摘 要:2017年1月,由國(guó)務(wù)院發(fā)布的《“十三五”節(jié)能減排綜合工作方案》中,首次將汽車(chē)后市場(chǎng)作為一個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)寫(xiě)入國(guó)家層面政策中,自2017年1月后,國(guó)家層面政策中多次提及推動(dòng)汽車(chē)后市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,深挖汽車(chē)后市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)潛力?;陉兾鞯貐^(qū)汽車(chē)技術(shù)事業(yè)發(fā)展,咸陽(yáng)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院組建了汽車(chē)檢測(cè)與維修技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)群,由汽車(chē)檢測(cè)與維修技術(shù)、汽車(chē)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)與服務(wù)、新能源汽車(chē)技術(shù)等3個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)組成,致力于服務(wù)陜西地區(qū)汽車(chē)后市場(chǎng),發(fā)揮專(zhuān)業(yè)群對(duì)西咸新區(qū)乃至西部地區(qū)汽車(chē)事業(yè)的推動(dòng)作用。

Research and Exploration of New Energy Vehicle Technology Specialty Construction under the Background of "Double High Plan"
——Take Xianyang Vocational and Technical College as an example

Abstract:In January 2017, the "13th Five-Year Plan for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction" issued by the State Council included the automotive aftermarket as an industry in the national policy for the first time. Since January 2017, on the national level, the policy has repeatedly mentioned promoting the development of the automobile aftermarket industry and tapping the potential of the automotive aftermarket industry. Based on the development of automobile technology in Shanxi, Xianyang Vocational and Technical College has established a professional group of automobile inspection and maintenance technology, which is composed of three majors: automobile inspection and maintenance technology, automobile marketing and service, and new energy automobile technology. After the market, the professional group will play a role in promoting the automobile industry in Xixian New District and even the western region.

借助咸陽(yáng)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院“雙高計(jì)劃”,汽車(chē)學(xué)院按照“行業(yè)背景相近、技能領(lǐng)域相通、專(zhuān)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)相同、師資隊(duì)伍相輔、實(shí)踐基地共享”的建群原則,以汽車(chē)檢測(cè)維修崗位為主、兼顧汽車(chē)銷(xiāo)售、汽車(chē)售后服務(wù)、二手車(chē)評(píng)估鑒定以及新能源汽車(chē)維護(hù)、新能源汽車(chē)售后服務(wù)等相關(guān)崗位,形成以汽車(chē)檢測(cè)與維修技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)為核心專(zhuān)業(yè),汽車(chē)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)與服務(wù)、新能源汽車(chē)技術(shù)為支撐專(zhuān)業(yè)的專(zhuān)業(yè)群。群內(nèi)各專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ),相互支持,體現(xiàn)在以下方面:行業(yè)背景相近卻又不同,群內(nèi)各專(zhuān)業(yè)均對(duì)接汽車(chē)后市場(chǎng)服務(wù)行業(yè),重點(diǎn)服務(wù)預(yù)購(gòu)車(chē)或已購(gòu)車(chē)人群,而新能源汽車(chē)技術(shù)還可對(duì)接汽車(chē)前市場(chǎng)即新能源汽車(chē)裝配制造行業(yè);技能領(lǐng)域通卻又不同,群內(nèi)各專(zhuān)業(yè)均培養(yǎng)學(xué)生汽車(chē)售后各項(xiàng)服務(wù)等專(zhuān)業(yè)技能,其中,汽車(chē)檢測(cè)與維修技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)與新能源汽車(chē)技術(shù)重在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生汽車(chē)檢測(cè)維修的技能,其次兼顧汽車(chē)售后服務(wù)的其他技能;專(zhuān)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)相同,群內(nèi)各專(zhuān)業(yè)均開(kāi)設(shè)汽車(chē)文化、汽車(chē)認(rèn)識(shí)等專(zhuān)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課程,實(shí)現(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)課程打通;雙師隊(duì)伍相輔,群內(nèi)各專(zhuān)業(yè)在課程設(shè)置方面有部分基礎(chǔ)課、核心課相同,因此教師均具有共享度高的特點(diǎn),這樣有利于節(jié)約師資成本,建立一支結(jié)構(gòu)合理、數(shù)量充足、素質(zhì)優(yōu)良的雙師教師隊(duì)伍;實(shí)踐基地共享,群內(nèi)各專(zhuān)業(yè)有部分課程可實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)訓(xùn)室共享,共建、共享校內(nèi)汽車(chē)實(shí)訓(xùn)室,共享汽車(chē)品牌4S店等校外實(shí)習(xí)就業(yè)基地。
1 新能源汽車(chē)技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)目標(biāo)
新能源汽車(chē)技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)是專(zhuān)業(yè)群中辦學(xué)時(shí)間最短的專(zhuān)業(yè),于2017年開(kāi)辦,但發(fā)展迅速,目前在校生已經(jīng)達(dá)到290余人。為使本專(zhuān)業(yè)能適應(yīng)陜西區(qū)域內(nèi)新能源汽車(chē)后市場(chǎng)對(duì)人才的需求,我院新能源汽車(chē)技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)以培育新能源純電動(dòng)汽車(chē)后市場(chǎng)需要的復(fù)合型技能人才為目標(biāo),發(fā)揮校企合作的作用,探索與合作企業(yè)緊密合作的“共建、共育、共享、共贏” 校企合作體制機(jī)制,創(chuàng)新“兩基地、三段式” 職業(yè)能力遞進(jìn)式人才培養(yǎng)模式;構(gòu)建基于新能源汽車(chē)后市場(chǎng)服務(wù)類(lèi)工作崗位“寬平臺(tái),分方向”的課程體系;大力推進(jìn)課程項(xiàng)目化教學(xué)改革,探索“分段式”教學(xué)組織模式;全面實(shí)施“任務(wù)導(dǎo)入、理實(shí)一體”教學(xué)模式,加快“工學(xué)結(jié)合”的核心課程教學(xué)資源建設(shè);建設(shè)校內(nèi)開(kāi)放式實(shí)訓(xùn)基地,拓展校外實(shí)訓(xùn)基地,建立頂崗實(shí)習(xí)工作站;打造一支由“名企培訓(xùn)師+企業(yè)技師+學(xué)院‘雙師素質(zhì)教師”組成的優(yōu)秀教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì);面向區(qū)域內(nèi)新能源汽車(chē)后市場(chǎng)企業(yè),開(kāi)展職業(yè)技能鑒定、汽車(chē)新技術(shù)和社會(huì)培訓(xùn)。
