一次進(jìn)樣分析氧氣中碳、硫化物和質(zhì)量數(shù)豐度值與比值

摘要:建立了一次進(jìn)樣分析氧氣中的碳、硫化物信號(hào)和質(zhì)量數(shù)豐度值與比值的方法,并可獲知單位氧氣內(nèi)不同質(zhì)量數(shù)的分子、原子分布16O≈0.56%;17O≈0.15%;32O2≈87.16%;33O2≈11.05%;34O2≈0.47%;35O2≈0.06%;48O2≈0.03%。

在前期的實(shí)驗(yàn)方法〔1〕中對(duì)氬氣進(jìn)行了研究探討,那么氧氣在該方法上有何表現(xiàn),本實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)氧氣使用該方法進(jìn)行了研究。
1實(shí)驗(yàn)部分
1.1儀器
TRACE GC ULTRA氣相色譜儀,配有 FPD、FID和MSD檢測(cè)器以及配套使用的色譜、質(zhì)譜工作站(美國Thermo公司)。
1.2氣相色譜、質(zhì)譜條件
色譜柱:5A分子篩柱(Φ3mm×2.4m);載氣:He、H2;輔助氣:Air、H2;柱溫:恒溫 40℃;進(jìn)樣口溫度: 130℃;甲烷轉(zhuǎn)化器溫度:380℃;FID檢測(cè)器溫度:250℃;FPD檢測(cè)器溫度:300℃;MSD檢測(cè)器溫度:250℃;柱流速:30~40mL/min; 進(jìn)樣量:0.1mL; 進(jìn)樣方式: 六通閥編程自動(dòng)或手動(dòng);MSD傳輸線溫度:250℃;MSD離子源溫度:250℃;MSD離子化方式:EI;離子化能:70eV。
1.3樣品:
鋼瓶氧(99.9%)
2結(jié)果與討論

2.1按上述設(shè)備條件,注入0.1mL鋼瓶氧,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果見圖1.從圖1 MSD離子流圖可看出主要成分為氧氣(O2),還有一點(diǎn)氮?dú)?N2);Ni-FID碳化物色譜圖中可看出氧氣峰中含有碳化物,在保留時(shí)間1.89min處還有微量甲烷;FPD硫化物色譜圖中氧氣峰中含有硫化物信號(hào)。說明從分子篩柱餾出的是含有碳、硫化物的氧氣峰而不是純氧分子峰。
2.2氧氣內(nèi)質(zhì)量數(shù)分布
氧氣內(nèi)的質(zhì)量數(shù)分布:設(shè)定掃描范圍2~1000 amu,檢測(cè)結(jié)果扣除本底,見圖2、表1。

從圖2、表1可看出氧氣的質(zhì)量數(shù)2~1000amu的掃描,在質(zhì)量數(shù)(Mass)二位數(shù)至三位數(shù)均有表達(dá),而總豐度(Intensity)值達(dá)99.99%的質(zhì)量數(shù)均在210以下。說明從分子篩柱餾出的氧氣峰包含有眾多質(zhì)量數(shù)(Mass)在二位數(shù)至三位數(shù)的原子、分子。
2.3重現(xiàn)性實(shí)驗(yàn)
設(shè)定氧氣質(zhì)量數(shù)掃描范圍2~210amu,做10個(gè)同一氧氣樣品重現(xiàn)性實(shí)驗(yàn),檢測(cè)結(jié)果扣除本底,見圖3、表2、表3、表4。

從圖3、表2看出在氧氣質(zhì)量數(shù)2~210amu的掃描,可看出不同質(zhì)量數(shù)的分子、原子分布,通過表2中各個(gè)質(zhì)量數(shù)豐度相互比值的重現(xiàn)性計(jì)算、歸納統(tǒng)計(jì),相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差RSD(%)≤ 5%的質(zhì)量數(shù)豐度比值見表3,從表3確定可使用的質(zhì)量數(shù)見表4。

表3說明氧氣可使用的質(zhì)量數(shù)豐度比值有19個(gè):32O2/16O≈142.29;33O2/16O≈17.45;34O2/16O≈0.75;35O2/16O≈0.089;48O2/16O≈0.052;32O2/17O≈566.36;33O2/17O≈69.41;34O2/17O≈2.97;35O2/17O≈0.36;33O2/32O2≈0.12;34O2/32O2≈0.0053;35O2/32O2≈0.00062;48O2/32O2≈0.00037;34O2/33O2≈0.043;35O2/33O2≈0.0051;48O2/33O2≈0.003;35O2/34O2≈0.12;48O2/34O2≈0.07;48O2/35O2≈0.59,同時(shí)列出氧氣內(nèi)可使用的質(zhì)量數(shù)見表4。

通過表4可看出單位氧氣內(nèi)的16O≈0.56%;17O≈0.15%;32O2≈87.16%;33O2≈11.05%;34O2≈0.47%;35O2≈0.06%;48O2≈0.03%。
3結(jié)論
(1)該方法通過Ni+FID、FPD驗(yàn)證氧氣含有碳、硫化物信號(hào)。
(2)質(zhì)譜圖和質(zhì)量數(shù)豐度表可呈現(xiàn)氧氣內(nèi)不同質(zhì)量數(shù)豐度的分子、原子。
(3)單位氧氣內(nèi)含有16O≈0.56%;17O≈0.15%;32O2≈87.16%;33O2≈11.05%;34O2≈0.47%;35O2≈0.06%;48O2≈0.03%。
(4)分子篩柱餾出的氧氣峰是質(zhì)量數(shù)16O≈0.56%;17O≈0.15%;32O2≈87.16%;33O2≈11.05%;34O2≈0.47%;35O2≈0.06%;48O2≈0.03%為主的含有碳、硫元素的氧氣(O2)而不是僅有分子量:32.00的純氧氣(O2)。
(5)氧氣可使用的質(zhì)量數(shù)豐度比值:32O2/16O≈142.29;33O2/16O≈17.45;34O2/16O≈0.75;35O2/16O≈0.089;48O2/16O≈0.052;32O2/17O≈566.36;33O2/17O≈69.41;34O2/17O≈2.97;35O2/17O≈0.36;33O2/32O2≈0.12;34O2/32O2≈0.0053;35O2/32O2≈0.00062;48O2/32O2≈0.00037;34O2/33O2≈0.043;35O2/33O2≈0.0051;48O2/33O2≈0.003;35O2/34O2≈0.12;48O2/34O2≈0.07;48O2/35O2≈0.59。
