Abstract:WeChat as a communication medium,is increasingly becoming a new way of communication to college students.WeChat communication has changed the scope of communication,the way of communication,and the information of communication,bringing with it a lotof challenges to the authority of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,the leading control and the attractiveness.Therefore,the ideological and political educators in colleges and universities should face up to this change,understand the WeChat,make use of it,and proceeding from changing educationalmodes,creating WeChat platform,setting up WeChat groups and strengthening the network public opinion control work,explore the use of new modes and new paths for ideological and political education in colleges and universities under theWeChatenvironment.

Strategies for Promoting the Effectiveness of Student Evaluation of Teaching Based on Teachers'Perspectives

Abstract:Student evaluation is an important guarantee of teaching quality in colleges and universities,which aims to encourage teachers to improve their teaching and provide excellent teaching services.Students’assessment of teachers causes psychological imbalance due to the change of the subject and object roles in teacher evaluation,lack of reasonable right to participate,unreasonable assessment items,the improper use of assessment results and the unsuitable protection of the students’right.Therefore,it is suggested that the teachers be guided to change their outlooks,ensure the teachers’equal right to participate,design scientific evaluation indicators,give the teachers feedback of the use of the evaluation results and establish a soundmechanism for the rightof petition so as to urge the teachers to accept student evaluation and improve teaching quality.
