考場作文中詞匯的運用，能夠充分體現(xiàn)考生的詞匯量以及英語的表達水平。使用高級詞匯，會給考場作文增光添彩，自然會增加得分點。以下是筆者總結出的可用于近幾年全國各地高考真題書面表達中的高頻高級詞匯。

1. 各種各樣的：a great variety of/various= different

（2018年全國III卷）With the stadium set up， we can holda wide range of sports events， of which basketball， football as well as running competition enjoy great popularity.

（2017年浙江卷）During the trip， you are able to take part in a great variety ofcheerful activities， including climbing the mountain and having a picnic.

（2017年江蘇卷）The increase in the box-office income results from variousfactors.

2. 重要的：significant/vital/essential= important

（2013年湖南卷）In a word， success issignificant， so is failure， because its the mother of success.

（2013年山東卷）However， I was busy preparing for my final exam at that time， which isvitalfor me.

（2012年江蘇卷）To avoid such conflicts， we should be kind to one another， which isessential to enjoying a harmonious life.

3. 越來越：increasingly= more and more

（2012年四川卷）As the world is becoming a global village， English is gettingincreasinglyimportant， so mastering English means we can see the world through a new window.

（2011年重慶卷）Nowadays， the balance of nature is being destroyed and the weather is gettingwarmer and warmer.

4. 竭盡全力去做某事：make every effort to do sth/take pains to do sth/ do ones utmost to do sth= try ones best to do sth

（2015年福建卷）We shouldtake pains to improve ourselves through learning and get prepared for the future.

（2014年四川卷）Due to its great importance， every student in China woulddo his utmost toget ready for it， and I am no exception.

（2013年湖南卷）In our life we may meet many failures but as long as wemake every effort， theres no need to feel regret for these failures.

5. 參加：participate in =take part in

（2018年全國II卷）Whats more， everyone of you will be welcome to participate init， enjoying the movie， having a heated discussion afterwards and giving your own comments.

（2011年四川卷）Dear friends， please actively participate inafter-class activities， which will not only make your school life colorful， but also improve your learning.

6. 告知某人某事：inform sb of sth = tell sb sth / inform sb that... = tell sb that...

（2017年全國Ⅰ卷）I am writing to inform you ofthe schedule of our next class， which is about poetry of the Tang Dynasty.

（2013全國I卷）I am writing to inform you thatmy uncle Li Ming is going to your city for a conference， and I have asked him to bring you the Chinese painting youve asked for before.

7. 應該：be supposed to do sth/ be required to do sth / be expected to do sth = should do sth

（2018年全國Ⅰ卷）Youare supposed toarrive earlier to show your politeness.

（2017年全國Ⅰ卷）In order to learn it better， youare required to dothe following things before the next class.

8.（國內外）廣受歡迎：enjoy great popularity（home and abroad）= be very popular（in China and in other foreign countries）

（2015年全國Ⅰ卷）The“Foreign Cultures”section in our newspaperenjoys great popularity among us students.

（2013年遼寧卷）As one of the traditional Chinese festivals， the Mid-Autumn Festival has beenenjoying great popularityin our country.

9. 打算：have the intention of doing sth / intend to do sth =plan to do sth

（2017年全國Ⅰ卷）Ihave the intention ofteaching you poetry of the Tang Dynasty， a symbol of Chinese splendid cultures.

（2014年全國Ⅰ卷）I am a student in China and I intend togo to Britain to attend a summer school during the vacation.

10. 關于：concerning / regarding / as to / with regard to= about

（2015年全國Ⅰ卷）Would you please write somethingconcerning the culture in your part of the United States？

（2015年全國Ⅰ卷）And we would especially welcome articlesregardinghow Americans spend their holidays and festivals， and the life of American high school students.

11. 按照預定的計劃或時間：as scheduled=as planned

12. 結果：as a consequence / consequently =as a result

13. 導致：contribute to / give rise to= lead to / result in / bring about

16. 精通：have a good command of= be good at

17. 不能：fail to do sth= cant do sth
