高血壓(Hypertension)

Pharmacist:Hello,what can I do for you?

藥師：您好！請問您需要什么？

Client:I’ve had a bad headache recently.

顧客：我最近頭疼得厲害。

Pharmacist:How long does it last and are there any other symptoms?

藥師：持續(xù)多長時間了？還有別的癥狀么？

Client:No,just a headache,I’ve had them for about one week.

顧客：沒有，只是頭疼，有一周左右的時間了。

Pharmacist:Did you take any medicine for them recently?

藥師：那您最近服用過什么藥么？

Client:I have taken Aspirin,but it is not very effective.

顧客：我用過阿司匹林，可是感覺效果不太明顯。

Pharmacist:Did you go to see the doctor for it before?

店員：您以前頭痛時去看過醫(yī)生么？

Client:Yes,the doctor thought I had hypertension.

顧客：看過，醫(yī)生診斷我是高血壓。

Pharmacist:Have you measured your blood pressure recently?藥師：您最近測過血壓么？

Client:No.

顧客：沒有。

Pharmacist:Then how about measuring your blood pressure here?

藥師：那讓我給您測一下血壓吧。

Client:Yes,thank you.

顧客：多謝。

Pharmacist:Your blood pressure is 90/150mmHg.It is too high.What medicines did the doctor prescribe for you?

藥師：您血壓是90/150mmHg，確實很高，以前醫(yī)生給您開過什么藥呢？

Client:I’ve used‘Beijing Jiang Ya Ling Hao’,and I think it is effective.

顧客：開過北京降壓0號，效果還行。

Pharmacist:In my opinion your headache was brought by hypertension,so I suggest you rest more and avoid smoking and drinking.Besides that,you should go to see the doctor.

藥師：我想，您頭疼是由于血壓高引起的。您最近要注意休息，盡量少沾煙酒，而且，您應(yīng)該去看醫(yī)生。

Client:Okay,thank you.

顧客：好，謝謝！

Pharmacist:You’re welcome.

藥師：客氣了。
