The era of artificial intelligence has entered the stage of practical application from the level of theoretical concepts. Hybrid intelligence plays a key role in exploring the deep collaboration between biological intelligence and artificial intelligence. The research of human-computer collaboration and brain-computer integration is closely centered on perception enhancement, cognitive enhancement and closed-loop interaction. Visual-auditory enhanced rat robot, learning enhanced rat robot, epilepsy prediction-inhibition rat closed-loop system and hybrid intelligent software and hardware support platform are developed respectively. With the rapid development of information technology, neuroscience and material science, computing embedded-in organisms and integration and collaboration have become the trend of computing technology. The research of cross-media perception focuses on the systematization of cross-media perception computing theory and the transformation of the external world into the internal model based on visual, auditory and verbal perception channels, and the realization of intelligent perception and cognition. The practical application involves the research and development of intelligent chips and hardware, intelligent city governance, cross-media intelligent engine and enterprise intelligent manufacturing. Also, the development of supercomputer technology in our country brings convenience to life and improves living standards significantly. It is of magnitude to measure the national scientific and technological level and innovation ability. The application of supercomputing has already extended to the Internet, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and other fields, penetrating into all aspects of public daily life.
TransformationandReconstruction:ArtificialIntelligenceInterventioninDiscoursePractice
Bie Junhua, Shi Xu & Zhou Lihan
Although the era of artificial intelligence has come, the academic exploration on the relationship between artificial intelligence and human discourse and on AI application to discourse research has been delayed. This paper proposes that we should focus on thinking and investigating the correlation between artificial intelligence technology and discourse research. The findings will expand the scope of discourse research, and help human beings better coexist with intelligence machines in the future, more clearlyknow and improve themselves to promote the development of human culture. From the three aspects of the new discourse subject, the new discourse relationship and the new discourse mode, this paper discusses how artificial intelligence can reconstruct the human discourse communication system and put forward the goal, strategy and principle of human intelligence discourse practice. It is suggested that experts in the discourse research and AIfield , as well as colleagues in the social and natural sciences circles, should learn from each other to improve the level of AI while its serving human beings.
RemoldingBoundary:SpatialPracticeintheMediationofMobileMedia
Zeng Wei
With the emergence of mobile media, how do people's spatial cognitive feeling change?what kind of space practice is carried out with the assistance of the new media? The article attempts to explore the interrelationship between media and social space, and to find the living conditions of people nowadays under the theoretical vision of mediation and it takes technology as a clue. The thesis conducts interviews and research on 59 mobile phone users in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanchang, and Pingxiang. We found that, as a mediation, mobile media shape people's cognitive feeling of presence in the first place. The situation of presence in the physical space is replaced by mediation presence, such as telepresence and absent presence. As the cognitive feeling of presence changes and the Wi-Fi boundary penetrates and breaks the physical boundary, the psychological boundary and the physical boundary are reshaped. Under this condition, people use mobile media to be detached from the existing space and subvert the structural roles to break the barriers of public and private space and construct a mixed and liquid living space.
AestheticsAnalysisonTrans-MediaPhotography:FromtheTheoryofGadamerandJauss
Zhang Baoyi & Wang Tingruo
Taking Gadamer's "game interaction theory" and Jauss' "reception aesthetics theory" as the framework, this paper examines the aesthetic features of cross-media photography in order to solve the current upsurge of cross-media photography, which is endless but difficult to interpret. This article starts with the evolution of the aesthetic history of photography, then examines the self-presentation of cross-media photography with game theory, and explores the shift of aesthetic focus with reception aesthetics (especially Jauss' "aesthetic syllogism"). Finally, it points out that successful cross-media photography can not be separated from daily life aesthetics.
AnalysisoftheCompetitivenessofInternationalPublicationofJournalismandCommunicationundertheConstructionofChina"Double-First-Rate"Universities
Wu Feng & Wang Xuemin
The paper analyses the Competitiveness of International Publication of Journalism and Communication on Chinese mainland by utilizing "international participation", "international influence" and "international leadership" based on SSCI databases from 1987 to 2018. The result shows that the Chinese mainland has played a critical part in Journalism and Communication International Publishing, and the output ranked 13th in the world. However, the number of academic institutions has not entered the top 100 of the world so far and the proportion of articles produced by Journalism and Communication schools is low. The cited times, other cited times, H index and ESI of papers of Chinese mainland are far lower than those of developed countries such as the United States and Britain. In 2018, the first ESI high cited paper of Chinese mainland was produced. The impact factor of journals that published such articles is not low, but the production ability of journals with the high impact factor is too limited. So the International Leadership of Journalism and Communication of Chinese mainland needs to be enhanced urgently. The journals captured by SSCI are almost monopolized by British and American. In Asia, Only two journals are sponsored by Singapore and Hong Kong, respectively. The most membership of the International Communication Association is in American and European, and there are only two in Hong Kong, China. Therefore, it is essential for the Chinese government, institutions and scholars join in the efforts to promote the competitiveness of International Publication of Journalism and Communication within the construction of "Double First-Rate" universities.
GeneralMediaEcology:TheEvolvementandIntegrationofTheMediaEnvironmentView
Wang Run
With the wide application of social media and the emergence of 5G new technology, the media has become an important part of the current social environment. This paper compares and analyses the difference of the schools of "media ecology" and "mediatization". The two kinds of "media environment"views have promoted paradigms of media research and deepens the meanings of "media",which involves technological-ecology and social practice. In the modern society, the object of study about the media and social environment is the same relatively, which makes two paradigms continuity and complementarities. At last, the thesis puts forward five levels of mediatizationproces, constructs "media ecology", and reshapes the understanding of "media environment".
ArthurMiller’sDramaontheStageofChinaMainland
Han Dexing
Arthur Miller is the first American playwright to be widely accepted in mainland China since the new era. His plays were also first moved to the mainland stage. He himself later came to China to direct plays, which undoubtedly increased his influence. However, the acceptance of Miller's plays in China shows a distinct stage feature of hot and cold first. From the 1980s to the 1990s, it reached its peak, and then was totally neglected, but it was picked up again after entering the 21st century. The article finds that Arthur Miller's drama performance history in Contemporary Mainland China reflects the acceptance status of Western realistic drama in China, and keeps synchronized with the development and decline of mainland China's own drama.
