[摘要] 目的 百令膠囊聯(lián)合二甲雙胍對糖尿病腎病患者的效果進(jìn)行分析和研究。 方法 選擇2017年6月—2018年10月該院收治的80例糖尿病腎病患者作為研究對象，隨機(jī)將其劃分為對照組和觀察組，每組40例。采用二甲雙胍對對照組患者進(jìn)行治療，在此基礎(chǔ)上采用百令膠囊對觀察組患者進(jìn)行治療，對兩組患者的治療效果進(jìn)行分析和比較。 結(jié)果 對照組總有效率為75.0%，觀察組總有效率為95.0%，觀察組總有效率明顯高于對照組總有效率（P<0.05）。兩組患者治療前后的血清炎癥因子指標(biāo)、腎功能指標(biāo)相比，均差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05），在治療后，觀察組的血清炎癥因子指標(biāo)、腎功能指標(biāo)與對照組相比差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 百令膠囊聯(lián)合二甲雙胍對糖尿病腎病患者具有很好的效果。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and study the effect of Bailing Capsule combined with metformin on patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods From Jun 2017 to Dec 2018 Eighty patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with metformin. On the basis of this， Bailing Capsule was used to treat the patients in the observation group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 75.0%， and the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. The serum inflammatory factor index and renal function index of the two groups were statistically significantly different （P<0.05）. After treatment， the serum inflammatory factor index and renal function index of the observation group were compared with those of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Bailing Capsule combined with metformin has a good effect on patients with diabetic nephropathy.

在糖尿病患者中糖尿病腎病屬于常見的并發(fā)癥，其會對患者的腎血管、腎小球、腎小管和腎間質(zhì)等造成損害。目前我國的糖尿病腎病發(fā)病率逐年上升，如果患者出現(xiàn)蛋白尿，則表明其病情已經(jīng)無法逆轉(zhuǎn)，而且會不斷加重，所以必須要采取有效措施加以治療[1]。為了對百令膠囊聯(lián)合二甲雙胍對糖尿病腎病患者的效果進(jìn)行分析和研究，該文選擇該院在2017年6月—2018年10月期間收治的80例糖尿病腎病患者作為研究對象，回顧性分析其臨床資料，現(xiàn)報道如下。

1? 資料與方法

1.1? 一般資料

選擇該院收治的80例糖尿病腎病患者作為研究對象，隨機(jī)將其劃分為對照組和觀察組，每組40例。所有患者均被確診為糖尿病腎病，且為Ⅲ期及Ⅲ期前患者，該次研究方案獲得了該院倫理委員會批準(zhǔn)，所有研究對象均簽署了知情同意書，自愿參與該次臨床實驗。對照組中共計有18例女性，22例男性，年齡在60～80歲之間，平均年齡為（66.31±4.02） 歲，病程為5～14年之間，平均病程為（7.85±2.11）年;觀察組中共計有19例女性，21例男性，年齡在62～80歲之間，平均年齡為（67.09±4.11） 歲，病程為5～15年之間，平均病程為（7.97±2.04）年。在年齡、性別、病程等一般資料方面兩組患者相比差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05），可以進(jìn)行比較。
