[摘要] 目的 對四肢骨折合并糖尿病患者手術治療效果進行分析研究。方法 將該院2018年1月—2019年1月期間治療的84例四肢骨折合并糖尿病患者作為研究對象，并對患者治療前后血糖值情況、治療有效率及并發(fā)癥幾率進行對比分析。結果 84例四肢骨折合并糖尿病患者中有65例患者痊愈，恢復良好的患者有8例，總優(yōu)良率為 86.90%，其中有2例患者出現(xiàn)手術切口感染，2例患者出現(xiàn)靜脈血栓的情況，總并發(fā)癥幾率為4.76%;治療前，患者餐前血糖值為（11.6±0.4）mmol/L，餐后2 h血糖值為（14.6±0.3）mmol/L;治療后，患者餐前血糖值為（6.5±0.1）mmol/L，餐后2 h血糖值為（9.5±0.2）mmol/L（P<0.05）;治療前，患者平均生活質量評分為（5.61±0.64）分，平均疼痛程度評分為（9.16±0.23）分;治療后，患者平均生活質量評分為（8.61±1.02）分，平均疼痛程度評分為（5.06±0.83）分（t=3.679，P=0.034;t=5.443，P=0.025）。結論 醫(yī)護人員在對四肢骨折合并糖尿病患者進行手術前，應對其血糖值進行良好的控制，根據(jù)患者骨折情況選擇針對性合理方式，從而使其生活質量得到有效提升。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of surgical treatment on patients with limb fracture and diabetes. Methods 84 cases of limb fractures and diabetes treated in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were taken as the research object， and the blood glucose level before and after treatment， the treatment efficiency and the probability of complications were compared and analyzed. Results Of the 84 patients with extremity fractures and diabetes， 65 patients recovered， 8 patients recovered well， and the total excellent and good rate was 86.90%. Among them， 2 patients developed surgical incision infection and 2 patients developed venous thrombosis total complication rate was 4.76%; before treatment， the patient's blood glucose value before meal was （11.6±0.4）mmol/L， and the blood glucose value after meal 2 h was （14.6±0.3）mmol/L. After treatment， the patient's blood glucose value before meal（6.5±0.1）mmol/L， 2 h postprandial blood glucose value was （9.5±0.2）mmol/L（P<0.05）; before treatment， the patient s average quality of life score was （5.61±0.64）points， mean pain degree score was （9.16±0.23）points. After treatment， the patient's average quality of life score was （8.61±1.02）points， and the average pain degree score was （5.06±0.83）points（t=3.679，P=0.034; t=5.443， P=0.025）. Conclusion Before performing surgery on patients with extremity fractures and diabetes， medical staff should control their blood glucose levels and choose targeted and reasonable methods according to the fractures of patients， so as to effectively improve the quality of life.

糖尿病是較為常見的內分泌系統(tǒng)疾病，隨著患者年齡的增長及身體機能的下降，極易發(fā)生骨折等病癥，且患者完全恢復幾率較小。除此之外，糖尿病患者由于血糖值處于異常狀態(tài)，容易對骨骼中軟組織及骨骼質量造成影響，從糖尿病患者多種并發(fā)癥來看，極易出現(xiàn)感覺減退及視力減退等狀況，從而增加了患者跌倒跌撞等風險，并提升骨折發(fā)病幾率。受多方面因素影響，糖尿病合并四肢骨折患者治療難度極大，因此，在治療過程中，醫(yī)護人員應以患者病情發(fā)展情況為依據(jù)，選取合理的治療措施，避免術后出現(xiàn)不良反應[1-2]。為了使糖尿病合并四肢骨折患者治療有效率得以提升，將該院2018年1月—2019年1月期間接受診治的84例患者給予手術治療，現(xiàn)報道如下。
