Held in Chongqing
To follow through the guiding principles of the High-Level Meeting cum the First Plenary Session of the Hong Kong/Chongqing Cooperation Conference and promote education exchanges and cooperation between Hong Kong and Chongqing, a workshop for education in the two cities was held in Chongqing Municipal Education Commission on October 20.
Jin Ling, Deputy Director-General of Chongqing Municipal Education Commission, and Zhang Yaxi, Deputy Director-General of Chongqing Municipal Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office, attended the meeting. Other attendees included 32 members of the delegation of Hong Kong Education Convergence led by its chairman Ho Hon-kuen and chair Choy Sai-hung, and about 50 representatives from the relevant district education commissions in Chongqing, Chongqing Educational Evaluation Institute, and primary and secondary schools. A signing ceremony for “sister schools” was held at the meeting, where sistership ties were established between 10 pairs of schools in Chongqing and Hong Kong, such as Elegantia College, C.C.C. Heep Woh Primary School (Cheung Sha Wan), Chongqing Nankai Middle School, and Chongqing Bashu Primary School.
Jin Ling noted that the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee and Chongqing Municipal Government attach great importance to the vital role of education in external cooperation and exchanges. This May, the High-level Meeting cum the First Plenary Session of the Hong Kong/Chongqing Cooperation Conference was held in Chongqing, announcing that the two cities will engage in pragmatic cooperation under a framework of 47 initiatives in 11 fields, including education. She urged the sister schools to strengthen collaboration in teacher/student exchanges, teaching, research, etc., to foster understanding, mutual learning, and joint progress, thus injecting new vitality for high-quality education development in Hong Kong and Chongqing.
Zhang Yaxi said there is a sound foundation of cooperation between Chongqing and Hong Kong. She expected more educational institutions and social organizations in the two cities to participate in education interactions and youth exchanges and more critical projects in primary and vocational education to be launched in the two cities to boost Chongqing-Hong Kong cooperation.
Ho Hon-kuen said that as an educator, it is necessary to keep learning and improving oneself. He admired the cultural richness of Chongqing and expected closer exchanges between the two cities to serve students and boost universal access to education.
At the meeting, Liu Yunsheng, Director of Chongqing Educational Evaluation Institute, delivered a keynote speech titled “The Chinese Way of Educational Evaluation Reform in the New Era.”
