The sour gas pipeline carries flammable and explosive toxic medium.Sour-gas leaking can be hazardous to human life, properties and environment.Quantitative evaluation method is the advanced stage of pipeline risk assessment,which is a rigorous mathematical and statistical method for quantifying absolute accident frequency.This paper proposed a quantitative risk assessment technical system for sour gas pipelines.The key process and contents such like data collection and analysis, leakage scenario analysis, failure frequency and accident frequency analysis, consequence calculation and risk calculation analysis were introduced.Taking a sour gas pipeline as an example, the paper described the application of evaluation method.

In order to strengthen the integrity management of long-distance pipeline and effectively reduce operation risks, it is necessary to watch pipeline operating status and production activities surrounding the pipeline in time, which can eliminate the hazard before it happens.However, current pipeline operation monitoring system using alarms does not have early warning function.This article introduced an optic fiber forewarning system applied for a crude oil pipeline system in Africa.The forewarning system helped to perform pipeline risk control through collecting the data of the third-party activities, analyzing the temporal and spatial distribution of data, and identifying hazard grade effectively.

The research on sodium chloride mixed system conducted in Daqing oil field for the purposes of equipment and pipe material corrosion affected and corrosion resistance of in-use materials in injection system.Based on indoor dynamic corrosion simulation tests of different compound liquids and various steel materials, and the analysis of automatic potential polarization curves, the technical supports were provided to choose reasonable equipment and pipe materials for injection system.

The quantity of the water injected fluctuates greatly during later stage of high water-cut development in oilfield.The contradiction of regional oversupply was more prominent, and the unit power consumption of injection pumps increased generally.In order to ensure efficient operation of the oilfield water injection system and reduce energy consumption, Xingbei Oilfield optimized water injection pump distribution by applying large displacement pump with low head and high loads.After the measures implemented, the pressure of pipe network decreased significantly, the system operation became stable, and energy consumptions reduced significantly.

Water injection management is a fundamental task in oilfield development.It is very important to inject water sufficiently and effectively for improving the development effect of oil fields and maintaining high and stable production.In order to improve water quality, the eighth oil production plant of Daqing Oilfield continuously improved water treatment process, optimized operating parameters,performed process management.Based on the process characteristics of sewage treatment process including water supply section, filtration section and dosing section,this paper sorted out the nodes of water treatment process, and proposed the optimization and transformation measures, pointed out the research directions to ensure oilfield water injection stably, efficiently and low consuming.

The experiment analyzed flow patterns of fluids with various gas contents in pipe at low temperature, and obtained the differential-pressure of the test oil well pipeline along with influence of time and temperature change during the cooling process.The number and size of peak pressure drop varied alone with differential-pressure changing of gas-bearing oil wells.According to the flow pattern change, the peaks always accompanied the congestion of coagulated oil in pipe.The more serious condensate congestion caused the larger peak of pressure drop.Combining with the pipeline flow and pressure drop variation of gas-bearing oil wells,the temperature at the first peak of pressure drop appeared during cool process can be used as the temperature limit of low-temperature gathering transportation, which can ensure the safe operation of low-temperature gathering and transportation.

Agile project management is an iterative and incremental approach.The goal is to deliver the maximum business value in the shortest time and manage information technology projects fast, flexibly and interactively.Agile project management method has gradually become the mainstream development trend of enterprise information technology construction.However, due to the different information technology construction situation and development stages of each enterprise, the practice of agile project management presents the characteristics of customization.While introducing the concept of agile project management, this paper expounded the scope of projects suitable for the practice of agile project management by comparing and analyzing with traditional waterfall model, and formulates a "three-step" enterprise agile transformation scheme based on scrum methodology framework.Through the application of pilot projects, the main factors and suggestions affecting the success of transformation were put forward.
