2016年重慶汽車(chē)產(chǎn)量領(lǐng)跑全國(guó)

1月8日，市經(jīng)信委發(fā)布消息稱(chēng)，2016年1月—11月，我市生產(chǎn)汽車(chē)287萬(wàn)輛，預(yù)計(jì)全年汽車(chē)產(chǎn)量可達(dá)316萬(wàn)輛，同比增長(zhǎng)4%。這意味著我市將是全國(guó)唯一汽車(chē)年產(chǎn)量超過(guò)300萬(wàn)輛的省市。去年以來(lái)，我市汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)繼續(xù)保持規(guī)模良性增長(zhǎng)，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面也呈現(xiàn)可喜變化，全市汽車(chē)產(chǎn)量中乘用車(chē)占比接近九成，高于全國(guó)水平；全市新能源和智能汽車(chē)產(chǎn)量達(dá)10萬(wàn)輛，同比增長(zhǎng)64%。

1月6日，“旅行新勢(shì)力盛典”舉行，重慶獲評(píng)“2016年度最受關(guān)注旅行目的地”?；顒?dòng)評(píng)選出“2017年度最值得期待旅行目的地”“2016年度最受關(guān)注旅行目的地”“2016年度最具影響力旅行家”等8個(gè)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。其評(píng)選依據(jù)是優(yōu)酷旅游、新浪旅游各個(gè)維度內(nèi)容的產(chǎn)出量和觀看閱讀量。

西南首家海軍青少年航空學(xué)校落戶(hù)重慶

1月6日，海軍青少年航空學(xué)校授牌儀式在重慶市第十一中學(xué)校舉行，標(biāo)志著我國(guó)西南地區(qū)首家海軍青少年航空學(xué)校正式成立，來(lái)自我市的60名高中生成為該校首屆海軍航空實(shí)驗(yàn)班的學(xué)員。該實(shí)驗(yàn)班學(xué)生從全市應(yīng)屆初中畢業(yè)生中選拔，經(jīng)體格檢查、政治考核、心理檢測(cè)和文化把關(guān)4個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)后確定錄取，并簽訂培養(yǎng)協(xié)議。

6項(xiàng)科技成果榮獲國(guó)家科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)

1月9日，2016年度國(guó)家科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)大會(huì)在北京舉行，由我市科研單位和企業(yè)牽頭完成或參與完成的6項(xiàng)科技成果榮獲2016年度國(guó)家科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)，涉及材料、機(jī)械、土木建筑、交通運(yùn)輸、醫(yī)療等領(lǐng)域。此次我市獲獎(jiǎng)的科技成果注重產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合，是面向產(chǎn)業(yè)需求開(kāi)展的技術(shù)攻關(guān)，其中有一半由企業(yè)牽頭或參與完成的，體現(xiàn)出企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的主體地位。

銀行業(yè)逾78億元融資 助力中新示范項(xiàng)目建設(shè)

截至2016年三季度末，重慶銀行業(yè)支持中新（重慶）戰(zhàn)略性互聯(lián)互通示范項(xiàng)目的融資余額已超過(guò)78億元。我市銀行業(yè)金融機(jī)構(gòu)積極創(chuàng)新金融產(chǎn)品，通過(guò)開(kāi)展跨境融資、跨境投資、跨境金融結(jié)算等服務(wù)為中新示范項(xiàng)目提供全方位的金融支持。建設(shè)銀行、交通銀行和中信銀行等5家銀行總行，還在重慶設(shè)立了跨境結(jié)算、離岸、保理業(yè)務(wù)等區(qū)域或全國(guó)性功能總部。

演藝代表團(tuán)亮相全球最大演藝交易會(huì)

1月6日—9日，第六十屆美國(guó)演藝出品人年會(huì)（APAP）在紐約舉辦，由重慶演出公司、重慶市曲藝團(tuán)、重慶民族樂(lè)團(tuán)等市級(jí)文藝院團(tuán)，以及塔利文化等演藝機(jī)構(gòu)組成的重慶演藝代表團(tuán)亮相本屆年會(huì)，向美國(guó)演藝市場(chǎng)集中呈現(xiàn)了我市高藝術(shù)水平的創(chuàng)作成果。

