Your plan has got to be clear. Dont go to bed without a plan that youre going to handle the next day. You have to work at it every day. Success is never an accident. I want you to understand that its not going to happen by luck. Success is cause and effect， not magic luck or magic fairy dust. Success is easy to realize if you make a plan and finish the plan every day. Whenever the plan doesnt work， you change the plan. Thats called failure， learning a lesson and changing it. If you do the work and do it for a long enough time， youll be successful. Whatever your bold dream is， if you plan and think about it every single day， if you do a little every single day， you are going to wake up one day and your dream will come true. An easy way is a lie. It doesnt get you there. And if you want to take an easy road， it wont take you to where you want to be. To reach goals and overcome difficulties and be the best of yourself will not happen by itself. It will not happen by looking for an easy way. There is no easy way， there is only hard work， late nights， early mornings， practice， repetition， study， sweat， blood and discipline（自制力）. Discipline， the root of all good qualities， defeats the thousand excuses that say “not today”， “not now”， “I need a rest”， “Ill do it tomorrow”. There is only one way， the way of discipline.

not... without...是固定詞組，意為“沒(méi)有……就不……”，without是介詞，如果后面跟動(dòng)詞時(shí)，動(dòng)詞要用“動(dòng)詞原形+ing”形式。that youre going to handle是that引導(dǎo)的定語(yǔ)從句，修飾名詞plan。
