當重慶文化旅游遇上“壁畫之都”墨西哥城、“南美的雅典”波哥大,會碰撞出什么樣的火花?當?shù)貢r間10月21日、24日,重慶市文化和旅游發(fā)展委員會分別與墨西哥11電視臺、哥倫比亞國家電視臺主辦的“中國時段”項目簽約暨啟動儀式,先后在墨西哥11電視臺、哥倫比亞國家電視臺舉辦,開啟重慶與拉美地區(qū)文化交流、文明互鑒的新篇章。
啟動儀式上,重慶佳左影視文化傳媒有限公司、經(jīng)典傳媒中國國際有限公司分別與墨西哥11電視臺、哥倫比亞國家電視臺簽訂了“中國時段”合作備忘錄。“中國時段”是重慶市文化旅游委指導重慶佳左影視文化傳媒有限公司申報的墨西哥、哥倫比亞及洪都拉斯“電視中國劇場”項目。該項目是國家廣播電視總局主辦的對外文化交流品牌項目,旨在通過與各國電視媒體和新媒體合作,在固定頻道、固定時段、固定欄目,常態(tài)化播出中國優(yōu)秀視聽節(jié)目。
“中國時段”項目將為近5億拉美地區(qū)電視觀眾帶來包括電影、電視劇、紀錄片及動畫片等數(shù)十部不同類型的中國優(yōu)秀視聽節(jié)目,如中國頂尖科幻IP電視劇《三體》,傳遞擺脫貧困、追求美好生活、團結(jié)合作精神的《山海情》,反映年輕人追求美好愛情和創(chuàng)業(yè)故事的《去有風的地方》《創(chuàng)業(yè)時代》等。
此次墨西哥、哥倫比亞“中國時段”項目簽約,標志著由重慶推動實施的“電視中國劇場”在拉美地區(qū)空白領(lǐng)域的填補,中國在拉美國家視聽傳媒領(lǐng)域進入規(guī)?;?、體系化的合作階段,對助推中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化“走出去”,促進中國和拉美地區(qū)文化交流互鑒,具有里程碑式意義。
啟動儀式前,還舉辦了重慶非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)展、文旅圖片展,以及太極、茶藝表演等。忠藝剪紙、夔繡、百壽漆屏、巫溪嫁花等非遺展品,山水都市、長江三峽、世界遺產(chǎn)、溫泉之都、美食之城、特色演藝等文旅資源,受到與會嘉賓廣泛好評。

“Chinese TV Theater” Project Unveiled by Chongqing in Latin America
When Chongqing tourism and culture meet with Mexico--the City of Frescoes and Bogota--the Athens of South America, what will happen? On October 21 and 24, local time, the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism Development secured agreements with Channel 11 TV stations in Mexico and the Colombian National Television Network for the “China Time” project. The inauguration ceremony was held at Channel 11 TV stations in Mexico and the Colombian National Television Network respectively, to unveil a new chapter of cultural exchange and mutual understanding between Chongqing and Latin America.
At the opening ceremony, Chongqing Jiazuo Film and Culture Media Co., Ltd. and Classic Media China International Co., Ltd. entered into a cooperation memorandum with Channel 11 TV stations in Mexico and the Colombian National Television Network for the “China Time” initiative, respectively. The “China Time” venture, applied by Chongqing Jiazuo Film and Culture Media Co., Ltd. directed by the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism Development, is a part of the broader “Chinese TV Theater” program in Mexico, Colombia, and Honduras. This project is a cultural exchange project steered by the National Radio and Television Administration, designed to regularly broadcast high-quality Chinese audiovisual content on the designated channel, at designated times, and in the designated programs on partnered networks and new media platforms.
It aims to cover nearly 500 million Latin American TV viewers with a diverse array of Chinese audiovisual offerings, including films, TV dramas, documentaries, and animated series. Featured programming will include top-tier Chinese science fiction TV series like “The Three-Body Problem,” uplifting stories such as “Mining Town,” which focuses on overcoming poverty and the pursuit of unity, and youth-oriented romantic narratives and entrepreneurship stories like “Meet Yourself” and “Entrepreneurial Age.”
The successful debut of the “China Time” project in Mexico and Colombia marks a significant step in executing the “Chinese TV Theater” strategy initiated by Chongqing, filling a longstanding gap in Latin American markets. The milestone signifies Chinas transition into a new era of expansive and systematic audiovisual collaboration with Latin American countries. It serves as a vehicle for promoting Chinese culture abroad and fosters an environment conducive to reciprocal cultural appreciation and understanding between China and Latin America.
Preceding the opening ceremony, a slew of cultural activities were held, featuring an exhibition of Chongqings intangible cultural heritage, tourism photo exhibits, Tai Chi displays, and a Chinese tea ceremony. On view were meticulous paper-cutting artworks, traditional embroidery, lacquer screens, Wuxi cross-stitch, and other intangible cultural heritage exhibits. The urban landscapes, the majestic Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, world heritage sites, luxurious hot springs, gourmet paradise, unique cultural performances, and other resources were well received by the guests.