重慶四千余項(xiàng)目打造非遺博覽園

1月12日，民間文藝發(fā)展與非遺傳承保護(hù)峰會(huì)在重慶舉行。來(lái)自全國(guó)各地的非遺專(zhuān)家與傳承人齊聚一堂，通過(guò)主題演講、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)交流等方式，圍繞非遺項(xiàng)目的傳承、發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)化運(yùn)作等相關(guān)問(wèn)題展開(kāi)討論。目前，我市屬于保護(hù)范圍的民間文學(xué)、傳統(tǒng)音樂(lè)、傳統(tǒng)舞蹈等非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)共計(jì)17個(gè)門(mén)類(lèi)4110項(xiàng)。重慶正在積極籌備“非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)”博覽園。該項(xiàng)目是重慶“十三五”期間的一個(gè)文化類(lèi)大項(xiàng)目，建成后將向市民免費(fèi)開(kāi)放。

西部地區(qū)首個(gè)“水公鐵”聯(lián)運(yùn)鋁期貨交割庫(kù)落戶(hù)重慶

1月18日，由上海期貨交易所指定的重慶國(guó)儲(chǔ)物流鋁期貨交割倉(cāng)庫(kù)在九龍坡區(qū)西彭工業(yè)園區(qū)揭牌。該項(xiàng)目是我市打造的西部首個(gè)“水公鐵”聯(lián)運(yùn)鋁期貨交割庫(kù)，這也意味著，今后我市的鋁加工企業(yè)所需原料可實(shí)現(xiàn)期貨交易、本地交割，大幅降低物流的成本。

新加坡物流巨頭牽手重慶企業(yè) 組建物流發(fā)展平臺(tái)

1月20日，新加坡太平船務(wù)（私人）有限公司、新加坡國(guó)際港務(wù)集團(tuán)與重慶兩江新區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)投資集團(tuán)有限公司、重慶交通運(yùn)輸控股（集團(tuán)）有限公司、重慶機(jī)場(chǎng)集團(tuán)有限公司等我市6家企業(yè)，簽訂中新（重慶）互聯(lián)互通物流發(fā)展平臺(tái)項(xiàng)目合作框架協(xié)議，共同推動(dòng)中新物流互聯(lián)互通。根據(jù)協(xié)議，雙方將共同出資約1億元人民幣，注冊(cè)成立相關(guān)公司，主要開(kāi)展交通物流領(lǐng)域項(xiàng)目咨詢(xún)策劃、研究推動(dòng)多式聯(lián)運(yùn)體系及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)、協(xié)調(diào)推動(dòng)國(guó)際物流通道建設(shè)、整合重慶及周邊區(qū)域物流資源等業(yè)務(wù)。

Chongqing’s automobile production in 2016 led the country

On January 8, the commission had announced that from January to November in 2016, 2.87 million vehicles were produced and the vehicle production is expected to reach 3.16 million, a year-on-year increase of 4%, which means that Chongqing would be the only city in the nationwide that the annual production of cars had exceeded 3 million. Since last year, the automobile industry in Chongqing has continued to keep the scale and healthy growth. The industrial structure and other aspects also showed gratifying changes. The production of passenger car accounted for nearly 90% of the whole city’s automobile production, higher than the national level; the production of new-energy and smart car reached 100 million, a year-on-year increase of 64%.

“The Ceremony of New Power in Travel” was held on January 6 and Chongqing was appraised as “The Most Noticed Travel Destination in 2016”. Eight awards were selected, including “The Most Anticipated Travel Destination in 2017”, “The Most Noticed Travel Destination in 2016”, and “The Most Influential Traveler in 2016” and etc. The selection was based on the various dimensions of output of the content and the reading quantity on Youku Tourism and Sina Tourism.

The fi rst Naval Teenager Aviation School in the Southeast China settled in Chongqing

On January 6, the awarding ceremony of the Naval Teenager Aviation School was held in the Chongqing No.11 Middle School, marking the formal establishment of the fi rst Naval Teenager Aviation School in the Southeast China. 60 high school students from Chongqing became the fi rst term students in the school’s experimental class. The students, selected from the city’s junior high school graduates, were admitted and signed a training agreement after the physical examination, political assessment, psychological testing and cultural checks.

