【摘要】 目的:研究音樂(lè)生物反饋療法聯(lián)合艾司唑侖對(duì)維持性血液透析患者失眠與血壓變異性的影響。方法:選取2018年4月-2019年4月筆者所在醫(yī)院收治的66例維持性血液透析合并失眠患者,以隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,各33例。對(duì)照組采用艾司唑侖治療,觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上增加音樂(lè)生物反饋療法。對(duì)比兩組治療前后阿森斯失眠量表評(píng)分與血壓變異性指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:治療前兩組阿森斯失眠量表評(píng)分比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05);治療6個(gè)月后,觀察組阿森斯失眠量表評(píng)分顯著低于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。治療前兩組血壓變異性指標(biāo)(24 h SBPV、24 h DBPV、dDBPV、nSBPV、dSBPV、nDBPV)比較,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05);治療6個(gè)月后,觀察組血壓變異性指標(biāo)均低于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:將音樂(lè)生物反饋療法聯(lián)合艾司唑侖應(yīng)用于維持性血液透析合并失眠患者中,可顯著提升睡眠質(zhì)量,減少失眠對(duì)患者生活的影響,并能降低血壓變異性。

[Abstract] Objective: To study the effect of music biofeedback therapy combined with Estazolam on insomnia and blood pressure variability in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Method: A total of 66 patients with maintenance hemodialysis combined with insomnia admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Estazolam, and the observation group was treated with music biofeedback therapy on the basis of the control group. The score of the Athens insomnia scale and indexes of blood pressure variability were compared between the two groups. Result: Before treatment, the score of the Athens insomnia scale was compared between the two groups, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the score of the Athens insomnia scale in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, the indexes of blood pressure variability (24 h SBPV, 24 h DBPV, dDBPV, nSBPV, dSBPV, nDBPV) were compared between the two groups, and the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the indexes of blood pressure variability in the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Music biofeedback therapy combined with Estazolam in the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis combined with insomnia patients can significantly improve the quality of sleep, reduce the impact of insomnia on patients life, and reduce blood pressure variability..
