國務(wù)委員、公安部部長趙克志5月27日在京同塞爾維亞內(nèi)務(wù)部部長亞歷山大·武林舉行視頻會晤。

趙克志表示，在習(xí)近平主席和武契奇總統(tǒng)的戰(zhàn)略引領(lǐng)和親自推動下，中塞全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系達(dá)到前所未有的高水平。新冠肺炎疫情發(fā)生以來，兩國守望相助、共克時艱，為抗疫國際合作樹立了典范。中方愿同塞方一道，認(rèn)真落實兩國元首達(dá)成的重要共識，加強(qiáng)高層交往，保持密切溝通，深化在打擊恐怖勢力、共建“一帶一路”安保、執(zhí)法能力建設(shè)等方面務(wù)實合作，在疫情結(jié)束后適時啟動新一輪警務(wù)聯(lián)合巡邏，有效維護(hù)兩國安全穩(wěn)定，共同譜寫中塞執(zhí)法安全合作新篇章。

亞歷山大·武林表示，塞中是真正的鐵桿朋友。塞方感謝中國對塞爾維亞的無私幫助和寶貴支持，愿同中方落實好兩國元首共識，加強(qiáng)執(zhí)法安全務(wù)實合作，推動兩國關(guān)系不斷向前發(fā)展。

視頻會晤中，趙克志和亞歷山大·武林分別代表兩國政府簽署了中塞駕駛證互認(rèn)換領(lǐng)協(xié)議。協(xié)議將在雙方各自完成國內(nèi)所需程序后正式生效。這是中國政府首次與中東歐國家簽署此類協(xié)議，協(xié)議生效后，將進(jìn)一步便利雙方公民在對方國家工作生活，提高兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)合作和人文交往水平，有力服務(wù)共建“一帶一路”。

國務(wù)院副秘書長孟揚、外交部涉外安全事務(wù)專員程國平、公安部副部長劉釗參加活動。中國駐塞爾維亞大使陳波、塞爾維亞駐華使館代辦伊萬·坎迪亞斯應(yīng)邀分別在貝爾格萊德和北京參加活動。

China， Serbia to enhance cooperation on law enforcement， security

BEIJING， May 27 （Xinhua） -- Chinese and Serbian ministers on Thursday expressed their common desire to implement the consensus on enhancing cooperation between the two nations on law enforcement， security and other fields.

Chinese State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Zhao Kezhi exchanged views on the matter in a video conference with Serbia's Interior Minister Aleksandar Vulin.

Under the guidance of the two heads of state， the China-Serbia comprehensive strategic partnership has developed at a high level， said Zhao， adding that the two sides should strengthen high-level exchanges， deepen pragmatic cooperation on combating terrorist forces， enhance security cooperation along the Belt and Road， and deepen practical cooperation in fields such as building law-enforcement capacity.

Echoing Zhao's remarks， Vulin said that Serbia is willing to continuously strengthen the law-enforcement and security cooperation between the two sides.

During Thursday's meeting， the two sides signed a mutual recognition and redemption agreement on driving licenses.

趙克志表示，習(xí)近平主席同米爾濟(jì)約耶夫總統(tǒng)4月29日通電話，就在新的歷史起點上推動中烏全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系不斷向前發(fā)展達(dá)成重要共識。中方愿同烏方一道，認(rèn)真落實兩國元首達(dá)成的重要共識，保持經(jīng)常性戰(zhàn)略溝通，加強(qiáng)在重大活動安保、打擊“三股勢力”和去極端化、執(zhí)法能力建設(shè)等領(lǐng)域的務(wù)實合作，共同維護(hù)地區(qū)安全穩(wěn)定，更好造福兩國和兩國人民。

博博約諾夫表示，烏方愿與中方落實好兩國元首共識，不斷深化執(zhí)法安全務(wù)實合作，共同打擊“三股勢力”，切實維護(hù)兩國安全穩(wěn)定。

China， Uzbekistan to enhance cooperation in law enforcement， security

BEIJING， May 26 （Xinhua） -- Chinese State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Zhao Kezhi held a phone conversation on Wednesday with Uzbek Minister of Internal Affairs Pulat Bobojonov on law enforcement and security cooperation.

Zhao recalled that Chinese President Xi Jinping and Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev had a phone call on April 29 and reached important consensus on promoting the continuous development of the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Uzbekistan on a new historical starting point.

Zhao expressed his hope that the two sides will earnestly implement the important consensus of the two heads of state， strengthen practical cooperation in such fields as security of major events， combating the "three forces，" de-extremism and law enforcement capacity building， so as to jointly maintain regional security and stability， and deliver more benefits to the two countries and two peoples.

For his part， Bobojonov expressed his readiness to deepen practical cooperation in law enforcement and security between the two sides.