6 scienti fi c and technological achievements won the National Science and Technology Award

On January 9, the 2016 National Science and Technology Award Conference was held in Beijing. Six scientific and technological achievements, completed or participated in by the scienti fi c research units and enterprises of Chongqing, were awarded the National Science and Technology Award in 2016, involving materials, machinery, civil engineering, Transportation, medical and other fi elds. The award-winning scientific and technological achievements of Chongqing, focusing on combination of production and research, orient the technical breakthroughs to the demand of the industry, half of which are led or completed by the enterprises, re fl ecting the dominant position of industry’s technological innovation.

More than 7.8 billion yuan of fi nancing in banking to fuel the construction of China-Singapore demonstration project

By the end of the third quarter in 2016, the fi nancing balance of the China-Singapore (Chongqing) strategic interconnection demonstration project, supported by the Chongqing’s banking, had surpassed 7.8 billion yuan. The banking and financial institutions in Chongqing actively innovate the financial products and provide full-scale financial supports like crossborder financing, cross-border investment, cross-border financial settlement services for the demonstration projects. China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications and China CITIC Bank and other 5 banks’ head office, also set up a regional or national functional headquarter in Chongqing of cross-border settlement, offshore, factoring business and etc.

Performing arts delegation appeared at the largest Performing Arts Trade Fair in the world

From January 6 to 9, the 60th Annual Meeting of America Performing Arts Producers (APAP) was held in New York. Chongqing performing arts delegation, consisted by the municipal art troupes, like Chongqing Performance Company, Chongqing Traditional Folk Arts Troupe, Chongqing National Traditional Orchestra and etc. and the performing agencies, like the Tully Culture and etc. appeared at this annual meeting. They had presented creative achievements of high artistic level to the performing market in America.

Over 4,000 projects in Chongqing to build the lntangible Cultural Heritage Exposition Park

On January 12, the Summit of the development of folk art and the protection of intangible cultural heritage was held in Chongqing. The experts and inheritors from all parts of the country gathered together and discussed about the related issues on the inheritance, development and industrialized operation of intangible cultural heritage items through the keynote speech, live communication and etc. At present, there are a total of 17 categories and 4110 items of intangible cultural heritage in the scope of protection in Chongqing, like the folk literary, traditional music, the traditional dance and etc. Chongqing is actively preparing for the “intangible cultural heritage” Exposition Park, which is a major cultural item in the“13th Five-Year” period in Chongqing and will be open free to the public.

The fi rst “River-rail-road” lntermodal Delivery Warehouse of Aluminum Futures in the west China settled in Chongqing

On January 18, designated by the Shanghai Futures Exchange, the Delivery Warehouse of Aluminum Futures of Chongqing National Reserve Logistics Company was inaugurated in the Xipeng Industrial Park, Jiulongpo District. The project is the fi rst“river-rail-road” intermodal delivery warehouse of aluminum futures built by Chongqing, which means that from now on the aluminum processing enterprises in Chongqing could realize the futures trading, local delivery and signi fi cantly reduce the cost of logistics.

The Singapore logistics giant joins hands with Chongqing’s enterprises to set up logistics development platform

On January 20, the Singapore Pacific International Lines (private) Co., Ltd., PSA International Pte Ltd. and six enterprises in Chongqing, including the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Development & Investment Group Co., Ltd., Chongqing Transportation Holding (Group) Co., Ltd., Chongqing Airport Group Co., Ltd. and etc., had signed in the cooperation framework agreement of the project of China-Singapore (Chongqing) interconnection logistics development platform, jointly promoting the interconnection of the China-Singapore logistics. According to the agreement, the two sides will jointly invested about 100 million yuan to register related companies, which would be mainly focused on the consulting and planning of transport and logistics, research and promotion of the construction on multimodal transport system and standardization, coordination and promotion of the construction on international logistics channel, the integration of Chongqing as well as the logistics resources of the surrounding areas and so on.
